Imagine mind games between him,Jose,Fergie,Wenger and who else
Delicious
Well wish him well in his endevours

TravelRe: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by ochukoccna: 10:28pm On Jan 15, 2013
To the inhouse gurus,please help
Is it possible to get a UK student visa if you have more than enough money in your account but its not been there for 28 days&above?
Can one even be considered a visa?
I'm thinking NO!, kuku wait for September entry?
But my quandry is I've paid a deposit(3500 out of 8000 pounds)&the only way to reclaim it is having a visa refusal letter to show the school
I'm thinking maybe I should apply, get a refusal so as to get my money back and look to Canada for Sept admission instead of the UK which offers very few opportunities for students who are looking to emigrate after their studies
Hope the refusal wont be a sort of negative checkmark in later applications to other countries?
Please knowledgeable insights are needed.
Thank you

cmon: Is this how Biafra was bombed?
The bombs were not this sophisticated though

COOLDUN: Shut up terrorist, are they fighting the innocent Malian citizens? don't you know their reasons of bombing those animals? since those animals started amputating and killing the innocent Malians in the Northern Mali, what have you done to stop them? all of you the supporters of evil will perish with your wickedness soon. Very soon you will start ranting that the west are fighting your fellow muslim brothers in Mali, hypocrites. He who fetched an ant infested firewood , gladly invited lizards for a feast. Very soon the America Drones will be hovering over your towns skies and strike you parasites down in this country. Terrorists.
While it is true that France is helping flush out this AZZWAD Islamists to prevent another Afghanistan right in Africa,Mali's resources are the greater incentive
Though American soldiers were killed in Somalia which made them withdraw, why was Somalia left to fail seeing it became a den for Islamist terror groups later on?
Wasn't it because Somalia is not resource rich?

This is the reason for France's military 'help'
Not the terrorism they are advancing as their reason
The news networks streamed Rwandans commiting genocide &all the West did was shriek 'that's gruesome' and went back to eat their dinners
Because Rwanda lacked resources they could control
Hollywood later released movies like Hotel Rwanda&Sometime in April to wash the Western conscience upon Rwandans.

The YAK will ETERNALLY be remembered by Nigerians for that horrible miss against South Korea in the 2010 World Cup
He&Darren Bent share a sort of similar fate
Proven goal scorers who never got the respect they deserve
Never can forget what he did to an Arsenal team supposed to beat them at home and how he wrecked Yoonited in front of their own fans in his last EPL season
Really would have been a bargain buy for the EPL's struggling teams this season.

@ venorite, that was a close call yet this scam isn't new
I first read about it in The PUNCH about 2 years back
Also for you to want to sell an iPad,I believe you should have a smartphone which should deliver email alerts (of bank transactions) real time to you
Also move with your ATM card to check your balance too seeing commuinication(phone&email) have their off days many times in 9ja
Lastly,if you had the time, you would have put a little more effort alongside using the driver along with 9ja men in black to nail the fraudster
Even when he bails himself,e for eat detention beans,be out of circulation for a while &spend money bail himself.
PoliticsRe: Pastors Encouraging Corruption- Tunde Bakare by ochukoccna(op): 11:34am On Jan 14, 2013
wesley80: Very well done, clap! clap!!
Now which of those confrontations had political undertones? Which of those Religious leaders had at anytime gotten themselves mirred in politics? Which of them "EVER" bothered about political leadership? All the examples you mentioned were moral. Even Christ in the days of ruthless Roman rule refused to get involved in politics. King Ahab was a ruthless political leader but Elijah only bothered about Baal and Jezebel's love for gods. John the Baptist only condemned Herod for taking his brothers wife and so on. Religion and Politics never mix, ask the early Catholics.
My point? Bakare has lost the capacity and goodwill of being Nigeria's moral voice. He cannot speak without his voice seemingly laced with political undertones, it doesn't matter how truthful he sounds.
Stop been clever by half
I recall ending my previous post with alluding to your true intentions
Knowing your antecedent as a pro FG goon does not surprise one to see the way you have played your cards
If you are speaking about morality, is that not what he first spoke about, when he said the church is aiding and abetting corruption?
Comparing 'those' times politically to 'this' times is a little way off it
Those days monarchies reigned, today democracy rules;different systems of governance
You willingly forget Israel was a Theocracy in bible times and that Christ's destiny far supersedes the political realities of his day unlike a Joseph or a Daniel who were to influence the governments of their days in the palace court whilst a Samuel or Moses were more or less spiritual guides to establish& stabilize Israel
If you don't get that, then fresh primary school enrolment awaits you
Personally,I did not support PTB's entry into politics for whatever he said after would be used to blackmail& discredit him even if he spoke truth as evidenced by 2012's fuel subsidy protests when he and others were called 'failed politicians' & accused of seeking to overthrow the FG
And talking about Catholics, does the pope not influence Italian poliyics even if subtly?
Does he not speak on political issues?
Locally, even heard of a Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie even if he isn't involved in politics actively
Yet I'd rather yield to a 'failed politician' like PTB than 'true men of 'god' who bless the congregation by day and dine with Nigeria’s political witches and the devil by night

luluosas: You are welcome. It seems the breaking off of network is an issue on the Glo network. I hope they fix it on time to allow smooth operations.
Regarding that,I know not seeing the service varied mostly btw HSPDA and 3G (a little EDGE) before 7am this morning
When it was no longer going,I switched to Glosecure which was very steady only that PAYG data is way damn TOO expensive
Seems I'll have to be doing 'night browsing' to enjoy this Glo BB thing then cos I'm back to my AIRTEL BB plan which had issues resubscribing over the weekend
Once the GLO BB thing is steady,I can camp there as it offers more data though AIRTEL is faster
Nothing beats fast internet service mehn!
Thanks again though.

The erratic nature is not down to location seeing Glosecure PAYG works great but once I switch to this Glo BB hack tip,it goes off&on
Thanks again regardless of the erractic nature

wesley80: Can you site any scriptures to back your claims?
Christ called Herod a fox
Moses stood up to Pharaoh
Elijah took on Ahab for confisticating Naboth's vineyard&killing him.Infact Ahab called Elijah his enemy
Samuel rebuked Saul the king for doing a priest's duty i.e. sacrificing before the people
John the baptist was imprisoned for rebuking Herod who took his brother's wife
Jeremiah was imprisoned for rebuking Zedekiah for his evil conduct
Micaiah (the son of Imlah) who Ahab hated for not giving him favorable prophesies which condoned his evil ways like our elite too
Average bible students know all the above& where they at for that's why I put their names there in my initial post
Google can help you out if you are really interested&not just asking with mischief at the back of your mind
PoliticsRe: Pastors Encouraging Corruption- Tunde Bakare by ochukoccna(op): 7:49am On Jan 14, 2013
No need to mention names
Just read the soft sell mags, open the newspaper pages&watch your TV screens to know them
John the Baptist,Moses,Elijah, Samuel even Jesus lamblasted the political heavyweights of their days
Our own 'men of God' annoint our civil leaders to loot more, fight each other to pose with them for pictures and all manner of belittling behaviours
I once read of one who called himself 'spiritual adviser to the president' on his complimentary card
No wonder OBJ said he thought he'd have help when 'men of God' rallied around him in 1999 but later found out those who rallied round him where business men&contractors.
PoliticsPastors Encouraging Corruption- Tunde Bakare by ochukoccna(op): 7:36am On Jan 14, 2013
Convener, Save Nigeria Group, Pastor Tunde Bakare, has accused some church leaders in the country of aiding and abetting corruption.

The Serving Overseer of The Latter Rain Assembly also said some churches not only encourage and harbour corrupt individuals, but also receive ill-gotten money from them.

He said this while delivering a speech in preparation for the first anniversary of the Occupy Nigeria Protest in Lagos on Sunday.

He said, “The church has failed the nation. Worst oppression is going on in the churches today. Most churches encourage corrupt leaders by failing to tell them the truth and collecting their money.”

Speaking on the theme, ‘Corruption and the Soul of the Nation’, the lawyer regretted that corruption had robbed the country of the chance to realise its potential.

He said, “It cripples a nation’s character and drains her of substance. We are confronted daily with news and reports of executive corruption in high places, assaulted with a legal system that has long lost respect for the sacredness of justice.

“We have resorted to worshipping and preserving certain sacred cows and even their sires. We have a social system that makes a mockery of a country and her feeble efforts at self-reclamation to the end that even her entire existence becomes a running joke.

“This is not mere alarmism. Our country has long been distorted by corruption and it has progressively eroded her strength and undermined her potential.”

Bakare reiterated his call for the convening of a national conference, saying it would help solve some of the country’s socio-economic and political problems.

Recalling the protest against the fuel subsidy removal in January last year, the Congress for Progressive Change’s Vice-Presidential candidate for the 2011 presidential election said it was a collective resolve by Nigerians to fight against injustice and oppression.

He said, “The protest was unprecedented that Nigerians across the country, irrespective of religion and ethnic identification, resisted the subsidy removal on such a scale.

“From a little band of people who began to protest and clamour that Nigeria must be occupied, it steadily grew into a mammoth movement as each one told his neighbour that this was a chance to snatch our country back. While it lasted, people were energised. They wanted to question the answers they already had on the state of affairs in the country.”
