squash47:You're welcome. You can try this 3rd option, if it doesn't work then you try the first 2 options I gave. Go to the Device manager and locate the Bluetooth software (check if there's any error sign on it) weather there is error sign or not, right click and choose the "update" option from internet. Wait for the results if it'll update or it'll tell you "you're using the latest version", if it updates successfully your Bluetooth should start working fine. Also try switching on your Bluetooth/wifi manually first 3 Likes |

squash47:Your location... Was it functioning with windows 7? If yes, where do you get your windows 10 from? Do you download it or purchase it? Windows 10 has the ability to to auto repair itself with automatic updates, if it isn't doing so... then the window you installed isn't genuine. How to fix it, you have 2 options here (I won't be able to type much until I get your answers to questions I asked) Buy or download latest "Driver pack 2020/21" (please note the latest driver pack is extremely heavy, it'll require you go with external hard drive to copy) if you're downloading, bear in mind the size is huge. Whatever means you used, once you get the driver pack, simply drive your PC... This should fix the problem and if it doesn't... Simply get another window 10 and install on your PC. |
