GUARANTOR FORM IS UNIQUE TO EVERY FRESH APPLICATION.
AFTER PAYING, INPUT YOUR DETAILS that is passport application and reference id and you would be able to print out your guarantor’s form.
It will have your name and date of birth . Make sure what you print out is complete. So save the form first and crosscheck.

However I am travelling on the 19th of Dec to an African country. And my interview date on my processing info shows 14th Dec in Ikoyi Passport office, Lagos.

Pls is it possible to go before 14th Dec for capturing and every other process so as to pick up on time?

Go before the date o. Ignore whatever is written on the form.

this is sample of age declaration. U swear it the same way of affidavit of change of name. It is simply typed and then stamped by commisioner of oaths. Those ppl working around courts usually have samples or ask ur relatives. A lot of Nigerians use this and so you would find samples around.

Yes if u get age declaration you don’t need to submit ur birth certificate again.
U can hide that. lol
If getting a new birth certificate is also easy for you. Any will suffice.

It is possible for decision to have been made yes and not be notified. They re different entities.
UKVI and TLS.
U have to wait for TLS to contact you for passport pick up or look for how to contact TLS. Last i checked they have no verifiable means of contact, very wrong. The phone nos on the internet were apparently put up by some scammers.

No. only for fresh passport.

2. I did avidavit to change my surname with news paper publication due to marriage. Now on my birth certificate my last name isn't the one on all my credentials I have been using Adejoke all my life but birth certificate caries oluwaseun

1. Any high court or customary court with Commissioner of oaths can stamp your form.

2.This is Nigeria, you can bypass birth certificate by doing age declaration with the less confusing information. With age declaration you do not need birth certificate again.

Get the nin first.
When u have the nin for the child then u do ur child’s passport. This is because of the number.
Carry the child to NIMC office in ur state. Go early so that immediately they open you would be there and since u are with a baby u wud be attended to.
Pls NIN is also free. Dnt allow any person tell u otherwise. If u dnt have NIN urself, seize the opportunity and acquire yours too.

Leave district alone. It’s not compulsory it must be filled.

After filling the form online, you would get to payment page. Simply click the pay at bank option.
It wil generate a payment information for u showing amount and all that.
Print this paymnt information nd go to the bank teller and pay.
When it’s successful, i think there’s a verification code that would be on the bank receipt.
Come back online, locate ur application and input ur verification code, you will then be able to print out ur acknwledgmnt and payment slip

U dnt have to wait. Go to the office when u re ready.
U dnt need to go with original docs of ur guarantor pls.
Just take the photocopies of their nin slip, data page pf passport and original of guarantor’s form stamped by commissioner of oaths and one passport foto.

What state are u located? And where do u intend to go for ur capturin?
All payments can be paid either using ur card or goin to the bank to pay with cash through the counter. U cant pay by bank transfer.
Pls on the online form it specifically has the section for fresh passport , reissue etc. it is there pls go online.

Passport renewal in abuja is 26k for 32 pages because it is the new enhanced e passport. Make sure you have NIN slip and number. Without it u cnt get passport in abuja. If u need further help . Let us all know

I brought my rejection here that was refused in February, which contained deposits that wasn't explained well, the gurus in the house including you pointed out where I likely shot myself and advised I keep my account clean of any deposit aside salary which I diligently adhered to for 6 months. only to be told I didn't address it what else are they expecting me to do, I had no single deposit in that account except my salary (which comes in 2 credits of 35k/460k, reflecting both deposits with my pay slip also showing my salary and allowances) I honestly don't know what they want for the suspected "I may run away" I showed proof of my wife and kid (their passports, birth certificate, rent agreement, wedding cert. images of 3 of us etc etc). I feel very bad.

I am also afraid to say that this has greatly dropped ur chances. Greatly.

U need ur guarantor’s passport photograph, data page of international passport and driver’s licence or NIN slip.
Also u need to have commissioner of oaths endorse the guarantor’s form after it has been filled.

Normally when u do it yourself some u meet are like this but they must give u a date to come back before u leave the premises. There’s nothing like we will contact you later.
I think what you should do is go back there, locate servicom and explain urself to someone else that you did online payment and have submitted your documents in that same office however you have not been told when to come for interview/capturing.
Dnt be afraid nor let them suppress your voice. Just be polite but firm and no let one kobo extra come out from ur bag for corrupt officers.

The interview is basically them checking ur documents and askin u questions like why u need the passport, where are u travelling to, etc

The 10k ontop is his own. enhanced e passport 32 pages is 25k in Lagos ikoyi, Abuja and Phc.
Other states are still using the old e passport and so theirs is 17,800.

Since you are applyin from Abuja pls get a national id card as you must have a number and the slip no matter even if CG immigration is the one handling it. The NIN appears on the data page of the new enhanced e passport

Close to a minth now I was debited for visa fee that dnt go through. Both Paga and Flutterwaves said they dnt have the ref record that I should contact gtb.
Gtb has been working on ds for over 3weeks no Success. Only for them to come back to say I recieved value for the debit.
Please any idea on what else to do?

Dnt follow up with them over the phone, the people on the phone are somethin else.

I just got for my 3 of my extended family members. I made sure I did all payments myself and paid the official amount. Yes the Immigration officials were very bitter as u cud see it on their faces that their pain was that it was paid online but e nor concern me. I paid the official prices and not one kobo extra. I have had enough of the massive corruption happening in those offices.
