no matter how, it can't be same again, those days, teachers were quite passionate about the job and children were kind of mature then before they could start school, so they had to be ready to face the consequences of their actions.

Parents hardly go to public schools to confront the staff for disciplining their ill mannered kids, it's a shameful thing to the parents to be invited based on their kids misconduct those days.

In private schools, every parent have that entitlement mentality, they feel they are the backbone of the school so u dare not treat their kids anyhow even when they misbehave, the school always need to apply some level of diplomacy.

Only few people are ready to impart knowledge this days, many are not passionate about teaching again, they do it for lack of job, so they can easily pour out their frustrations on ur child if u don't stand up to them and remind them u are contributing to their salaries.

I can guarantee you that the motivation behind the push has nothing to do with kids majority of the time. They just have this belief that life is easier & sweeter abroad, they also want to be in an environment where they can take pictures in the snow to pepper their friends who are still in Nigeria yet to travel. you will feel pity for him with what i saw on video call. i cant use the word poverty his life his compromised . he got a kid at the hospital talked to the wife and she said the kid has been sick for 3-6 month now. with her hands tied to the bed i asked why and he sald he could not afford the bill. i got to see the receipt and also talked to the doctor at work. LSS i ended up sending him the cc with 60k for kid bill.

No doubt money is very key to sustaining a marriage. Infact it's one of the key ingredients that can help grease love. The lack of money can make love go sour...lol...

Having said that, marriage has an ultimate aim which is for companionship. As far as both of you have the drive to succeed and are not lazy and can cut you cloth according to your size then the amount may just be inconsequential.

If the man earns 100k, he has the qualities you like and is focused then you can start with that. Just ensure he has common sense and listens to advise. It doesn't matter if as a lady you earn higher than him. You guys should have plans and execute them together. Just encourage him by supporting him financially. Just assist him but let him be the one to take care of the major bills.

Plan around the money you earn. Don't live above your means. There are pragmatic means you can adopt to cut cost. Forget the pressure around, most of what you see are illusions. Just focus on your happiness.
