Tadeknkeepcalm:I agree with a wise man when he said "polygamy is better than homosexuality" You know, it was the "Whites" that traded their culture to us by bastardizing ours with their notion that it's uncivilized. Now that we have followed them and their culture to this point where they (the Whites) have entered "bush" with homosexuality; Africa may wish to return to what used to be the antidote to unhealthy sexual lifestyle which is "variety" (especially for those whose need is not satisfied by a woman in their marriage). If you ask me, I will tell you that Africa should not enter "bush"/homosexuality |
Fine union! Kudos. |
Demburrows:Where are you and what did you study? |
Wow! Good work Wike |
Come on Op, Don't be economical with the truth. UNN does not match her counterparts across Nigeria. Vegetations you saw: are they apple trees and other fruits? Aren't they made up of grasses and weeds? On a serious note: didn't you see ABU, Bayero, Danfodiyo, Uni-Ibadan, Uni-Lag, Uni-Cal, etc? Aren't those ones also adorned with vegetations? "Spade" is Spade. Call it so. |
All Lives matter. White, Black, coloured people's lives matter, any day, any time. |
No comment on this. But maybe ask: Where is Elder Paul Unongo? That guy that spoke boldly and frequently too in the days of GEJ presidency. Is it possible for a man to lose his voice? Or there is nothing to be said anymore? God bless Nigeria. |
Mustapha is right. Nigerians have adopted an 'i don't care attitude' to covid-19 and it's unfortunate. Typically, people who wear face mask are now mocked and laughed at. If you watch public places like churches, mosques, markets and the likes, you will see the lacadesical attitude. What we fear is when the virus overwhelms our hospitals, the effect is nothing to be wished for. Then, the blame will be attributed to the government still. But now people are failing to take responsibility by complying with the stipulations. Common "wear face mask" people aren't complying. |
SeverusSnape:Please take note that bad decisions do not end in betting alone. It was wrong and a bad decision to play gambling with his boss' money. The act of taking his life was just an extension or simply a subsequent wrong decision. If he was capable of reasoning correctly, he could not have staked his boss' money, let alone resorting to taking his life. We want to educate Nigerians on the need to take life easy, Working hard and living a life of purpose is to be pursued. To have a boss who trusts his employee with cash is a good thing and that employee must behave exactly as instructed by the boss. |
gbaskiboy:Reno cannot be more correct in any other matter than he is on this |
Poloyanabo2:From the little I know, the Sillo in Gombe state has a capacity that the famers in the state cannot surpass. Let the bumper harvest come at the end of the wet season. Storage won't be a problem. |
Arrewa:Very beautiful scene |
OEPHIUS:Op, we (myself and folks) are interested in this scheme but you have omited important information such as: How to apply, When to apply, Requirements, Starting date and closing date of the application. Please update the post with those information |
And communist China with her ability to suppress information will not devulge information about casualty on her side |
Maximus69:As Bible scholars, we must ensure we do not demonize money. This is because the Bible did not demonize money. Matthew 25:14-30 and other numerous passages encourages trading and making profits. Come to think of it: Don't you guys know that everything activities ventured into by all men and women is either directly or indirectly so as to make wages, salaries, rent, increase, reward, etc. Just name it. There is nothing valuable on planet Earth which do not have monetary value. So, to demonize money is not a principles in the Bible, neither is it a wise move. I teach success principles and, the Bible is a compass for success achievement. There cannot be success in a venture of business where the said success is devoid of monetary value. Money is central in human societies whether primitive or modern. Famers, civil servants, factory workers, bankers, medical doctors, engineers, lawyers and juries, monks and rev. Father's, etc= they are all after money, just like traders/business men and women. The advice is: DONT BE AVARICIOUS (GREEDY) ABOUT IT |
abbey621:Your first paragraph is devoid of knowledge. Read Matthew 25:14-30. God bless you |
bamvik:If you have ever done real business, you will not be asking this question. Business does not only come with making of profit, whether much or little. Business comes (ALSO) with loses in the form of: 1. Lost goods 2. Damaged goods, 3. Expired good, 4. Price fluctuation that results in serious loss on the part of the business man 5. Fire incidents 6. Flood incidents 7. Theft or burglar incidents Etc When that occurs, it's the profit made previously by the business that can cushion the effect and keep the business going. I don't want to talk about multiple taxation in Nigeria as well as rents and family expenditures. Come on, NO PROFIT IS EVER TOO MUCH. BUT A BUSINESS MAN MUST BE CONSIDERATE AND ESCEW GREED. THE PARABLE OF THE TALENT AS TOLD BY JESUS REQUIRES THAT TRADERS MAKE PROFIT (AFTER TAX AND OTHER ENCUMBRANCES) OF AN AMOUNT DOUBLE THE CAPITAL OVER A SHOT PERIOD OF TIME. Read Matthew 25:14-30 God bless you |
Redoil:Candidly, he misfired then. If he is to say what he feels now, he would say; "Those days were the 'good old days'....when Gej heldsway..." ![]() |
Confirmedzombie:You own humble opinion, you forgot to say. |
Barryseal:You should know that the main highway of Enugu-Onisha coming into the metropolis from ninth mile used to be a dangerous slope and goes with too much inconvenience. It has been dilapidated for long, necessitating the intervention of the state government. Please go use that road and inform us how long it took you. |
AmazingELixir:If you know that place and ply the road, you can but appreciate the ingenuity in the work. What you see from upper camera does not in any way depict the ground nature or formation of the place. It was formerly called "agba-ekpere-chi" because of the danger it posed to motorists. But Gov. Ugwuanyi's work here reduced the danger to the bearest minimum. Lastly, a journey that was supposed to take 50minutes from Enugu to 9th mile now take less than 15 minutes. Thank God for Gburu-gburu |
channelads:Reno is right on this matter, at least to an extent |
I fear Obaseki may be levelled risky against APC's 2023 plans and agenda. Except antagonists of Obaseki convinces PMB, Osibanjo, Tinubu and the APC NWC that Obaseki will work against their 2023 plans, those men will not find it convenient to lose a seating Governor in a way that makes them at par with an opposition who eagerly wants to take over the state. |
This matter is a serious one. But (Senator) now Governor Bala Muhammed, Kauran Bauch seems not to analyse a possible journey from Cross-river state to Bauchi state. Typical Muslims on such a long journey would have prayed more than five times on the way (because the journey most likely will span for more than 24hours). Now some of the prayers would take place in mosques where many others had prayed, and they likely mix with any other worshipper they meet in the masujid. We all know that the seriousness of the fight against covid-19 in Nigeria has not reached to disinfecting the prayer carpets/mats in the masujid neither do our government disinfect the entire prayer houses as often as required. To make matters worse, many Nigerians still insist and argue that there is no covid-19 in Nigeria. So, some one who actually left Cross-river covid-19 free can contract the virus before reaching Bauchi. No need to cast aspersions on the good people of Cross-river state, by our able Governor, Bala Mohammed (Kauran Bauchi). |
holusimple:Good pictures I must say. Op thanks a lot |
2mercy:Let the living learn the herein lesson: Sex is meant to take place between husband and wife. The unmarried who can afford payment for quick sex can also afford marriage. A DCO of Nigerian police is more than capable, but watch how he ended. Dying in the arms of a lady who couldn't make an effort to rush her bed met to a hospital for possible life saving assistance. A wife couldn't have abandoned him, but a side chic does If he is married but the wife is far away, such that he couldn't endure the urge- then I ask 'where is the discipline attributed to his person?' READERS, CREATE OR NURISH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST. LIFE IS EASIER AND MORE MEANINGFUL WHEN JESUS IS I. OUR LIVES. GOD BLESS YOU! |
solmus:Be Guided nairalanders: "Osita Chidoka" deserves much respect from Nigerians. His contribution to a better Road Safety in Nigeria far supercede his little political involvement. Cut him some slack please guys. |
So many people (Nigerians) are languishing in penury and indigency because they are not bold enough to venture into the opportunities available in our societies. THE BARRIER BETWEEN GREATNESS AND POTENTIAL GREAT MEN AND WOMEN IS ACTION. Go out and create your own success, Dear reader |
Experts have concurred that: Our potentials are God's gift to us, while what we do with our Potentials are our gift to God. Henry Ford asserted that: "There is no man living who isn't capable of doing more than he thinks he can do" The essence of this thread is to remind readers that we are all specially endowed and there is no known limit to the success we can achieve if we set our goals in line with our divine purpose. Opportunities abounds. By optimism, you will also create your own success. Mods, push this to fp let's give hope and eliminate depression. |
ahamonyeka:Well said |
ecolime:Truth Must be Said: If Late Majek was or is a pride of Africa, how did the appeal maker arrive at that? Because this appeal makes it look like the late Majek has become a LIABILITY. NOW LISTEN ALL LIVING HUMANS: *GIVE YOUR LIVES TO JESUS. *BE PRUDENT WITH YOUR FINANCES. It's insulting for an individual who lived like an emperor, spending money as if it's not hard to earn. Then now, he will be called pride of Africa. What's the yardstick for referring to someone as pride of Africa? Like Mandela, I can understand. But for Majek? ?Who is not ordinary mortal? |
A Christian king, Governor, Senator... Or even, a Christian President is possible and will make the best of public servant ever on record. I mean, considering the qualities of a Christian who is Christian indeed. That person will make an EXAMPLARY public officer. So, YES! |
