This guys paid 550k, less than 2 months and they are having this issues, I look for carpenter tire, after so many disappoinents finally the roof got fixed, the couple never shouted, they never disrespected me, all this happened I believe because of how I treat my tenants. So my friend, even if you get money, be humble.....I have tenants that are 50 years plus and am not up to 40 years, but I respect them very well, I nor dey do like boss because I be landlord.
