But Allah says in many verses of the Quran that unjust killing and killing in general is not a permissabe act: In Makka period, which must include the Pagans as well and indeed the whole Makkan community, of what is revealed of Surah Baqarah at that time spoke about the three conditions which are natural for the family of the murdered to follow, even today. Look at the case of the Lockerbee, Scotland Airplane diasaster of 1988, the families of the victims are still angry even up till now; yet Libya had paid them real money as compensations for ther losses. I agree with the bolded. Obviously Jesus was a man, talking the talk of man, a human messenger, prophet of his people, like Moses, etc before him. However, as the Lord God Creator, He Lords in reality over everyone. He Gods in reality oer everyone. He alone Created, still revealing many unknown creations, by our humanawareness of them, all of a sudden, yet they have been created and well established. God the Lord Creator is repeating what He already created, by for example in human, new babies are now born by even artificial insemination, unknown to human, say 2000 years ago, or the cloning, which have been done on animal, easily possible in human. We now have "designer" babies, etc.

That is just in creation alone. I further said that God Lord Creator restricted Himself and differentiates Himself, Uniquely by being the Only Creator, Lord God in reality and not what we human desire by calling ourselvs, lord, god, creator, or giving the title to somebody else, etc. The Creator is the Creator of the creators and what the creators create or created! The restrictions which God Lord Creator imposes on Himself makes Him clearly Unique and different from us. For example He lets His Mercy (delaying punishment of the guilty/sinful while on earth, or in the process of the sinfulness) acts as a Shiled against His Punishment, until they are punish in the future, allowing for the chance to repent, etc and be guided aright! He restrict Himself from ever comingling with the Creations. He does not even behave like an angel! Yet angels do not behave like man in every instance!

How then do we expect God Lord Creator to behave like us? Come as us to do what? Are there Gods and Lords and Creators on earth that He needs to set aright because the Human Messengers and or Prophets He had sent before and the one He sent through a unique birth with mother only and no father (I think this is where you are driving your process to?), are not adequate enough, not of the same kind, inferior to the ones they needed deliver the Messages of Guidance to? If this idea of Human prophets was not adequate, there is still a great and unique in a sense a class of celestial beings; the Angels! Lets forget the Jinn (genies; UFO Operators), for a moment. The Angels would have been more adequate rather than your idea tat God Himself needs to come all of a sudden to man to minister this time around.


Before Jesus, we have seen tremendous miracles through the hands of many prophets; Noah and Moses are good and adequate examples. The humans for the most part did not accept to obey. Noah only left with 24 people, his wife and son perished. Moses was unsuccessful with the Egyptians, which led to Pharaoh and his military being perished by drowning. We see that Angels can singlehandedly destroy mankind, as per the power of accomplishment that God Lord Creator will give them to prosecute their prescribed duties! So we use Lut's twin cities of sexual deviants for this example. Lut;s wife even perished in the process, as we all read!

Why would God Lord Creator now wants to come as Jesus, a mere human? Was the intention to give a lasting mercy that will cover and stop the individual blood sacrifice, as the Christians do argue? We must therfore look at these two components;

1). Jesus did not succeed as a Messenger/Prophet, even among the people of his nations; The nations of the Children of Israel. Not then and even now, we see that its only a handful among them are christians. If we look at this issue, Jesus was just as much a failure, at best and at worst even more of a failure than Moses with His people! If we noe look at the global success of Jesus, we will find that he only did better than moses, if we make our Judgement by head counts. But we see that many Christians have argued that not all the people who go to churche, or call themselves christians are followers of Christ. I agree. I summise that there is no followers of Christ among the Christians at all ince they adopted the name Christianity, established churches and postulated Trinity!

2). If the stoppage of the slaughter of animals was the intention, therefore Jesus the god came to die once and for all, I have news for you: animals are still slaughtered, for food and many other reasons. Some Christians are still slaughtering Animals to feed people as a means of good deeds, and hope that they get the rewards! But what is intereseting is that after the dead of Jesus claimed by Christians, for all mankind, we see that the majority of mankind, just as they did not follow Mose, noah, Lut, etc, did not and do not follow Jesus! So with all intents to die (reluctantly, the Bible provides the picture of being dragged and not walking bravely to death. Saddam Hussaine walked bravely) for man, not too many followed him, and the stoppage of slaughtering animals, not too many stopped and they still do it, and those who do not eat animals are calledvegetarians, and they are mostly non-christians; the hindus, and some other groups; Rastafarians, I think! Inshort Jesus the god failed to accomplish his two primary objectives. I see no reason therefore for God to have been assumed that He humiliated Himself, became man, and walked away from His Pride as The Overseer and yet accomplished not as great a success as Moses, etc!


Now look at what Muhammad (AS), a hman Messenger/Prophet accomplished after 600 + years after the Jesus god came and failed with his people and those who claimed to have followed him, abandoned his ways, teaching and insructions! Can we say that they are true followers? Of course not, because they only make this statement out of personal desire, pure ignorance and in reality, they abandoned every prophet/Messenger! We at least see Muhammad (AS) used his prophetic office, exactly as he had commanded; talk to his people, the arabs first and those who are within the territory. So we see the arabs united, altogether as one people, while they still keep their identities, the adopted Islam under Muhammad. Others accepted it too. The leadership of other lands were requested to adopt Islam. Al Nagashi of Ethiopia was an example of this. The Indian ruler who say the splitting of the moon accepted Islam by the sighting of the miracle! At least we have not only remnant of Islam with the muslims, we have the whole thing, unlike what the so called follower of human god can say of what they have. Thanks to newcomers like Paul, and company, we now have something completely different in name and in substantitive teachings and instructions, etc but shamelessly calls it the religion f Jesus!

5). Why should the Creator humanise Himself? He demacates His position and role, different than that of the creations. While He needs nothing from creation, creation on the other hand needs everything from Him!

6). The line in my hand can not be unseen by me when I stretch my hand in the sunlight? Yes. The plainliness of this in my sight, is not as intensed as how all creations put together is in the full control of its Creator. Why then shoul this Creator the Only Superior Being not maintain His Position? Allah says I Rise Above My Throne! That say plenty, that even His Throne is beneath His majestic Position! We do not have a Lord God Creator cooked up in a chair, a throne  or something that restricts Him! Allah is above all of these things and He is in Total Control of everything. If I can have see my palm each time I stretch my opened hand in my front, should I have to go to that palm, hand, arm that I control?


70. There is nothing hiding, unseen, unknown, beyond hearing, beyond the complete knowledge, sight, etc of Allah. This is omnipotency at its Most Superior! And there is none that is omnipotent, along with Him!

1). As I have stated, there are two categories; The Creator, alone and the rest are the Creations. The Creator, God will not do somethings for example. He forbids them for Himself, so he restricts Himself from them. One of them is Injustices. Another is partnership. If there is a partner, then the Unique position of Himself as the sole Creator is not there, hence you may have a tug of war between two bosses! This single idea destroys Trinity. Now as to if there is Impossibility for God: my answer stands as stated above. There are things that do not fit His Majesty. Why do them, even if it is not difficult to be done. It is impossible that it will ever happen. Lets look at it this way: a real man will not want to be a woman, or ask another man to mount him. You will never find a King in the royal clothing doing the cleaning of his palace while the citixens are looking on.

2). Is humiliation a befitting experience for a king, by his subject? Does it make sense for President Obama comes out on the White House lawn and says to a citizen to pelter him with raw eggs, just because he is trying to show how noble the occupant of the Oval office is? No. This simple thing sets him apart. Then compare that to the Creator! What is the point of subjecting Himself to humiliation, okay humility when He is the Sole Forgiver of all sins?

Is it not Majestic enough by His Mercy that He sent Human Messenger/Prophets to Humans, proiding complete guidance, to avoid sins and punishment and seeking His Mercy and Forgiveness, guaranteed by simple humanly possible deeds? Allah did not request of us anything impossible, hence there is no need to act as a man, just to proof a point, whereas the Human prophets, your kind are not adequate, if it is true that you wish to belief?

Is it not odd that a woman will cover herself, to be "identified as a muslima and not be molested", that she turned around, at night, still covered and then surprisingly offering herself up for molestations as prostitutes in the hands of johns the customers, molestors?

If it is true that she was going to be a prostitute, under the cover of the night, she should just remove the garb of piety, or at least sign of Islam, if she is not pious and wants to practise prostitution! Recognize that a person who commits suicide is forbidden paradise.

Be sure to talk to your local Imam if you feel suicidal. The imam should generally not be judgemental in his response. The imam, should, however, show or quote to you the above hadith or similar rulings, at least so you know the consequences on your soul. Seek out the Islamic counsel that is there to guide and encourage you on the right path, not the perceived easy path.

Say, "astaghfir Allah wa atubu alaihi" (May Allah have mercy on me and accept my repentance) 100 times a day, as was a sunnah of Prophet Muhammad, saaws.

When fearful, say "La ilaha ill Allah" (there is no deity but Allah).

If someone expresses suicidal thoughts to you, it is important that you warn him or her of the consequences.

Do not kill yourself. Seek Allah's Mercy, for surely Allah, subhana watala, is All Merciful. Humbly seek the help of your Lord.

At-Tirmithi said:

This is a good hadith. The people of knowledge have differed about this; some of them say that the Muslims should pray for everyone who faces the Qiblah in prayer, and for the one who commits suicide. This is the opinion of Sufyan at-Thawri and Ishaq. Ahmad said, 'The imam should not pray for the one who commits suicide, but other people than the imam should.'" (Sunan ut-Tirmithi)

Ibn Taymiyyah said:

"If someone refuses to pray janazah for one of those (a killer, robber, and one deep in debt), as a warning for those like him from doing similar acts - this is good. And if one refused to do that in public, but makes supplication for him in secret, thereby fulfilling both interests - this is even better." (Al-Iktiyarat p. 52)

*word inserted by Muttaqun OnLine, as those who completly abandon salat are not Muslim, and if reliable witnesses establish before the Ameer (leader) that the person had undoubtedly abandoned salat altogether, the person would not be considered Muslim and would not, of course, receive a Muslim funeral. Establishing this is harder (requires a very high burden of proof) once the person is dead, as the dead person cannot defend themself.

Buraidah reported that the Prophet said, "The pact between us and them is prayer. Whoever abandons it is a disbeliever."

Ruling of Scholar of Today's Times - Kitaab Majmoo’ Fataawa wa Maqaalaat Mutanawwi’ah li Samaahat al-Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) – vol. 13, p. 122

A person who has killed himself should be washed, prayed over and buried with the Muslims, because he is a sinner but he is not a kaafir. Killing oneself is a sin but it is not kufr. If he killed himself – we seek refuge with Allaah – he should be washed, shrouded and prayed over, but the khaleefah and important people should not pray for him, by way of rebuke, lest anyone think that they approve of what he did. If the khaleefah, ruler, judges, president or mayor do not pray over him in order to denounce this action and announce that it is wrong, then this is good, but some of the Muslims should still offer the (funeral) prayer for him.

PRAYING FOR THE SINFUL

Sinful Muslims

As stated earlier, the janazah prayer must be offered even for a faajir (a corrupt person or sinner who had indulged in disobedience and transgression), such as one who did not pray [regularly*], did not pay zakah, was an alcohol addict, used to commit zinaa, and so on. However, those who are respected for their knowledge and piety in the community should attempt not to attend, as a form of punishment and reprimand for people like him. This was the practice of the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam), as in the hadith of Zayd Bin Khalid (in the beginning of this chapter) regarding the man who stole from the booty.

Also, Abu Qatadah (radiyAllahu 'anhu) reported that when Allah's Messenger (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was invited to pray janazah he would inquire about the deceased. If he is praised as having been good, he (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) would stand and pray for him. But is he is described as having been otherwise, he (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) would tell his family, "You take care of him." And he (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) would not pray for him.

And Jabir Bin Samurah (radiyAllahu 'anhu) reported that a man fell ill, and his family wailed over him. His neighbor came to Allah's Messenger (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and told him that he died. The Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) asked him "How did you know?" The man replied, "I saw him." He (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "He did not die." So he went back and heard the wailing again. His wife said, "Go to Allah's Messenger and tell him (about the wailing)." The man said, "May Allah curse him." Then he went to his neigbor's house and found that he had cut his throat with a knife. He went to the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and told him that he died. He (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) again asked him, "How did you know?" He replied, "I saw him cutting his throat with a blade that he had with him." He (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) asked "You saw him do that?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "Then I will not pray janazah for him." (Recorded by Muslim, Abu Dawud and others)

Ruling of Scholar of Today's Times - Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (Rahimahu 'Llah)- Kayfa Nu'aalij Waaqi'unaa al-Aleem - Page 120

Question: What is the ruling regarding suicide in Islaam?

Response: Suicide is when a person kills himself intentionally by whatever means. This is haraam and regarded as amongst the major sins, and likewise included in the general statement of Allaah (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala):

{And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allaah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him}, [Soorah an-Nisaa, Aayah 93].

And it is established from the Sunnah on the authority of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) who said:

((Indeed, whoever (intentionally) kills himself, then certainly he will be punished in the Fire of Hell, wherein he shall dwell forever)), [Bukhaaree (5778) and Muslim (109 and 110)].

In reality, the one who commits suicide, generally does so because of his desperate situation, either as a direct result of an act of Allaah or a human being. So you find him unable to cope with that which has afflicted him, and in actual fact he is like one who is calling for help from the scorching heat of the fire. So he has progressed from that which was tough (bad) to that which is worse. And if he was patient, then Allaah would have assisted him in dealing with the difficulty.
