thorpido:The absense of the dad is not an excuse bro. It's like saying you won't be educated cus your parents aren't financially buoyant. Many people sponsored themselves thru sch and are doing fine today. Likewise, many single mothers have successfully raised disciplined children while some moms and dads despite their presence have not raised good children. I'm a product of single parenting. Op you need solution right? Harsh as it may sound, the best thing to do is what mom said...leave her to bear her cross. The truth is, she got pregnant and began a family when she wasn't ready and mature enough. She wasnt prepared for the whirls of marriage. The unconscious thought of "I'm married and have 4 kids on a platter of ease...what many single ladies at 35 are still hoping to have" is not making her grow up. She hasn't grown up and the best way to let her be is to withdraw from being her confidant over such an issue. Men cheat (not right though) but she shd be more prepared on how to handle it. It's like a man who got married without preparation for women's wahala. If you want a person to grow up, withdraw help and confidentiality from such a person. Wonderfully, you would see the person coping well and become a master in handling what he/she complains about. A proverb in Yoruba says "don't kill me, don't kill me this child, after a while, it will become this child you better don't kill yourself" Tell your mother to ignore her, especially for the sake of her health and you take care of your mother and ensure she sleeps well |
Let he who thinks he stands take heed lest he falls. You have a major weakness. Argumentation! Kobojunkiee: |
God bless your wisdom. You aren't married yet but you are on the right path thinking properly. Compatibility is very important and germane. I still wonder how some girls think they can reach the depth of a man's heart with lack of respect and submission. Honestly it baffles me, even nature is confused because that's not God's original plan. Well they say some men like it, that's why I don't argue it at all. I was once in such a relationship too, she was impatient intolerant and always want all my decision to be about her in the name of caring. I couldn't cope I had to opt out. I boldly told her to her face that we had to quit. She asked why, I said we're not compatible. She left with dramatic grudges which included calls, chats, utmost rudeness, abuses etc. I felt emotional trauma at first but today I'm thanking God for the decision. I have peace of mind. |
Kobojunkiee:Thanks to God for your confirmation. That however is still not enough excuse for a born again Christian to skip church. The Bible asked us not to neglect the gathering of brethrens. It's a commandment not an opinion. Churches and fellowships are gatherings of brethrens Besides, anybody who's seeking excuse out from churching is not genuinely born again. A real born again xtain always have joy when it's time to go to God's house especially to pray/clean up/arrange/organize the program (which is the real service) before the service/gathering begins David said I was glad when they said let us go to the house of the Lord. The joy will always be there for a heaven-focused born again xtain. What a lot of nairalanders call born again is not the real one. Pls know that! |

Kobojunkie:Your argumentative nature is enough to prevent you from heaven |
Those rich island residents..I fear them. My gf who does home service for them does it during the day and announces to everyone where she's going. Cus many people enter some houses and don't come out again. No be all money clean o! |
I'm only worried about how a born again Christian is not on his way to church right now or is there nairaland church now? |
You call the person notice-me |
The day I farted, scratched my anus and smelt my fingers in an empty classroom only to see the girl I've been toasting and forming porch for, came out from the back of the class covering her nose with her hand. I didn't know what to say to her after that day |
Zzor:You shd convert that disgust to tolerance now cus you could have a son and in a few years, he will battle with sexual teenage exhurberance. That's what mature women and mothers do. You have to be tolerant to be able to counsel. Especially if you're a single mother. And if you're not married, you should begin to work on your tolerance before your marriage time comes. What you said sounds like a man who sees the site of his wife's menstrual flow and calls it disgusting. You have a long way to go. |
Sweetnesstwins:Prostitution is no wonder anymore |
The bridge between you and your customer is very crucial as a business minded person |
Are you a learner? You're lamenting over what a lot of men know including those younger than you |
Do you need a marriage at all. If you dont, don't ask us for any advice. If you do, let unwise girls like yourself advise you |
As expected. Aren't they celebrities? They seriously have the pride of life to contend with. A fact they should know before attaining a celebrated height yet ignore and allow themselves ruled by it. Getting married to fulfill status while the person who is maritally peaceful does not measure up to their standard |
brain54:Exactly. I also believed that if your hand is scratching you, money is coming |
They said that siamweed usually react like that when overdosed. Some even said after taking it, they see themselves and their girlfriend walking naked through the market square like mad couple. Some get high on it and start drinking water from WC calling it cold tea. The weed is too reactive for you, I think you should stop it before you start getting up from night sleep to stroll to bus stop thinking it's afternoon as only you will be seeing sunshine. |
I am the favorite of myself |
alexsoftwork: ImaIma1:Both of you have good points and I understand your views. Children 3yr old will find responses definitely...everybody loves them. But an adolescent asking an elder has to use a respective tone or a tender tone especially if the elderly is choleric whether male or female. At that elderly age, they assume an auhoritative state. The closeness or familiarity also matters. A landlord or boss who has allowed so much familiarity with his/her tenants or employee may see such as disrespectful but hearing that from your daughter as a father or from your son as a mother means care and concern. |
ireneidiva:No dear, despite your superficial and critical response, I still advise you study the use of verb tenses aptly and stop quoting with a linguistic superior tone. You're a very big learner who's not willing to be teachable. |
Carbon and branch |
ireneidiva:No you are wrong. Many meet and split is correct. Many met and splitted is also correct. Both are used either in present tenses or in past tenses |
EmmaNuella77:I know. I met mine too on SM. Soulmate requires much more than young guys and girls know. Many met and splitted |
I read a tweet sometime ago about a girl who saw her father cheating and told her mom which almost splitted the marriage. Since then she had learnt to keep her mouth shut for peace sake. I replied her by saying, now you're growing into maturity. When you hear other girls ranting about how they can't accept not to tell their mother, you won't talk much bcus you've seen the other side, you now know what it means to see the darkest secret of a person and still respect that person. Experience breeds maturity and maturity is the scarcest virtue among girls. Most girls want the best marriages but don't have the maturity to live through it. Now you have had your experience and your maturity has improved beyond the previous state. Now you know why some people seem too porched for the kinda wife or husband they marry, hear people saying why do handsome men marry ugly women and vice versa. The answer is simple..they looked beyond physical attractions. This is one of the reasons some men don't date teenagers and girls in their early 20s |
Where else would it lead you than sex for some time followed by break up. Nothing new |
That number 2 is easier said than experienced. You know what it means to be a broken Christian? |
A complete divorce and remarriage would happen before I finish reading this article |
Me too I'm looking for job |
NoPlaceLike:For where? No be person weh go sch other countries go invite at such a level? |
Yes I do, you're a full bulk |
