There was this particular post that was trending heavily on Social Media, where a particular individual advised that Nigerians should buy credit call cards from individual sellers instead of Banks. The individual gave a crucial reason that buying from individual sellers means promoting employment and helping sellers eke out living. This individual is actually right but there are some other things to look at when buying from banks, which include, 1. Banks do not include additional charges when buying a credit call card. As an example, to buy credit card of a telecommunication network whose brand colour is Yellow, one would need to include an additional 10 naira. This means when buying a 100 naira call card, one is expected to pay 110 naira to sellers. 2. There is nothing like error in pin. When call credit card are purchased from Banks, there is no such thing as error in pin. Unlike buying from sellers, where at times the pin may have been loaded or incorrect. 3. Cashless policy. Some African countries like Kenya have gone cashless higher than Nigeria. Buying credit call card from banks is one of the ways we can imbibe the cashless policy in ourselves till we finally go cashless. 4. Technology is growing and there is possibility that it will over ride some other jobs and not just selling of credit call card. This is one of the impact of technology which has not even hit Nigeria at all. We are still feeling the lesser part of technology. Most jobs in advanced country are being over taken by technology. For example in the next 10 to 15 years, human drivers might be on their way to losing their value because of self driving cars. However, buying of credit call card from either bank or individual seller is a choice. 5. Limited stress. Back then as children, many people had the opportunity of being woken up by parents or guardians. Some people got use to it that it became a part and parcel of them as adult, they expect someone to wake them up while at sleep. This has also made some people get used to the act of getting late to any event or place. Getting late to an event has become an habit to a number of people. In Africa for example, there is something called ‘African Time.’ African Time means you don’t have to necessarily arrive at an event or place at the specified time. Why? Because there is always a general belief that the event wouldn’t start at the actual time stated. In most cases in Africa, this is always true. However, there are some events or places one should not make use of African time. They include the following, 1. An Interview. They say first impression matters. As a job seeker or applicants getting to a place for interview late or at an African time will not speak well to the employer. 2. Business meeting. Punctuality is the sole of business. So arriving late for a business meeting when other business partners are seated shows such person is not a serious type. 3. Court of Law. This is another place one must never arrive late especially if you are among the parties awaiting judgement. Arriving late at the court of law could mean the earlier case could be postponed to a later date. 4. The class of a tough lecturer. Many students will agree to this fact. There are some lecturers in tertiary institutions you daren’t enter their class when they are in. 5. Religion Houses. Though many people don’t take this serious. As they have arrive at religious houses anytime that pleases them. Another is on a wedding day, if one of the groom or the bride arrive late on their wedding ,a lot of fears would have arise prior to their arrival. It is your wedding day nor a ‘shocking’ day. Some days back, I was having a relationship chat with a lady and the way she responded to my question, though jokingly was shocking. Many of us have become so addicted with our phones that we can’t let it out of our sights for some seconds. Some people can’t stand few minutes in the bathroom while their phones are charging in the other room. While people who were alive before the advent of phones took Newspaper to the toilet. Most people of the new generation take their phones to the toilet with them. Though, many people will claim they have never done such but majority must have indulge in this habit at one time or the other. Whether you have or not, there are some dangers that come with it. Below are some things that could happen if you take your phone with you to the toilet. 1. You could end up staying for hours in the toilet. This is very possible, that urge that continues to come why reading a status on Facebook. Checking feeds on Twitter and the likes. All of these can keep one for long unnecessarily in the toilet. 2. An highly rated British Journalist, Pete O’Rourke, in a statement on Social has disclosed that Chelsea’s boss Conte has been sacked. This is yet to be confirmed by the Blues. However, looking at the way this season has been for Chelsea, one would advise Conte to be on his way. The English club had performed below expectations in all ramifications. Chelsea used to be one of the top clubs on the English Premier league table. But this season they couldn’t even make it to the top four. The Blues have lost out in the UEFA Champions League having lost to top Spanish club, Barcelona. Chelsea poor performance came to it greatest height on Sunday when they were held down by West Ham. The game between the two English clubs ended in a 1-1 draw. Thus, ending Chelsea dream of playing in the UEFA Champions League next season. Because not only did they lose out of the Champions League, they are also 10 points away from making it to the top four. The only saving grace for Chelsea this season is if they can win the FA Cup. As they will be facing Southampton in the semi-finals. However, the claim by the British Journalist shows that Conte won’t be in charge for the Blues clash with Saints. This is what O’Rourke posted on hisTwitter handle, “Looking likely that Antonio Conte has left Chelsea.” There have been reports in the past that many of the football players at Stamford Bridge were against Conte coaching style. Unemployment has become a global issue as no country is free from it On a daily basis workers are retrenched over economic instability and recession. However, workers in Third World countries feel the heat more than their contemporaries in developped countries. Although, there have been call that people should embrace Entrepreneurship. This is good but can everyone be Entrepreneurs or do we even have what it takes to be a great one at that. For this reasons workers no longer have job security with many turning to office politics to keep their jobs. This fear has however reduced productivity in many workers. What many workers have failed to realize is that before a valuable worker can be retrenched in an organization then it means it (the company) can no longer carry on. Easter Break: Things you need for a short trip as a man The lifestyle of a man is quite different from that of a woman A woman while going on a short or long trip needs to pack a lot of accessories, this doesn’t apply to a man. The Easter break commences from Friday which is Good Friday and would last till Monday (Easter Monday.) This means there are four days break away from work activities to rest, enjoy and have fun. For some people, the Easter break will be a moment to see their long time relatives and friends. Some might just go on a lone excursion. Other people might just use it to catch fun. While some people will end up sleeping through out the four free days off duty. If you are part of the people that will go visiting or go on a lone excursion then this is for you. What A Man Needs For A Short Break The lifestyle of a man is quite simple than a woman when it comes to packing for a short trip. Below is a list of things you need for a short trip as a man 1. A Bag: This is the most important thing that is needed because it is the object that will carry the loads you intend to go with. Your load will determine the kind of bag to go with. Another thing is the bag must have space to accommodate your loads. 2. The Clothes: For a male, you don’t need more than two trousers apart from the one you are wearing. For a man the trouser could be a jean as it will make you look unique. Two shirts and 3 underwear will do justice. If you wouldn’t be attending any special event, a black shoe is ok.
