BusinessBuying Credit Call Card From Individual Sellers Or Banks by Olusharp(op): 2:08pm On May 04, 2018
There was this particular post that was trending heavily on Social Media, where a particular individual advised that Nigerians should buy credit call cards from individual sellers instead of Banks.

The individual gave a crucial reason that buying from individual sellers means promoting employment and helping sellers eke out living.
This individual is actually right but there are some other things to look at when buying from banks, which include,
1. Banks do not include additional charges when buying a credit call card.
As an example, to buy credit card of a telecommunication network whose brand colour is Yellow, one would need to include an additional 10 naira.
This means when buying a 100 naira call card, one is expected to pay 110 naira to sellers.

2. There is nothing like error in pin.
When call credit card are purchased from Banks, there is no such thing as error in pin.

Unlike buying from sellers, where at times the pin may have been loaded or incorrect.

3. Cashless policy.
Some African countries like Kenya have gone cashless higher than Nigeria.
Buying credit call card from banks is one of the ways we can imbibe the cashless policy in ourselves till we finally go cashless.

4. Technology is growing and there is possibility that it will over ride some other jobs and not just selling of credit call card.

This is one of the impact of technology which has not even hit Nigeria at all.
We are still feeling the lesser part of technology.
Most jobs in advanced country are being over taken by technology.

For example in the next 10 to 15 years, human drivers might be on their way to losing their value because of self driving cars.
However, buying of credit call card from either bank or individual seller is a choice.

5. Limited stress. Banks have made it so easy that all you need to do is to dial some digits on your phone and the credit call card is in.
Do you mind sharing where you buy your credit call card?

From banks or Individual sellers?

EventsAfrican Time: Seven Places Or Events You Should Never Attend Late by Olusharp(op): 5:00am On Apr 22, 2018
Back then as children, many people had the opportunity of being woken up by parents or guardians.

Some people got use to it that it became a part and parcel of them as adult, they expect someone to wake them up while at sleep.

This has also made some people get used to the act of getting late to any event or place.

Getting late to an event has become an habit to a number of people.

In Africa for example, there is something called ‘African Time.’

African Time means you don’t have to necessarily arrive at an event or place at the specified time.

Why?

Because there is always a general belief that the event wouldn’t start at the actual time stated.

In most cases in Africa, this is always true.

However, there are some events or places one should not make use of African time.

They include the following,

1. An Interview. They say first impression matters.

As a job seeker or applicants getting to a place for interview late or at an African time will not speak well to the employer.

2. Business meeting. Punctuality is the sole of business.

So arriving late for a business meeting when other business partners are seated shows such person is not a serious type.

3. Court of Law.

This is another place one must never arrive late especially if you are among the parties awaiting judgement.

Arriving late at the court of law could mean the earlier case could be postponed to a later date.

4. The class of a tough lecturer. Many students will agree to this fact.

There are some lecturers in tertiary institutions you daren’t enter their class when they are in.

5. Religion Houses. Though many people don’t take this serious.

As they have arrive at religious houses anytime that pleases them.

Another is on a wedding day, if one of the groom or the bride arrive late on their wedding ,a lot of fears would have arise prior to their arrival.

It is your wedding day nor a ‘shocking’ day.

Always remember to keep to time!

RomanceThings To Look Out For Before You Finally Say 'I Do' by Olusharp(op): 3:21am On Apr 20, 2018
Some days back, I was having a relationship chat with a lady and the way she responded to my question, though jokingly was shocking.

I asked her what she sees in a man before going into a relationship lipsrsealed with him.

And her answer was, he must have a car first.

I was thrown off balance as I had to further questioned, “what if he has a car but with a bad character.”

She insisted the main thing is that he must have a car.

I immediately told her she was yet to know what she wanted.

This same thing applies to most ladies who look at the material things ahead of the real person and the future.

Everyone lady dreams is to have a handsome, tall and rich husband.

This is a good dream but there are more to it.

Below are some things to take note before saying ‘I Do’ as a lady

1. Character: You need to know his real person.

What is his temperament?

Can he control his anger? what is the level of self control?

These are some of the questions that need to be answered.

A man might have thousands of cars and have a bad character.

Do you want a happy home or a car?

2. Is he a man or a boy. This is another important factor that should be taken into consideration.

There are a lot of men who are still boys in the way they act.

This kind of men can’t take decisions on their own.

In most cases, their mother owns the remote control.

3. Vision. There is this saying that says a woman that goes with a man with a Television but no vision will end up looking at men with visions on the Television.

Before saying yes, you need to be certain he has a vision for the future because the present is not enough.

4. Is he capable. This is in two ways. Is he capable financially and does he knows how to treat woman no matter the condition.

On the issue of financial capability, it is not a must he must be all that wealthy but he must be willing and hardworking to change his status.

Above all, you as the female must have a value you are coming in with into his life.

Because beauty a lone does not hold a relationship.

PhonesTaking Your Phone To The Toilet: What Could Happen by Olusharp(op): 8:47pm On Apr 10, 2018
Back in the days, before the advent of phone, some people will pick up a newspaper, novel, magazine and the likes when going to the toilet.

Why?

Most people claimed they take these reading materials to the toilet to read why doing the deal.

SportsEPL: British Journalist Pete O’rourke Claims Antonio Conte Has Left Chelsea by Olusharp(op): 12:10pm On Apr 10, 2018
An highly rated British Journalist, Pete O’Rourke, in a statement on Social has disclosed that Chelsea’s boss Conte has been sacked.

This is yet to be confirmed by the Blues.

However, looking at the way this season has been for Chelsea, one would advise Conte to be on his way.

The English club had performed below expectations in all ramifications.

Chelsea used to be one of the top clubs on the English Premier league table.

But this season they couldn’t even make it to the top four.

The Blues have lost out in the UEFA Champions League having lost to top Spanish club, Barcelona.

Chelsea poor performance came to it greatest height on Sunday when they were held down by West Ham.

The game between the two English clubs ended in a 1-1 draw.

Thus, ending Chelsea dream of playing in the UEFA Champions League next season.

Because not only did they lose out of the Champions League, they are also 10 points away from making it to the top four.

The only saving grace for Chelsea this season is if they can win the FA Cup.

As they will be facing Southampton in the semi-finals.

However, the claim by the British Journalist shows that Conte won’t be in charge for the Blues clash with Saints.

This is what O’Rourke posted on hisTwitter handle, “Looking likely that Antonio Conte has left Chelsea.”

There have been reports in the past that many of the football players at Stamford Bridge were against Conte coaching style.

And he seems to have an axe to grind with the management.

For the sake of his future, this would be the best moment for Conte to bow out of Chelsea.

Because the odds are against him.

Then throwing himself backward towards the ground and kicking the ball towards the goal post at the same time.

It is a tough one though.

This style started in South American, which happens to be the home of football.

Bicycle kick involves strength, agility and being able to control ones nerve.

Jobs/VacanciesWhy You May Lose Your Job Very Soon by Olusharp(op): 10:40pm On Apr 03, 2018
Unemployment has become a global issue as no country is free from it

On a daily basis workers are retrenched over economic instability and recession.

However, workers in Third World countries feel the heat more than their contemporaries in developped countries.

Although, there have been call that people should embrace Entrepreneurship.

This is good but can everyone be Entrepreneurs or do we even have what it takes to be a great one at that.

For this reasons workers no longer have job security with many turning to office politics to keep their jobs.

This fear has however reduced productivity in many workers.

What many workers have failed to realize is that before a valuable worker can be retrenched in an organization then it means it (the company) can no longer carry on.

Before a worker can be retrenched there are some signs that indicates the worker is due for it.

Below are some of the signs which shows why a worker may lose his job.

1. Not ready to learn: in life we have to learn, relearn and unlearn.

If the employer keep correcting the same mistake or error on a regular basis then the worker may be out of his job before he knows.

The day a worker stops learning then he is on his way out.

2. Not bringing in anything of value: when you don’t add any value to the organization than the ‘high flyer certificate’ you brought, then you can actually bid your job good bye.

Go extra mile, bring in new intialtives etc.

3. Refusing to adapt with new system especially technology: many workers especially those in developing countries still rely on their obsolete knowledge to run things.

Some of have refuse to embrace new technologies.

4. Not being happy with the job: many workers take up jobs not because they are happy with it but because no option seems to be coming.

If a worker is unhappy with his job, this will show in his productivity.

One of the first things that can make or mar ones first contact with another person is the teeth.

Some people might find it difficult to communicate.

Especially, if you are conscious of the ‘Browness’ of your teeth or you remember the poor dentition.

This even goes further and lead to inferiority complex in others.

Speaking in public becomes a crime, to smile becomes as hard as hitting one’s head to the wall.

They say a smile melts the heart but what about a smile that comes from a brownish teeth?

To even share a kiss with your partner becomes a scary thing to do.

It’s gets aggravated if there is a pain in the tooth.

Cutting meat and chewing becomes difficult, as some people find it hard to eat in public so as to hide their pains.

And they end up giving a wrong impression about themselves to others as they may be assume to be proud.

This means like every part of our body, those set of teeth are important and should be well taken care.

How do we go about this,

1. Brush Your teeth regularly: Dentists say it is advisable to brush twice a day. Either once or twice, brush regularly.

However some people make error in this aspect as they only brush the teeth and leave other parts of the mouth.

You have to remember to scrub your tongue and other parts.

2. Avoid smoking and alcoholic drinks: Some folks might find this hard to give up but it would help if you do.

Avoiding smoking will help prevent oral cancer.

3. Avoid excessive drinking of tea coffee and soda: Truly they give nutrients to the body but too much of these drinks can lead to discoloration of the teeth.

4. Eat good food: To get a nice looking dentition eat food that contain calcium.

5. Avoid fighting in public: This perhaps is the best way to lose one teeth untimely.

By all means avoid fighting because a single punch from a good fighter can send your teeth flying.

others include, visiting a dentist, avoiding sugary food, use mouth guard. etc.

Have you ever at one period wonder how you suddenly go Broke without an iota knowledge of how, what and when you spend your money?

Well, it does happen to everyone until we get to understand the secret that helps to keep us in check.

When it comes to the issue of money in all areas of life for a particular project.

The next thing you see is Budget.

The same thing applies to our personal finance, to be able to control that lavish spending on a little income and stay out of debt then you need to have a personal budget.

An individual with a personal budget shows he understands the true value of money.

Personal Budget is a predetermined plan that shows your finance for the future.

It shows how an individual allocates future personal incomes towards meeting his expenses, savings and debt repayment.

Budget can simply be said to have two sides, the future revenue and expenses.

Why You Are Better Off Being Self-Employed

This means you must recognise what your revenue are (people with multiple sources of income. )
