Atheist here; my advice is to go along with their rules if you live in their house. If your parents are seriously crazy then you may need to tell them that you rediscovered Christ to get them to leave you alone. Once you are independent then resume the life you want.

People who are raised together rarely become sexually attracted to one another, and so it is unlikely that any society would suddenly turn to incest and produce a lot of people with genetic problems. This could only occur if society comes to believe that religion wants it, such as what you find in some parts of the Arab and south Asian regions, where first cousin marriages are the norm.

That is actually the position of most atheists. Let us be allowed to test and monitor these miracles using scientific equipment. Have a faith healer regrow an amputated arm while biologists monitor the process. If this could be done just a single time then I would be convinced.

I'm telling you it was worse in the 20th century. Religious people are not minority in china, you will find out the day china declares freedom of religious expression. In fact, i suspect that Asia and the middle east are the next big thing for christianity.
Africa is a continent that has been superstituos long before the introduction of christianity, most of its part still maintain the superstition till date. I dont see it going away any time soon.

I actually don't think the world will be majority atheist any time soon, however I do think that religious adherence will reduce over time, especially once the internet becomes widely accessible to people.

I never said that religion would die out. I just said that if you ignore atheists you may find more of them one day than you thought. Religious people are now the clear minority in Europe and China. Non-religious people are increasing rapidly in the US. Why not Africa?

Clearly, an atheist will not kill someone just because an imaginary being said so according to some book.

Atheists are people too and we are quite capable of finding justification for doing bad things. Education is key.

If there is no spirit directing the prophet, how can he see something that was done in his absence.
Is there any logic that can explain a situation where humans have the power to see things that happened in their absence without any link to spiritualism?

(2)second question is this, if there is no spirit, how can somebody (man of God) raise the dead or heal the sick without any medication?

(3) If there is no God, how did the world come into existence.

As to questions #1 and #2: These are simply clever frauds. Charlatans like this have been exposed many times in countries (like the US) where they have the knowledge and technology to discover how they are tricking people.

#3: I don't know the origin of the universe. Scientists are making progress on this but do not have the answers yet. I do not assume that a particular god did it, or if this so called creator still exists. Maybe he died in the big bang explosion.

Having a scientific background, I would really like god-believers to present testable hypotheses that I can try out myself to prove the existence of a particular god. For example, there are a lot of people who claim that Christians or Muslims go to some paradise while disbelievers go into some terrible place. I would like to see if these results can be confirmed, that is, I would like for Christians to show me the souls of dead Christians in paradise and the non-Christians in hell. All you need to do is demonstrate this and I will believe. Don't just say it's written in some old book.
