@post you can't make anyone fall in love with you no matter how hard you try. It is up to her if she wants to fall in love with you. |
Not trying to undermind you Gamine but, i really don't have any of these so called symptoms. |
bennygee:19!!! got dang!!! |
@ Topic makes me weak and she can make me to do almost anything, because i don't want to see my woman's tears. however, some ladies have taken adavnatge of that.
That is a very dangerous way to feel. |
Queenisha:Kachifoo Queenisha. I do sincerely hope i never see you in my office. Not because you are ignorant but it is because of the field im in. But unfortunately i have to say that you will change your mind about nurses one way or another. Because with out nurses, doctors, surgeons, alot of the people on this earth wouldn't be here. Kachifoo.Oh yeah im on scholarship so don't worry about my parent's money because i havent used a dime. |
Hmmmm, not a bad idea. But then, I'm not into men that can be esaily controlled by a woman
Yeah even i hate a man that can be controlled by a woman easily. |
Queenisha:Meet me when you find back your intelligence. Tryna to question a Pre Med student, mba. chi21:Omo, tell what is wrong with a man being a nurse? |
Queenisha:Please your ignorance is becoming scary. My friends have to take more math than you can spell just to become a nurse. If you keep talking like this, you will truly find that nurse who can't calculate. |
Queenisha:Actually you don't want to treat a patient with pain using sleeping pills. They will wake up in more pain. Little medical lesson for you. Look at this one. |
Queenisha:You would be the first to sue if a nurse thought like you. What do you mean what mathematics? Omo, please go educate yourself. |
Queenisha:You over here thinking you smart. When i specifically said that i was becoming a doctor. Please i hope you don't become anything that has to do with the medical field. You would switch sleeping pills for pain killers. |
ROFLMAO You are damned right. Tell it to these un-submissive women.
oh go and prepare for your pre nupt and customary marriage. atheist. |
Queenisha:You have no idea what you are talking about. Nursing is one of the hardest most rewarding profession there is. Im in pre med, and i see what the kids who are becoming nurses go through. so sad. Im thankful that i grew up around nurses and doctors, because they the ones that inspired me to become a doctor. Because the same people you guys make fun of are the ones who organize funds to send to the hospitals back in Nigeria. I don't see any one of all doing squat. |
Hannibal:It is so sad how ignorant you guys are. Oka let me shed some light for you. There are more then one type of nurse. yal are talking of the ones that work in old folk's home. they have some that work in ER, ICU, NIC, Maturnity, so and so forth. Abeg please go and educate you guys self before you post such ignorant post. |
Oka let me say this. If you are a nurse here, you have a job any where. The amount of money made is a blessing. All my naija friend's parents are nurses. And they all live in the best neighborhoods. Becoming a nurse is an accomplishment and worth it. I would encourage any one of my kids to become a nurse, doctor, or surgeon. |
Queenisha:That you are set for life. |
Queenisha:Please come to the states. If your man is a nurse, Glory to God. Do you know how much there is a demand for nurses? do you know how much it pays? One of my male friends moved to Washington from Texas, just to go to the school that excepted him. |
Hannibal stop dodging and answer my question. Is Jesus a wimp for crying? |
agaba123:
Onye muru nwaa lee, nwada ri mma. . . papa muta nwanyi rimma . . Who gave birth to this child!! ! ! The child is pretty . . . . . Papa gave birth to a beautiful girl. I hope I am correct
Omo, dalu. |
Hannibal:1. What is wrong in holding your wife's hand? 2. Come and tell all the naija men born/raised that they are wissies because they are nurses 3. Are you calling Jesus a wuss because the last time i checked Jesus wept. |
@agaba if you don't mind, could you please translate your signature? |
Hannibal:Please don't come to Houston with this jive. Because the Nigerian men, dominate in nursing. |
@oyinye I totally agree with you. Cuz that's how I am. If I need to cry, I need to be alone. Let out the anger/depression out by myself. I don't need attention or pity or even sympathy Just to be alone.
I know, i don't want to hear "it will be okay" "im here for you" "you are alright". that jive just annoys me to the core. It basically just adds insult to injury. I mean im not trying to lock my man out of my emotions or anything but i really need to be alone. Let me scream and yell, relieve some stress. But when a guy tries to come and hold me or hug, i just completely just bottle up all my emotions and wait till im alone to relive. I mean when im crying and real upset, i seriously need to be alone to calm myself down. Because i have been in a position in which i did something because i wasn't able to be alone and relieve that anger. |
@oyinye hehehe, so you want your husband to be away from you when you're crying? That means you don't want to see him in the labor room.
That is the only exception. But otherwise he needs to back off and let me handle it. I mean i don't even cry in front of my family. i don't like bringing that kind of attention to myself. Let me be myself, retain my composure, and forget it. |
I am. This is just residual knowledge from sunday school and C.R.K (christian religious knowledge)
Oka i asked huxley this but he wouldn't answer me. When you get married, who would conduct your marriage? |
ROTFLMAO!!! Macho show on Nairaland? rotflmao!! hehehehe, you want to tell me what you've been doing when you sign off of Nairaland? ![]() I'm not saying men should not cry o, what am saying is that I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THEM CRYING!!! It's a turn off! ugh!!! bTw, I hate men that act too macho, that's just another turn off!! Man, do I have a long list of turn offs! |
@ okija i thought you were atheist? |
Joseph6:Not all the time. Maybe the first time. Oka if i see my husband coming home upset because something real bad happen, oka yeah i might cater to his every need and want. But if he cries all the time or often, im going to tell him to suck it up. |
dreeldee:No one said a man shouldn't cry. just not for every little thing. in fact both men and women should not cry for every little thing. |
StephenP:well i play sports and i only cry if like i know we could have won but the other team just came with it. Or in track when i know i could have gotten a better time if i pushed a little more.but i wait till i get home. not when im in the midst of my team mates and coaches. |
@oyinye LOL!!! More like he should lock himself up and do the crying! The only time he's allowed to cry is from the pain I inflicted him. That's acceptable.
Yes o!!! folk who care in public are so. . . i don't know. I mean go to your car, an isolated area, even the bathroom stalls. go somewhere. If my man cries, it should be when we have our kids, pain on him, something happens to his family, things in that area. |
@oyinye everytime!!! I haven't seen a crying man that did not turn me off. It's almost sickening. I just felt like smacking the sense into a crying man. Nollywood even made it worst with their 20mins crying.
Im not saying it is a turn on for me but when the first time i saw a guy cry, i don't know but it just melted me. But i don't support men, women, people in general who cry all the time. Especially in public. i mean go in your car or somewhere else. |
