I used to hate this attitude of personal wanting a tip to do their job but I just learnt last week that most security personnel jobs are outsourced and the outsourcing companies end up paying peanuts.

I heard some even get paid lower than N20k per month.


The first thought that entered my head was;

I suggest you shop for ear plugs which you’ll wear nightly. You said the noise starts at 4am daily so you can plan ahead before hitting the hay. At 150,000 NGN the place is affordable enough for me to bear if noise is the only challenge one has to face. If the noise stops me from enjoying TV, however, I’m off without a second thought.

Seems like the best advice. Use ear plugs. Talk to the landlord about the noise. If they don't listen then find correct heavy duty bass stereo to pump up the volume on days you want to show them the stupidity of their ways.

If anybody cough inside mosque or church. They will be in serious trouble.
