What I need to understand is, is the Law universal? I had thought each country has her law and cases which are particular to a her, how then can someone study law in another country and practice it in another.
Please no abuses, it's just an honest question that deserves an honest and simple answer. Usually when you study law outside Nigeria, in order to practice in here you are required to do Bar 1 in Nigeria Law School before joining Nigerian Law graduates to finish up and be called to Nigerian Bar. |

Politics › Re: President Goodluck Jonathan Regime Signed TSA Agreement With 1% Fee - Minister by othenok(f): 6:10pm On Nov 18, 2015 |
Gbawe: Why is it that it is insult alone some of you can contribute when important issues concerning the governance of Nigeria is discussed? What "breeze don blow for foul nyash"? What has happened, for anyone who can read and comprehend what is written, is that the Buhari government has been forced to defend itself from accusations of impropriety by garrulous yet ignorant mischief-makers like Fayose, Melaye et al. It is obviously important to all well-meaning Nigerians that the Buhari government officially clear the air and establish that it did not sign the 1% fee agreement with SystemSpecs.
Should the Buhari government sit around twiddling its thumbs while the likes of Fayose goes around winding Nigerians up by asking the govt to declare who "owns Remita" when that is not even relevant given that it was the outgoing PDP government that drafted in SystemSpecs (the owner of Remita) and signed the 1% fee arrangement with it? Also should Buhari remain silent while the likes of Melaye imply that the 1% fee is too high without acknowledging that the GEJ government agreed to that amount with the only options open to the Buhari Govt probably being a renegotiation of the fee at expiration of agreement term or outright cancellation if such is possible? Finally, why is Melaye going around stating that one company made N25 billion from TSA Remita deal when that is not true?
Jonathan signed the agreement and the Buhari government can only review or cancel such when/if able to do so. It is not everything we should be partial over. Sometimes things are crystal clear enough for us to see/defend what is right or wrong. You just wasted your energy on an illiterate bunkum. He still won't understand you, ya know |

So you had to open another thread for this?? I repeat mind your boyfriend only. Do not poke nose into their family business cos you ain't family yet. You can visit that family for the next 50years but if you ain't a wife, you still ain't family, period! Ignore this lady and focus on saving enough for your intended marriage. This issue is too little for you to start complaining up and down. Sincerely if I am a member of that family I will be very wary of you. You are painting yourself in a very bad light. Steer clear of that house and show yourself some respect please. Too much familiarity breeds contempt. |

Ima to be honest this isn't your business. You aren't married yet to this man and you've started poking nose into their family issues. Do not make this family see you as a negative person. Stick to your man and focus on whatever business you are doing. When you become a member of the family then you can get involved. If I were your guy's family members I will be wary of you. I repeat this is none if your business. Salutation isn't love. Being with a man for 5 years is a bigger issue than this. |

Dear Gab, your power to socialise is in your hand. You can't force friendship. Besides Friendship should be more of quality than quantity. The mere fact that you see yourself as an Adonis of some sort can put a lot of people off but not a true friend. Stop trying too hard to be liked, be yourself, be kind to all you meet then those truly meant to be your friends will stick to you. Best of luck. |

My point is that if a bomb blanst occurs in any part of Nigeria Buhari should be blamed instead of being praised or shifting blame to others. It doesn't natter who barcanista supports , the truth remains. You keep shifting the posts. Go back and read what Barcanista wrote. When you 're done, read your response under my comment, then come back and talk to me cos sincerely I don't see were anyone praised the president. Oh yes, I agree the truth remains but Barcanista's truth sure changes like weather. On the languages I wrote, they were just 2 short Igbo phrases. Get an Igbo friend to translate for you. This is a man that vowed to clear BH in two months but more thab 4months we see no success. I will continue to maintain that Buhari and APC are unfit for leadership and are bent Ón putting Nigerians through pains and mournings with their deliberate misgovernance and acute cluelessness to issues affecting Nigerians. You can chose to believe all APshit lies but the truth remains that Buhari lacks administrative skills. Most illiterates do. Really you know this cause Which of the masses did you discuss with that told you that life has become "extremely" hard for them? Harder than what we've been experiencing. You have never experienced hardship. You don't know what it means to lose a job. You don't know what it means to try to manage a home by buying food in bulk and then watch it go to waste cos of irregular power supply. If you didn't make this comment during the past administrations then I suggest you shut it. Your so-called feeling for the masses is just political. We the masses have been in hell for years and it looks as if someone truly has plans for the country, You and your thieving political class of this country want to bring it down with your baseless accusations. We all gave Mr Jonathan an opportunity to right some wrongdoing but he couldn't take tge heat, i am willing to give Mr Buhari the same chance. If he fails after 4 years then we kick him out. God bless you OP. We in Africa encourage spiritism rather than Spirituality. Do people actually understand that the Holy Ghost is God?? Who are you to command your Maker. Who are to even command your earthly parents not to talk of GOD, Maker of everything? They have turned the Holy Spirit into a switch to be turned Off and On at will. You see people praying and calling down the Holy Spirit, next people start speaking in tongues, next everyone automatically stops speaking in tongues when the Pastor screams "in Jesus Name we pray! ".. Amazing! The Holy Spirit can NEVER inhabit and unclean (Sinful) temple. Any form of sin drives the Holy Spirit away. The Holy Spirit can NEVER be controlled by a mere man so be careful the priest \pastor etc you follow. Happy Sunday Y'all. |
