Sheyman is a mixing engineer, not a producer.

Asides being a professional mixing engineer, he is a fantastic producer as well. Check it: KSB ft. DaGrin - 'Turn Around', Bigiano - 'Shayo', Sheyman & Dr. Pat - 'Hotter Than Fire', Sheyman ft. Evel - 'Lie' (production + melodies and chords still kill me, damn...)

You know what?

Take the guy that advised you research for inspiration's advise.

Also, your designs are complex, a bit too abstract making them hard on the eye. I could barely 'read' through your creations.

You will need to unlearn whatever you know (that is, if you learned it) and approach logo designs in a fresh, more organic way.

Also bear in mind that ease of duplication for an insignia is important for most logo designs.

I also noticed your font choices are poor. The fonts needn't be exotic to work but be readable and be at par with brand essence. Comic Sans for instance, has no business in corporate communication except for other special and deliberate reasons.

Colour diversity is good if it aligns with brand; I noticed you were overly green-friendly - the land is truly green. LOL.

In brand manuals (google that), you will learn that spacing for legibility is important. All elements will likely be required to 'breathe' well and cluttering is avoided.

Some of the best logo are super simple, some are complex but leave an impression, a good one.

Logos don't always have to say something per se, but they usually do or are required to. You'll be shocked at the meaning of colours and elements in some of the best known logos.

Don't worry. Your zeal will see you through once you are open to learning. If you can, get training that is, if you haven't; it's not a compulsory factor though.

One thing you can do is study extensively, tonnes of logo designs, better to be the well known ones or successful but diverse types... it is a science of sort, believe me. I'm into brand design but not a graphics pro.

Please, true graphic pros in the house (I've had a business deal with one but can't remember the name), come in.

Please take it into.consideration well. It's a capital intensive venture but needn't be as gargantuan as N4b though, depends.

An alternative would be to venture into the online radio format but people are yet to adequately key into such for good sustainability IMO.

Terrestrial radio is expensive but ultimately rewarding RoI-wise provided you have a truly unique positioning. Even without much differentiation, the space is yet tone fully saturated for now even with the many at hand.

Get a consultant to advise you based on your concept. Not kwe-kwe consultant o; soeone in the field and better, someone who has helped set up one...

Truly hi resolution but the difference is ultimately it's all in the hands i.e. expertise. I think the popular DSLRs like Canon 7D/5D MK II... end at 2k, someone correct me if I'm wrong abeg.

Even some Red One vids be like BB video but good to know someone is offering this 'almost free'. Thumbs up!

No luck o. In fact, But I'm sure in some place, especially outside Lagos, there'd be some still in use. I can almost guarantee it.

However, it's available on eBay. I've seen listings from about $100 to $350 there.

True true! Nigerian artists are just rip offs. From zouk to kwaito,from makossa to soukous ; no genre has been spared by nigerian artists who lack the talent to come up with a distinct style or sound. All they do is steal from the sounds of these other africans who have a smaller number of followers of these genre and invest money on a good producer and with the help of a good video director like clarence peter a star is then born. A critical look at the industry and you will find out their is nothing special about theses artists. The ones making better music are not getting better airplay and views. Now back to sam smith...i think if the produce had an idea the song sounded similar to tom petty's own,i'm sure he would have made some adjustments to the song to make it sound more distinct. I'm sure "In the lonely hour" which contained the "stay with me" song was his sophomore album. But i respect him for being humble to atleast share the credits with tom petty. It was not intentional. IMO. If nigerians had respect for people's work like those in the west i'm sure more beautiful sounds would have been made by our artists by now. I can't remember the last time a heard a sound that is special and distinct by a nigerian artists. Is all recycled products with repetitive lyrics.

The compare strongly against Berhinger B2 Pro. I've used the B1 before though I use Rode NT2A now, nice warm sound with a bit of top though but decent. These are pretty decent too.

You can still go for a B2 by popular demand - that's one of the one known here unlike Telefunken, Audio Technica, Electro Voice...

The LD goes for that price because it has a physical dent but that doesn't affect it's performance.
