Tribalists , unlike linguistists always like to assert the supremacy of one language over the other with any critical and objective reason.


It's always problematic when tribalists try to make linguistic inferences.


1) Languages hardly exist in isolation.
Languages tend to be similar to other languages spoken around each other.

2) Ika is a language on it's own with many different dialects.

3) Ika Language is similar to igbo in the same ways that Igbo language is also similar to Ika Language.

Many Igbo arrogantly express the views that Ika , Ikwerres and other neighbouring tribes speak languages borrowed from Igbo languages but fail to think that these tribes actually speak their own languages which coincidentally is similar (to varying degrees) to Igbo language.
Some less educated and unexposed igbos often amuse me when they arrogantly ask Ika , Ikwerres and others to stop speaking igbo language and form their own languages.

4) No language is superior to another and no language is more original than another.

Ika language is not 80% Igbo rather ,igbo language share some similarities with Ika language which become very strong as you move eastwards because we all speak a language continum.

But it is meant to crave the allegiance of the political elites who are against Biafra to support the cause.

Many of their elite prefer to betray Biafra struggle for their personal benefits.

It is only the poor suffering Igbo people plus a few sizeable elites like senator Abaribe that are particularly working for the development of Igbo land with respect to the restoration of Biafra.

Sen Abaribe was a Deputy Governor for 8 years and he is an elected senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria since the last 10 years.

Sen Abaribe is NOT working for the restoration of any Biafra. He is only supporting Nnmadi Kanu and IPOB so as to be seen as a friend of the masses, a great strategy for winning votes.

He has never moved any motion for the restoration of Biafra in the Senate. He will still contest for
an election in the Zoo come 2023.

Ogbonaya Onu wasn't the owner of the ANPP.

As at the merger that formed the APC in 2014, he had never won anything for the ANPP but consistently lost in his ward, LGA and State to the PDP.

As at 2014, the ANPP had no elected public officer in his State.

A thorough analysis I did about this VAT saga made me realise that the notion of accusing the North of delibrately cheating the south is a big lie.
The old military government simply structure the country in a socialist economic system (socialism), in that resource will be taken from where produce more and spread according to need and equalism.

If you doubt me then explain to me why Abia State in the South East receive #20 billion naira from FG but contribute just 10% (#2billion) in VAT.likewise states like Ekiti,Osun,Edo,Ebonyi and other state in the south.
Unfortunately, this socialist structure is a curse and blessing,its a curse due to how it has brought laziness and docileness to states who contributed little but receive high allocation from Abuja every month,while it has been a blessing due to how the socialist structure is the reason why poor people can send their ward to federal schools.Nigeria is not yet ripe for full blown Capitalism, we still need a mix economic with liitle government regulations to balance things out.

Things will be far better if each State is allowed to collect VAT within it's territories.

States that are presently disadvantaged like Jigawa, Abia, Kogi, Ekiti, Enugu, Osun, Kwara, Yobe, or Sokoto will go back to the drawing board to develop their economies.

For being an APC member, this allegation won't fly.

Our known EFCC won't entertain such a file.

This is like mere rumour,

1) There's no crime committed in the report

2) There's no petition to the EFCC about this matter.

3) A mere commisioner in the NCC don't have any executive power to award any contract.

4) Only the Board of NCC can award contracts for a limited amount of money like say 500Million.
Contracts worth huge amount of money can only be approved by the Federal Executive Council shared by the President.

Ndigbo voted en mass for Atiku-Obi ticket of the PDP in 2019 but the PDP didn't secure enough votes to win. It will be wrong to accuse others by calling this 'undermining us'


In 2023, most Igbos are hoping that the PDP re-present the same Atiku-Obi ticket with the hope that they win.
However if other parts of Nigeria are working for the ticket of another political party, the Igbos will be complaining that they are undermining them.

Everyone is pursuing his own interests but if your interests fail to materialize, don't start to scream 'betrayal, marginalization or they hate us mantra'

You guys still fail to learn basic facts;

1) Political parties and NOT tribes contest elections.

2) The party that will win need to be fully on ground in at least 24 States and these cut across hundreds of tribes.

3) As at today, the PDP is the weaker party. There's no political party that has ever won election from a position of weakness.

4) For the PDP to win, it will need to attract more heavy weight political Giants into his fold, mend fences with aggrived members and present a candidate that can inspire mass support.
Presently, the PDP control 13 States. Defections from the party is not good.
Basing their strategy solely on 'Fulani ethnic group of their flag bearer' is not enough to win presidential election.

5) Trying to replace a Fulani president with another Fulani president especially with the prevailing anti-Fulani sentiments is bound to discourage substantial numbers of voters, even in the North.
Many Northern Minorities will see it as entrenching Fulani hegemony over them and will most likely vote against as they sabotaged 'Atiku as Northern consensus candidate' in the PDP presidential primaries and Buhari in main presidential election of 2011.

6) If the PDP manage to win, it will be a big plus for Nigerian democracy because it will enbolden future opposition candidates that they can defeat the ruling party and make the APC to learn from their mistakes.

Head or Tail, it's a win-win for the country irrespective of the present challenges.

Unfortunately, the South and the middle belt are regions and NOT political parties with a well defined membership and structure that can enforce decisions on their members.


If the whole Southern + Middle Belt Governors meet and decide that the S/East should be given tickets in both PDP and APC, what if
non-Igbo members of these parties contest and win the presidential primaries of these parties, how will you stop him?

Yaradua didnt make any move in 2007, he was considered because of this same zoning arrangement, forget PDP, APC is the ruling party now

Between 1999-2015, Nigeria was more or less one party State with a dominant PDP and several smaller parties that couldn't win presidential elections, so political decisions taken at Wadata Plaza of the PDP only needed 'elections' to formalize it. Any presidential candidate chosen by the then PDP was bound to win.

All these changed with the formaltion of an alternative viable party, the APC which eventually defeated the PDP in 2015.

Now, each political party has to consider it's own survival/possiblility of defeat in its zoning arrangements.

The S/West is NOT the reason why your beloved PDP doesn't even consider you worthy enough for the ticket is because of you didn't present your candidates as formidable enough to win.


Even Gov Yahayah Bello , irrespective of his poor scores in Kogi State is making stronger moves for the presidency than Peter Obi, Orji Kalu or Okorocha.

Anybody can defeat anybody if they contest with the largest political structure.




Even if Atiku or Kwankwanso wins the presidential election in as much as the election is free and fair, it is a plus for democracy.
