Them no go hear, but their investment go hear am! If you have properties or sellable investment in Lagos, kindly walk up to a bank, take a short term loan, equivalent or 80% of the investment worth, using your property as collateral. Kindly default and allow the bank take the property!

Divest from Lagos. Locate any town or village with access to sea outlet and buy properties. One day, infrastructures go reach there and the Lagos property market will go bust!
You have been doing this since after the 2015 elections and the Lagos Market hasn't go burst.

The revenue being shared to Lagos from the national wealth including all the fg projects in Lagos, how much comes from the contribution of SW states? Maybe Ondo to a small extent.
Why are you always sad about any positive news concerning Lagos?

Celebrate your culture and leave the people of Lagos to celebrate their cultural heritage.
It doesn't detract anything from you.

Then it should be built like other rail way lines been built in other parts of Nigeria and not these narrow gauge with that locomotive train I saw there. I've seen the ones built in other places and I applaud the government for that.
It is true that there are sections of the rail network that are standard guages but over 90% of the rail system in Nigeria are narrow guage.

Too many ignorant youths.

The Governor is the Chief Executive Office of the State.

He only needs to appoints aides and assistants in areas he can't handle directly.
He can decide to man certain aspects of Governance directly e.g Education, Agriculture or Works+Communication or Tourism+ Health etc

Lies from the pit of hell. This can't be the oldest storey building while Nigeria is still a united entity.

This building can only enter into the Biafra book of records when they (IPOB) finally get secede and have an independent country.

The empirically and historically known oldest building in Nigeria is the one built by Bishop Henry Townsend in Badagry.

Any other one is a trash, counterfeit, lie and distraction.
Taller Buildings like Mineranets in Katsina were built centuries earlier.

You don't even know History.

By 1758, the Europeans only trades with coastal communities. They lived on their ships whenever they visited and didn't trave hinterland because of Tropical diseases and hostilities of the local peoples who served as middlemen between the Hinterland and the European traders at the coast.

However, after the use of Quinine to treat malaria became widely available around 1870-1900, they started penetrating the hinterland.

Unbelievable.
To be frank, some public schools in Lagos still don't have enough seats for their teeming students.

Well, we all know Tinubu was a thieving failure during his governorship reign, thank God for Fashola and Ambode that gave Lagos a makeover.

So what happened to all these Lagos funds, tetfunds etc??

Well I trust Governor sanwoOlu to renovate these schools.

Don't build again, just renovate.
Don't be deceived.

The Obidients are

1) showing abandoned dilapidated classrooms portions of the schools that are no longer in use

2) old portions of the schools that were temporarily in use while new classroom blocks were being constructed.

N:B : They hardly show pictures of the whole schools.
They are experts in propaganda.

Stop shifting the goal post.

The Escravos-Lagos gas pipeline was constructed in 1989, it start from Escravos in Delta State and End at Itoki Terminal, Lagos State

Tell us which year your imaginary Imo gas pipeline was constructed , which Gas Station in Imo it start from and which Point in Lagos it end.

Different sections of the East-West Road hasn't been constructed.

F00lish Yoruba man.

You are unwise and uninformed. Keep provoking us until we cut off gas supply to your South West.
The problems with IPOB guys like you is that you are neither intelligent nor well informed but strongly believe in propaganda.

Where did this your imaginary gas pipelines from Imo State cross over River Niger on it's way to Lagos/ Ogun States?

The Escravos-Lagos Gas pipeline was constructed in 1989 which start from Escravos, Delta State supplying gas to the Warri Refinery, Delta Power plant, Ughelli, Egbin Thermal Station, Lagos, West African Lafarge Cement Company, Ogun State and the National Integrated Power Projects.

It has nothing to do with Imo State. It would be uneconomic to be transporting gas from Imo State across River Niger to about 1000km in Lagos when there are closer already existing alternative sources.

FACT CHECK....

Eko was founded by Binis... But later occupied and dominated by Yorubas till date.

EOD.
The Bini traveled for over 250km from Bini to Lagos Island to establish a Military camp on the Island.

Questions:

1) Who were their opponents ,for them to use the military against? They couldn't have left home to travel to far places to just set up a military camp to fight themselves.

The military was to subdue the local people in that place.

2) Does it make sense that the Awori people who have been living on all communities around the Island for centuries weren't aware of the existence of the Island and had to wait wait for the Binis to travel from over 200km to discover the Island?

3) There is a written record of the Portuguese visiting Lagos in 1472 ,about 70 years before Ashipa was appointed by the Oba of Bini as the Administrator/War leader of the Island.

Seriously, i dont really know how this will really affects electricity consumers in Ekiti state. However, my thinking is that the state will be able to monitor the pricing of electricity and have a say when these distribution companies are bringing outrageous bills which is not equivalent to the provided electricity supply.

However, with Governors forum congratulating him, this to me looks like another scheme to further exploit the generally population coz these people only know how to enrich themselves.

the governors be like.....

Governors forum: "nice one governor Banji, una don uncover another format for us!"
"U be sharp guy!"
You don't even understand the project under discussion.

The Ekiti IPP I'd to provide 24/7 electricity to Government Secretariat, University, Teaching Hospital and power some Street light, it is not directly to the residents.

However, it would indirectly help the residents because the consumption by these agencies would no longer be from the power supplied from National Grid to Ekiti State, thereby freeing over 5MW to be shared for the Public

Peter Obi is right. The so called coastal highway from Lagos- Calabar is a huge project such as which Nigeria has no history of completing. That is why they started constructing from Lagos axis, just to ensure that Lagos is completed before the 8years or 4 years tenure elapses. We know about East-West Road that had taken ages, yet not completed.
It is important for Federal government to put in place a plan for adequate funding of all uncompleted Federal Road project littered across the country before embarking on another monumental projects.
The project is PPP.

I hope you know that representations at the United Nations and most legislatures, including Parliament in the UK, Congress in USA, National Assembly in Nigeria, Duma in Russia, Derg in Ethiopia and many others are also based on the quotal system?

Instead of dividing your State into three Senatorial Districts and asking each district to elect one representative, we could have just hold a single Senatorial election in the whole State and pick the top most three winners.

Bros, in Yobe State, Fulanis are dominant in Jajere ,a small rural town under Fune LGA.

However, FUNE LGA is a mixture of Kanuri, Fulani, Kare-Kare and Ngozism.

Yusufari and Yinusari LGAs are Kanuri dominated with dispersed Fulani settlements.

The main Fulani dominated towns in Yobe are Jajere, Mashio-Fulani, Tarmuwa and to some extent Ngelzarma.
