I traveled to see my relatives in our home town last week and I was shock that even in my grandma's village, there are Igbos that are over 50years living there and some even have Cocoa farms in the thick forests and one of my relatives has just impregnated one Igbo lady called Ijeoma in that Village!

In as much as understand your points (and also support some of them in the spirit of equity), however you need to know certain things;

1) Zoning exist in the PDP constitution but NOT in the Constitution of Nigeria or APC

2) It would have been far easier for an Igbo to emerge as the president in 2023 if we still have ONLY one dominant part (like the PDP) and several smaller parties that can't win presidential elections.
3) The emergence of the APC with the two party system mean that it may not be easy to force both APC and PDP to field Igbo candidates in 2023, so the alternative is for Igbos to get the ticket in one party (they have better presence in the PDP) and work very hard in convincing other Nigerians to vote for this candidate.

5. NIGERIA DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA): - Buhari did not attend the NDA as claimed. He attended Royal Military Forces Training College (RMFTC) for months (End of 1961 to the beginning of 1962) for normal Army recruitment and physical fitness training

6. This is not a certification programme. RMFTC was renamed NDA (established on the 5th of February 1964), and regular courses were introduced thereon.

7. UK MILITARY TRAINING: Buhari attended the Aldershot based, Mons Officer Cadet School. No Certificate was issued to Buhari, as he passed no examination for the short period he was in the UK in 1963. Cadet School information collaborates this.

8. DEFENCE SERVICE STAFF COLLEGE, WILLINGTON, INDIA: - As usual, Buhari attended the staff college and did not sit for their examinations. The Defence Services Staff College, Willington does not issue a certificate of attendance to its attendee in 1974.

9. US WAR COLLEGE: - Buhari left this College in 1980. He has in his Wikipedia page that he was offered a Master Degree in the same college in 1980.

10. THE US War college have confirmed that they started their Master program in the year 2000 and there is no way Buhari would have gotten a Masters degree in that college in 1980. Again, no certificate was issued to him.

Many young Nigerians don't fully understand the SPIRIT AND LETTERS of the constitution as regards seeking elective positions in this country and wrongly assume that WAEC certificate is compulsory to seek elective positions.
WAEC certificate is never mentioned in the Constitution!

First things first in a Democracy, leadership is expected to be open to ALL citizens. This is why strigenet academic qualifications aren't made requisite criteria for elections.

Attending schools for 12 years (even without writing WAEC) as evidenced by School Testimonials is a proof of being educated upto School certificate level.

Even if you sit for WAEC have have F9 in all the eight subjects, you will not be issued any certificate but this doesn't mean you aren't educated upto School certificate level.

INEC don't require any particular certificate.

Candidates seeking elective posts obtain form from INEC and fill it my. In the form, there is section for educational status of the candidate and each candidate will fill their educational status starting from Primary to the highest levels of their education attainment.

Each claim is expected to be backed up by corresponding certificates or affidavits in cases of lost certificates.
After this, INEC will verify if the candidates is educated upto School certificate level or IT'S EQUIVALENTS or not.

In the interpretation clause in the Constitution, IT'S EQUIVALENTS is stated as (among other things)
Anyone who has first school living education but has work in Government agencies for upto 10years.

Anyone that can read and write who INEC consider to be educated.

WAEC exam is to show your levels of understanding of the subjects offered during schooling and a screening steps for those who want to go for further education.

3) What you requested for was the same as the Attestation of Results ,issuued in replacement for lost certificates and this has been done by WAEC in 2018.

4) The presentation now is for the Tribunal NOT the Wailers.

Few years ago, Trump alleged Obama wasn’t born in the USA, to exonerate himself, Obama brought out his BC. Buhari’s school certificate may have been misplaced. However, UCLES has the record and upon request, the results can be reissued. Buhari isn’t just a fraud, he’s a terrorist.


Buhari who foolishly claim before the world press in the 21st century that his wife’s place (and by implication women’s place) is in the bedroom and kitchen isn’t brilliant than most of Nigerian youths he recklessly declared lazy. If Buhari was born a millennial, he would have become an almanjiri. The school certificate results he claims to hold would not qualify him for admission into any university to study anything meaningful. Mark you, in the 1960s when he enrolled in the army, you simply needed to have gone through secondary education, passing wasn’t a prerequisite. Rascals who didn’t particularly do well academically were recommended by their headmasters to join the army. Adisa publicly declared this, and we know those who left school with bad results, join the army, became generals but over time improved themselves, reseat their school cert, sat jamb and enrolled on university courses. Gowan went on to gain BA, MA PHD from Warwick. Diya went on to study law, etc, etc. Buhari, simply put, is a FRAUD.

Did you follow the trending news about Buhari's certificate in 2014-2015 and you did not see the Statement of Results issued to him by Katsina Provincial School (Now called Government college, Katsina)? Didn't he tendered similar results sheets for the whole school when he wrote the exams?

The issue is that some people from certain parts of Nigeria and fanatic supporters of the PDP have made up their mind that Buhari is an illiterate. No matter the quality of evidence presented to the contrary, they will not agree, so no need trying to convince them otherwise.

However, in this Tribunal the Buhari Legal team need to defend the allegations raised by the Petitioner. That's the reason for tendering it again.

1) The lady met the qualifications as stipulated by the ICPC Act of being between 21-30 years.

2) Honourary Board Members are NOT directors of the agency, they don't carry out day-to-day activities in the agency.
The Board actually meet to ratify certain decisions like employment of senior cadres workers, approve expenses etc .

3) The appointment is actually a part time one because they may not sit for more than 7times a year.

4) ALL Geo-political zones have 2 board members,so she is not occupying the slots of most the people complaining.
5) It's most unfortunate that Nigerian Youths have been relegated to the background.



My personal Opinion: In the 1950s and 1960s, Youths were in such positions.
For instance the elderstateman, Richard Akinjide entered Parliament by age 27years.
The ace technocrat, Christopher Kolade was appointed as the Chairman of NBC in 1962 by age 27years.
FRA Williams was a member of the Cabinet of the Western Regional Government by the age of 29years.
The then Lt Jack Gowon became the Head of State (Military President of Nigeria) by the age of 32years.

In an election petition case, the Petitioner (Atiku in this case) approaches the Tribunal giving reasons while he thinks the winner called Defendant (Buhari in this case) should not have been declared the winner.
The Tribunal will call the defendants to defend his case by refuting the allegations of the Petitioner.

Now Atiku has gone to court to challenge the declaration of Buhari as the dully elected President and one of Atiku's grounds is that Buhari is not educated upto School certificate level (i.e No WAEC rumours) among other complaints, then he closed his case last week.

This week, Mr Buhari opened his case by refuting the allegations of Atiku before the Tribunal, so debunking Atiku's false allegation that Buhari is not educated led his lawyers to tender the certified true copy (CTC) issued by Cambridge University showing the results of all the candidates who wrote the exam in the Katsina Provincial School.

Some were still complaining that the picture affixed on the Statement of results was a grown-up Buhari with Alhaji's cap instead of Buhari in Secondary school uniform!
A copy of the results sheets of the school was also tendered to the press to satisfy the doubting Thomases.
