Peter Obi contested and was supported by many people. He received 19.9% of the votes cast in the S/west even though, no other candidate could score more than 5% in his native S/East ,yet people from that part of the country are quick to call other Nigerians Tribal bigots.
They harbour so much bitterness against Tinubu, even long before he declared to run for the presidency but somehow, God has always vindicated him.

Name one state in Europe create for the people

1) There is no perfect Political State.

Even in Europe, almost all of the modern European Nations started from Ancient Kingdom/Empires set-up via military conquests of different peoples brought under common rules of the conquerors.
It may interest you to know that the UK, France, Germany, Italy didn't come about through any referendum but through the use of FORCE to bring several different people under one authority which eventually led to the establishment of a uniques national identity.

Fulanis have lived and settled among indigenous peoples in different States for centuries and will be impracticable to evict them.

1) Most Nigerians were poor and only very small proportions could afford films, let alone Blue Films, so Pornography was more of Magazines than films in the 1970s.

Nigeria is a Federation of States.

Each State has considerable powers to develop itself. For instance, what later became Dangote Cement,Obajana Kogi State was actually conceptualized by Kogi State Gov't as Obajana Cement but the State didn't nurture this dream into maturity and sold it to Dangote.

Most States are peopled by people of similar backgrounds and world views.

Since 1999, all States have ruled by their peoples but somehow, many people like you still feel that other Nigerians are the problems of your States.

Well some southeast states in the last 20yrs have picked up in terms of development. A state like Anambra 20yrs back and beyond was really in a sorry state. Everywhere then looked terrible. No roads, no electricity, no good health centres, until Ngige came on-board. Ngige then in the 3yrs he was in charge, constructed some major link roads but not enough to change the outlook of Anambra. It was in 2006/2007 that Anambra started wearing a good new look and these good look were replicated, even in the remote areas of the state.
Then a state like Enugu continually has a very beautiful capital city (042) but the remote areas were largely neglected until 2015/2016 when Ugwuanyi came on-board. Though Chimaraoke did a good job in his local government Nkanu West but Ugwuanyi took the real development we are seeing today to Nsukka and some other areas.
Ebony under Umahi has been witnessing massive development in Abakaliki and surrounding areas.
Imo has been doing well all round more than 20yrs back and Abia hasn't be doing so good like the other south eastern states

There are indices for measuring development as prescribed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

The past matters as a fair predictor of the future.
However, if you are only interested in the present and not interested in the future, then it may not matters to you.
