aroy1:Oga take it easy your advice is very wrong. W.T.F is a Student Visa when u can get a PR and come here and live permanently and apply for Financial AId and Student Loans? W.T.F is student Visa when u can come here and live and work for a year and qualify as a resident for tuition purposes? W.T.F is Student Visa when in 5 years u can be a Citizen and stay filing for your family members? W.T.F is a Student Visa when u can come here and don't worry about marrying Akata for papers? And for your information he can't process DV lottery from the U.S.A wales212:If truly u won the DV lottery then go and tear that I-20 into pieces. Fuccck that Sch, Fucck Sevis and fucck the appointment. If you can get a Student Visa which is a Non-Immigrant Visa with your own effort then u can surely get a Green Card. Since u meet the educational requirement for the Green Card and you can present yourself for the Interview then i don't see u having any problem U are just 5 months away from getting the GC. But if u go ahead with the Student Visa and get refused or something then u gonna have a problem during the Green Card interview cos u have already created a record for yourself. Just chill for now and get the admission deferred till Spring and hopefully before then u get your Green card. Student Visa is there everytime but a lottery is a once in a lifetime luck. If truly u won then hit me up cos we might do some collabo ![]() U can drop ur email here and Lemme know what's up privately. |
Sagamite:In your deluded mind |
Sagamite:May God forgive you cos of your ignorance. U feel that important to call yourself God? Pride goes before a fall |
The poster is something else. So many misleading information in the post and to make matter worst he called people names. Everywhere on this forum he always calls people name. The Mods should do something |

Vicjustice:Not if he has a Valid ticket from JFK to SFO I live in Cali and i came in through JFK without any issues. Immigration is a Federal Agency in the US so they don't care where u arrive so far you have genuine intentions and documents to prove. @OP try Lufthansa they operate a daily flight from Germany to SFO |
The votes from Ogbomosho is outrageous hope all is well. The remaining LGA might be the rigger joker for this election. People should monitor the collation of the outstanding LG plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss |
Sagamite:Clap for yourself. I will be wasting my time if i wanna argue with u. I know what your type want but am ain't got that time. It's Midnight here |
Sagamite:Do u know the meaning of IMO? Attacking people on a forum like this this is a sign of low self esteem. Swallow your pride and learn how to use simple courtesy. |
oddy4real: Yeah Ladoja is a spoiler after his defeat in this election he will retire from Politics. I believe he was brought in by the PDP to share Ibadan votes. He should answer corruption charges against him before seeking Political office cos he who want to come to the Augean stable should come with clean hands. IMO there should be age limit to seek elective office maybe 55 years. There should be time for retirement like we have in the Civil Service. People like Anenih, IBB, Buhari, Atiku, Gusau, Oyegun et al should queue up for their pension like Pensioner's do |
dayokanu:He might not be far from the truth. Akala will win Ogbomosho hand's down cos of all these Son of the Soil shiit. His only achievement is in Ogbomosho which is the Teaching Hospital there and he his single handedly controlling LAUTECH which is owned by both Osun and Oyo Govt. Thank God Ayo Adeseun won the Senate seat there. But Ibadan votes always decides who the Governor will be. |
NYSC Corp member arrested with thumb printed ballot paper in Ibadan Two PDP bigwigs were today arrested for electoral offences by the security agents. They are, Senator Kamorudeen Adedibu and Dr Soji Adejumo… Report reaching me says Kamoru Adedibu has been arrested! He was caught in possession of 400 thumbprinted voters card Also, a corper has been arrested in Ibadan-North west with over 400 thumb printed ballot paper. He confesses to the security that he is not the only one involved. He alleged that, they have a network spread across the state with the sole mission of getting the ballot papers into the governorship ballot box. As at the time of filling this report, he’s cooperating with the investigators and giving useful information which can lead the security agent in tracking down others across the state. The Parrot cannot confirm whether the apprehended corp member is real or fake member of the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) as at the time of filling this report. |
You guys don't get it! And perhaps will not get it until Sunday morning! 1. Some Nigerians are not comfortable with PDP but most of them are. 2. Most Nigerians who are not comfortable with PDP have high hopes in GEJ 3. Some Nigerians will vote for PDP, many will vote for GEJ 4. Buhari is a hard sell; South West are only selling Bakare (who incidentally is not sellable across the Nation and to international community) 5. Ribadu is clueless; too young and too loud; Buhari is power drunk dictator; Usurper then, attempting to usurp the youth now; Tinubu called him "Expired", meaning he is toxic, poisonous. 6. GEJ was loved by at least 80% Nigerians at the peak of his ascension; perhaps he has lost 20% but his is still popular; He has national appeal. 7. Agreement or not, 90% of 'non-indigenes' (trust me, they are many) will vote for GEJ in Lagos (3m at least) (ACN is not as strong as they want to make us believe in the southwest) 8. Voting for GEJ (or the new PDP) will amount to progress, prosperity and consolidations of Nigeria's growth 9. An economy that grew by over 8% (in GDP) in difficult period is a well managed econony; the reserves are growing again contrary to what opposition liars would want us believe. 10. Nigerians will be very pleased if GEJ wins (those that will be disappointed are the BB fanatics, and they are in the minority. Nigerians love GEJ, that is why BB, Tinubu, Ribadu are the losers.
In your deluded mind. You just show us that a Primary Sch Student is smarter than you. I really pity your future |
whizkidd:Are you minding those people? They think they are more superior than ACN. They couldn't come up with expectations last Saturday. The North West support they are banking on will surely fail. And that fool called Bakare can't even step down. How many votes did CPC get in Bakare unit last Saturday? Buhari can only be President in Katsina without the Alliance. All these Buhari supporters on Nl are something else. They will never call a spade a spade. This Saturday is one Saturday too many. Whether its Buhari or Ribadu that is more popular by Monday we will know |
JeSoul:Did u watch their game against Boston? Did u hear the commentator says this is how to win the championship? I even like how u guys are underating the Heat. How many team in the NBA can beat the heat in a 7 game series? Well April 17 is near so until then let all fingers be crossed |
notjustok:Oh so u think. Does that give give u the immunity to post nonsense? Does it answer the question why u gave a misleading infromation? From 6 months to 5 years do u think we are dullard like u? notjustok:But u know they are on the internet why did u gave a wrong information? Man, this is the 2nd quarter of 2011 get a life and stop chasing shadows |
bubsykay:U better don't let some idiot mis-inform you. Some people are ignorant of the US Immigration laws but they claim to know all. Since the realtionship is based on marriage then u are an Immediate Relative of the US Citizen and a visa number is immediately available to you no matter where u are. Let your wife petition the form I-130 for you. When th petition is approved USCIS will notify the National Visa Centre. The NVC will notify you to submit additional documents and pay all the necessary fees. The Consular Office in Lagos will notify you of the dat of your interview and they will determine if u are eligible for an Immigrant Visa. If you are granted an immigrant visa, the consular officer will give you a packet of information. This packet is known as a “Visa Packet.” You should not open this packet. Upon your arrival to the United States, you should give your Visa Packet to the Customs and Border Protection officer at the port of entry. You will be inspected by a Customs and Border Protection officer and if found admissible, will be admitted as a permanent resident of the United States, which gives you the authority to live and work in the United States permanently. All things bing equal these process shouldn' take more than 6 months if it's a marriage based petition. Below is a link from USCIS The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) offers an individual two primary paths to permanent resident status (a green card). An individual who is the beneficiary of an approved immigrant petition and has an immigrant visa number immediately available may apply at a U.S. Department of State consulate abroad for an immigrant visa in order to come to the United States and be admitted as a permanent resident. This pathway is referred to as “consular processing.” Adjustment of status is an alternate process by which an eligible person, who is already in the United States, can apply for permanent resident status without having to return to his/her home country to complete processing. Immigrant visas available to “immediate relatives” of U.S. citizens are unlimited, so are always available. . Immediate relatives include, parents of a U.S. citizen, spouses of a U.S. citizen and, unmarried children under the age of 21 of a U.S. citizen. An Akwa Ibom State High Court 1 sitting in Uyo Friday granted conditional bail to the embattled Action Congress (ACN) of Nigeria gubernatorial candidate Senator John James Akpanudoedehe. A team of 30 lawyers led by Prof. Yemi Osibanju (SAN) had filed an application for bail on behalf of Akpanudoedehe before the state High court presided over by the state Chief Judge, Mrs. Idonesit Ntem-Isua on April 6th 2011. Granting the bail at about 3:30pm today, Justice Ntem-Isua set the sum of N5million and one surety who must have a landed property within the state capital as condition for his freedom. Giving conditions for the bail, the Chief Judge asked that the surety must sign an undertaking that though it was a celebrated case, whatever celebration would not constitute a breach of peace in the state. She called on all the political parties in the state to go about their campaigns lawfully, as every citizen has the freedom to aspire for any political position and to campaign for votes in any part of the state, stressing that it was the prerogative of the electorates to decide with their votes. The prosecution counsel led by the Attorney General of the state and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ekpenyong Ntekim said his decision not to oppose the bail application as the representative of the state was for record purposes saying that damages recorded by the state for the sake of politics was enormous. “As the Attorney General of the state, I cannot pertain to be ignorant of the damages politics is doing to this state and the society at large,” he stated. He however persuaded politicians in the state not to see politics as a do or die affair, where all forms of tugs are implored to cause damage in the society hoping that the gesture will bring about a deliberate balance between the rights of individuals and that of the state. “We have decided to act wisely and not to oppose the application as it in the interest of peace in the society,” the Attorney General stressed. Withdrawing the preliminary objection earlier filed against the bail application, Ntekim maintained that the court is duty bound to protect the interest of the society in deciding the matters brought before it. In his reaction, the lead counsel, Prof. Osibanju expressed gratitude to the prosecution counsel for not opposing the application saying that his client has been given an air of relief to pursue his legitimate right as a citizen. He however assured the court that the accused would not jump bail. Shortly after the judgement, Akpanudoedehe’s supporters took to the streets in jubilation. They were seen on top of motorbikes, with brooms, spraying powder on themselves as well as others. THEWILL correspondent also gathered that security operatives are parading the streets of Uyo to ensure adequate security of lives and properties in the state. |

Kobojunkie:Oh OK. Catch where u going. Am not down for that. |
One man food is another man poison. In your opinion Buhari is the man we need at this point but not in the opinions of others. I respect your opinion so u should try to respect the opinions of others on Ribadu/Tinubu/Fola. We are all partners in progress for a changed Nigeria and that should be a positive change |
Kobojunkie:Nobody is insulting anybody. If u feel insulted by my post then my apologies. Is no championship so who wins should just do the right thing. All we want is a better Nigeria no matter who the person is. Again my apologies |
