I think its wrong to apportion blames without hearing from the doc.
We were taught that d 1st line of practice is History Taking [ to non-medicals, it means '' asking questions'' ]. Unless d patient is in coma.
If d babe says she's a virgin, will u stick in ur finger to confirm ? u'll go to jail.
Or u want to use a speculum to check ?
Someone said pumping IV fluids into an actively bleeding patient is useless..........i agree.
Dr Aify talked about stabilisation......i agree....who told u d doc didn't stabilize ? We don't know how much time was wasted at the previous hospital.
Some of these tests take time, even getting blood from d bloodbank takes time.......we don't even know how local d hospital is.
I still maintain dt without hearing from d doc, i can't blame him.

Na wa Medical practice in this country is unbelievable. Why resort to surgical intervention without doin a SCAN? A simple ultrasound scan would have indicated that she was bleeding internally.
So many quack hospitals around God help us all......

Lol. Infusing an actively bleeding patient will do little. It is of utmost important to locate the source of, and arrest the bleeding. Only blood transfusion will be of much help in this case and no one knows what the health center in question is like.

If you have chest pain and tell a doctor he's expected to offer you a pain-relieve, assurance, and other first aid assistance why he refer you to an abdominal chest scan, ultrasound etc to ascertain what exactly the problem is before prescribing any further medications or procedure. Same for most ailment except in rare case of critical condition.

That's the conventional practice in NHS where I'm very familiar with. Anyone in the UK and Europe can prove me wrong on this.

In saner climes, that doctor risk losing his licence for negligence of duty. He ought to carry out appropriate medical test and not rely on the patient's account. A doctor should diagnose ailment before proceeding with any treatment and not rely on patients account of symptoms. He really have a lot to answer.

Everything the company is fabricating isn't coming FROM the ND, rather they are coming TO the ND. The company isn't even created only for projects in the ND.....it's meant to serve the african market as the continent lacks ready availability of such a project.

Also, it's nobody's fault that Asari sees Benin republic as a better destination for the money he gets paid from the ND. If a son of the soil who claims to fight for the region doesn't think his businesses are safe in the region, why blame the non indigene of the ND who refuses to bring his investment down there?

The project is for profit, not for charity or decoration. Tell Asari, Tompolo, Ateke, Boyloaf etc to show the way by starting the investment boom with the money they're making daily from the region. If they don't love their region enough, who should?
