I've be waiting for this payback since army invaded the South East. Any deaths as a result of altercation between the military or the police and the unknown gunmen, the Fulani's are responsible. Restructuring will bring about regionalism so that people can handle their grievances at the regional levels, that is the best way to resolve most of the problems bedeviling the country right now, some people are feeling marginalized in the current system which is obviously not working, but regional governments will give all the subnational groups some level of control in their own affairs of governance, and that is the only way to douse the tensions.
