BoneBlogger: A Nigerian has taken to social media to warn ladies to be very careful about how they spread their panties to avoid being victims of circumstance.
In a video he posted online, the man explained that he decided to expose the booming pant business because of the woman in his life (his mother) as he revealed that boys are using the stolen panties for "underground purpose" because they want to get quick wealth.
He also revealed that boys are now selling pants for N200,000 and the ones that have thick stains in the middle such as blood goes as high as N350,000.
He advised ladies not to spread their panties outside carelessly and to take a few when visiting their boyfriends/lovers because it's risky and dangerous if one is secretly taken for the evil purpose.
He also said that why some guys have refused to disclose this to women is because some of the ladies like forming and always bring themselves high not knowing that their destinies are being used.
He claimed that this is one of the reasons why some ladies don't marry on time and even become childless among other misfortunes that will befall them if their panties are used for the ritual purpose.
The young man said he has a soft spot in his heart for women and God won't forgive him if he doesn't expose this.
Some years ago, an unnamed young man was caught while trying to steal some female pants that were outside a house in Oyo state. According to report posted by a Facebook user, Asiwaju Oluwaseun Lanre, the guy sells the stolen pants to ritualists who pay him N500 for each pant.
After being tortured, he went on to reveal that he is not the only person in the business and that they have sponsors.

Politics › Re: PDP Youth Leader Petitions US, UK, Germany, Accuses Apc Of Political Intimidatio by pacificom: 1:08am On Oct 26, 2018 |
TonyeBarcanista: Hon. SKE Udeh-Okoye has called on the United States of America to investigate alleged political intimidation, harassment, forced disappearance and gross human right abuses of opposition figures in the country.
Udeh-Okoye who played host to officials from the US embassy on Wednesday, accused the All Progressives Congress, APC-led federal government of harassing opposition members in the country. He submitted his petition to the US team led by Mr. Franz Seitz, the political officer of US embassy, adding that he has submitted similar petition to the ambassadors of UK and Germany in Nigeria.
According to a release by the Press Secretary of the PDP national youth leader, Mr. Okah Ewah Edede, the quest was “to get the international community to exert pressure on the APC-led federal government of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to conduct free, fair and credible elections in 2019 and to respect the rule-of-law”.
According to the release, the US government’s representative assured the PDP national youth leader that the White House will look into the merits of the petition and act accordingly.
On August 30, 2018, the PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, transmitted a petition to British Prime Minister, Theresa May and German Chancellor Angela Merkel accusing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of using the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to ‘persecute’ opposition leaders in the country.
Reacting, the APC berated Secondus and the PDP, noting “he took the internal matters of the country’s politics to the international scene by writing letters to various international organizations“

linearity: EFCC can’t determine guilt or innocence.
Only the courts have the power to do that, after a trial...and all citizens are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of competent jurisdiction, even if they were caught in the very act with HD clear video evidence.
The guy might have committed a crime, due diligence requires that, he be taken to court to face justices. These are the types of unforced errors that make EFCC and government prosecutors loss cases on technical groups. It would have been needless for EFCC to exist provided our judiciary is efficient in the first instance. EFCC was commissioned to specially handle cases related to corruption, which is a top priority crime in nigeria. Countries like Malaysia, Mexico, Thailand, and indonesia have hard justice on drug related offenses, so why can't we fight corruption in similar manner by adopting the most radical stance on the perpetrators. Nigeria must generate global awareness that we are no longer a soft touch for corrupt minds, and perpetrators may risk maximum jail. Criminal investigation takes time, and organization like EFCC is expected to have standard facilities to detain suspects while investigation is ongoing. We have seen IG of police detained and serving prison sentence in this country, there are crime suspects detained in all our police stations during investigations,. Nobody is above the law is a fair and civilized society we claimed to have. |
Politics › Re: EFCC Has No Right To Keep Fayose For Over 24 Hours _ Ozekhome by pacificom: 10:20pm On Oct 18, 2018 |
NAIJAHITPLAY: Human rights lawyer, Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN), said efforts had begun to secure release of former Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, from Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) custody.
Ozekhome said this in an interview with the Newsmen in Abuja on Thursday.
Fayose, whose tenure as governor ended on Monday, had on Tuesday reported at EFCC office in Abuja to answer to some allegations levelled against while in office as governor.
Ozekhome said “Fayose’s lawyers are already taking steps to enforce his fundamental human rights by getting him released.
“Yes, his lawyers will go to court to enforce his fundamental human rights.
“The EFCC has no right to keep him for over 24 hours.
“If they have done that by obtaining a Magistrate Court’s Order that will be in the form of “holding charge” which has been declared unconstitutional and illegal by the Supreme Court.
“Holding charge is illegal. It is unconstitutional.’’
Ozekhome said that the section of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) permitting a magistrate to detain a suspect for 14 days was illegal.
According to him, any action outside the provisions of Section 35 of the Constitution which specifically provides for 24 hours, is illegal and unconstitutional.
He explained that the ACJA allowed for detention of a suspect for 14 days, but that Section 35 of the Constitution made it clear that a person could only be detained for 24 hours.
“So, when there is a clash between the statute, like the ACJA, and the Constitution, the Constitution prevails by virtue of Section 1(3).
“If they have gotten an order for two weeks from the magistrate court, it is unconstitutional,” Ozekhome stressed.
Recalls that Ozekhome was among Fayose’s supporters who accompanied him to the EFCC on Tuesday.
He had said that the present administration was governed by constitutionalism, and that it was a constitutional democracy.
When contacted for update of Fayose, especially on the detention, Head, Media and Publicity of EFCC, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, he simply said, “there is no update at the moment.”

The 32-year-old Nigerian man who is married to a 50-year-old Russian woman, died of a massive heart attack at a dance club last Friday night, October 12, in the city of Cherepovets, about 500 km north of Moscow, and according to investigators, the cause of death would be determined after a forensic examination.
While the Nigerian embassy in Moscow has raised an alarm over the death of the Nigerian national, it was gathered that the couple captured the attention of Russian daytime talk shows with their romance, due both to the 18 year age difference between them and the unusual story of a reported Nigerian prince agreeing to move to rural Russia to be with his wife.

President Buhari made this known via his official Instagram account.
He wrote:
Read more https://zenithnaija.com/internationally-nigeria-is-now-respected-president-buhari-says/ President Buhari is missing the impression coming from the international communities. There is no way Nigeria will be respected while we remain the headquarter of poverty and hunger, Nigeria has more crime rate among youths as a result of the looming poverty, there are more Nigerian prisoners in diaspora, and foreigners less consider Nigeria as a country to invest in the world. President Buhari should not be deceived by the sacarstic gesture of international communities but should focus on what strategies will transform our economic in a way that our society will be enabled for small and medium businesses to grow, suitable for a common man to feed and leave above poverty level, enabled for Nigerian citizens to have access to opportunities at home instead of embarking of risky journey to foreign countries. |

Crime › Re: US Based Nigerian Lady Scammed Of N450k By Fraudsters, See How They Did It. Pics by pacificom: 11:39pm On Oct 10, 2018 |
CastedDude: A Nigerian man has taken to social media to lament after his sister based in the United States was scammed by fraudsters. It was gathered that the Nigerian lady who lives, works and studies in California was duped her a total of $1300 (over N450,000) which she sent via a first bank account in Nigeria.
Below is the story of how the Nigerian lady was duped as shared by Remi Adeoye.
My sis said the guy sent her Facebook friend request and went on to start sending her some messages. She cautioned him and even blocked him for about three weeks. She later decided to unblock him only for him to send her a message shortly afterwards. She asked him whom he was and he introduced himself as Desmond Akunwa from Ugwashiuku in Delta State.
He claimed to be living in the same state with my sister in the United States. He told a lot stories and claimed he was single He said he was interested in my sister. He equally claimed he was working with a company in California
He later brought a woman from Naija into the picture, claiming she was his mother. The supposed mother started calling my sister very regularly and they later brought a little girl of six into the picture too. The girl according to them was a child from a relationship he had when he came to Naija and just slept with the girl and got her pregnant. That the lady died while giving birth and the small girl now lives with his mom
The were always sounding so religious and pious
The woman was already talking to my sister like her daughter in-law. Too many stories. My sister asked the guy that they meet and he accepted to visit by 10th of this month. He claimed to be building house in his village and was sending his mom money for the house He said he sent some money to his mom for procuring tiles for the house and the mom went and withdrew the money on Wednesday.
Then on Thursday early morning, the mom called my sister and was crying that armed robbers came to their house, carted away the money, shot their gate-man dead, shot the small girl and made away with her car. She said the girl was bleeding profusely and needed to be rushed to the hospital. Mean while the guy had earlier claimed to be going on a training program outside his state of residence sent him by the company where he works and that he won't be very free because of the training.
I told my sister to let me know of any move she is making with the guy so I can advise her and we had been doing it that way. I told her they might be scammers but let us see where they were headed Even when she told me of the Armed robbery incident, I quickly alerted her that it was a pure scam. That this is their usual pattern. I warned her very strongly not to send any money.
But they continued pressuring her with the issue of the little girl's life being at stake, and the guy crying to her to help him send them the money that he would refund her when he came out from the training program. She later sent them the money into a Nigerian first bank account they gave her. They were even asking her for more money but she got angry and now told me a little about the more money and I warned her strongly not to yield. And she didn't send more money.
Since then both the supposed mother and the guy have stopped calling her. The guy only sends text once in a while. I asked her to tell the guy to refund her the money because she has emergency. The guy agreed but subsequently stopped picking her calls.
I feel bad because I encouraged her to give the guy a chance. I said so because I really want her to get married and she has been having wrong people coming into her life for too long. But I equally warned her not to do any financial dealings with them without letting me know.
It appears as if juju was involved (although I don't so much believe in juju). She said she was very restless when they were asking for that money because of the little girl's life being at stake, that it was after she sent the money that she then realized what she did.
The guy's fbk name is Akunwa Desmond.
We have two foreign numbers he was using, his supposed mom's Nigerian number, the first bank account number that the monies were transferred to, and the little girls photograph.
