You can't side load on miui 12.5, you'll have to install a custom ROM to bypass that and that particular Redmi note 11 series hardly has any of our 4G Bands

I did it on my Mi11 successfully without using a custom ROM. Also, I have never experienced any problem connecting to 4G on Airtel and MTN.

no go chinese version o

There is no problem with the Chinese version. I am on my third Chinese version Xiaomi phone, having bought the first one in 2017 at the Xiaomi store in Hangzhou. All you need to do is to side-load Google Play services. There are videos on Youtube to show you how.

What's been your experience so far? Facing any heating issues? And how's the battery been?

Its performance is as expected for a phone using the SD888-snappy, with zero lag. There is no overheating. The battery is good enough; nothing spectacular. I usually don't let my phones run out of juice, so I top up before it even gets to 50 percent.

Hey bro, please how long did it take before you got the phone.
I want to get note 9 pro from aliexpress but I'm scared, I don't want to get the Chinese version

It took three weeks to arrive. It was delivered by Speedaf in Port Harcourt. It was a very smooth transaction. Just communicate with the seller and let then state a low price for the phone. Also, select Aliexpress Standard Shipping.

Pls I want you to clear me on something. When you ordered from aliexpress, did you use your home address for the delivery?

I used my office address. You can also use your house address. It does not matter which address you use because the Speedaf delivery guys would call you first.

Bossman, what payment method did you use?
My banks wouldn't let me make payments on AliExpress for a phone I wish to buy.

But for small items they do just fine.

GTB domiciliary account.

Upgrading from the Mi9. My Mi11 just landed from AliExpress. The baby is doing just fine. This is my fourth Xiaomi in a row. My previous ones included the Mi4 and the Mi5s Plus.

Hello, house. I took delivery of a pair of Redmi Pro 3 earbuds but discovered that they were faulty, because they were not discoverable by any phone.

I therefore, opened dispute and returned them for a refund. Later I discovered that I had entered the tracking number without the NG at the end.

I have sent a message to the seller to provide him with the complete tracking number. Is there anything more I need to do?

This island is not really far away from PHC Town. It is less than 1km away from the busy Harold Wilson Drive. Not exactly hidden, if you ask me.

You're funny.

Your device is a low-end/entry-level offering from Xiaomi. That is, a device made for people on a budget, people wey no get money

I know you spent 70k on this device, but don't be surprised this phone of yours would sell for less tha n 50k if not for the recent deterioration of our dear currency.

So, if you must compare Xiaomi to Apple, do so with their upper midrange or high-end offerings, not a phone you bought for 70k.

I'm saying this because I know someone who bought ordinary Redmi 9 and was screaming out of his lungs to anyone who cared to listen that Xiaomi is far better than Apple, Samsung, etc. He even said the camera beats that of the iPhone 11.

Imagine arriving at such verdict with a phone that cost less than $150. Nobody says shouldn't love Xiaomi, but some of you just overdo it.

If you wanna know how truly amazing XIAOMI devices are, go for their high-end smartphones, each of which falls within the price bracket of 200k to 580k.

And FYI, Xiaomi has one device that is far better (emphasis on "far better" ) than the supposedly best device iPhone 12 Pro Max by Nigerian standards, Fanboyism, and gullibility. That phone is MI 11 Ultra, and it's sold for ₦560k or thereabout.

If you buy that one and start comparison, I'll be proud of you and support your bragging with one bag of beans.

Your last sentence though. Seriously, the value of the naira is making it difficult for phone vendors to sell their high end phones over here. When I bought my Galaxy S2 in 2011 it only cost me 85k, which was the equivalent of about 500 dollars. Today 500 dollars is about 200k! It's a sad situation.

My brother, but the youths can buy flashy cars and flaunt them on Instagram. They build mansions for themselves and their parents and show them off on social media. They go on holiday to exotic destinations and show off the pictures on social media. Many of them are people of means.
