There does not appear to be any evidence of kidnapping in these pictures. The only issue here is the allegation of fake currency.

Not only just one picture, but a picture that does not prove anything. No article or story, no description, no interrogation; just a picture and a headline.

Buhari should please but a limit on the number of holidays Nigeria has in a year. Every time, holiday, holiday. No wonder there's no productivity anywhere.
A public holiday on May 29 is not necessary, except on handover / inauguration years.

9. Don’t bend over and look through your legs
in public, you may see witches.
What I was told was that if you look between your legs in a public place such as a market, you would notice that the feet of non-living persons do not touch the ground.

Even though I was not told of any negative effect of looking between my legs in public, I have not yet tried it.

I was at home, when my brother-in-law's wife came and said, "We are looking for housemaid o!" That I should go.

I now said, "You didn't tell me this before. How can I be doing housemaid?"

So, my husband and his brother now came. They now said, "We use it to extort money."

I said, "Okay. Let me go." So I went.

So the woman employed me. I stayed for four days at Magodo Isheri. So from there, I kidnapped the children on Sunday. I bring them down to Abijo.

They called me. They said, "You are going on a mission."

I said, "Again?"

It was my brother-in-law's wife that checked the OLX. She now saw the woman's number. She now gave me.

So I called the woman. She said I should come to PWD. I actually told her I was staying at Ikorodu. So she said I should move in the next day.

So I moved in. She was nice to me.

So, on Wednesday, so I called them, "Should I be coming home?"

They said, "Yes."

I said, "Can't I come home without the children?"

They said, "This is what you went there to go and do."

"It's okay." So, I came down. I put the eleven month old on my back. Then I now held the four years and six years. So we came out from the gate. We now board the bus going to Ojuelegba. So, from Ojuelegba, we board a bus going to Iyana Ipaja. So, from Iyana Ipaja, we came from Under Bridge and I took a bike.

So, when I got home, they were like, I am welcomed.

I was not happy. I now said, "Please, whatever you have to do, do it quick so that these children can return, because of the baby."

They were like, "Ehn! The husband has not paid."

I said, "Okay. Leave this man alone if he didn't pay."

We even fought.

I said, "Leave this man alone if he didn't pay."

They said, "No o! The man is stubborn." That they need to collect money from him.

They were demanding for fifteen million naira. I read ... Before then, I told them. I said, "How much are you demanding from this woman?"

They said, "It's a little token."

"It's okay."

So, when I now read it, I went back to them. I said, "This money is too much. This woman is a banker. She doesn't have."

They said I should go. That I read it in the media again. That they've reduced it to thirteen million naira.

It's a family business, and these are the people that were involved:
My husband.
My brother-in law.
My brother-in law's wife.
My mother-in-law. She was even ... she even had hypertension, just because of this. She said she doesn't want any of this. That's my mother-in-law.
And my four kids.
Romance › Re: Every Woman Should Get THIS!! by panpan(m): 5:53pm On Mar 23, 2015
This device was introduced in August 2005, yet after almost ten years, it is still not available for purchase; or if available, the product is scarce and unpopular.

Rapists do not usually give notice to their potential victims, so this implies that a woman should wear the device almost all the time.

A woman (or any victim for that matter) has a right to defend herself, but installing a trap (for that is what the device is) is a different matter. This device can be abused, and be used against men even when sex is consensual.

Even if the woman was raped, the rapist may report to the police that the affair was consensual and that he has been assaulted. The woman could even be prosecuted.

Politics › Re: Prisoners In Nigeria Have Right To Vote In All Elections, Court Rules by panpan(m):
Prisoners may have a right to vote, but it is not the duty of INEC to carry people to the registration centre or polling booth. So if prisoners want to vote, they should find a means of transporting themselves to the appropriate place.
Education › Re: Not For The Weak Minds; Try This Quantitative Reasoning Question. by panpan(m):
total money = 100

kelly took 20

initial price = 20 plus (25% of 20)
= 20 + 5
= 25

mark-up price = 50% of her left over at home
= 50% of 80
= 40

14 + 2/7 = 100/7

mark-up price = [(100 + (100/7))/100] x original price
40 = [(100 + (100/7))/100] x original price

therefore

original price = 40/[(100 + (100/7))/100]
= 35

1. The difference between the original price and the initial price = 35 - 25
= 10
that is, 10% of the total money Kelly had.

2. The percent of the profit of the mark-up price = [((mark-up price) - (initial price))/(initial price)] x 100
= [(40 - 25)/25] x 100
= [15/25] x 100
= 60%

Does CBN (a federal government institution) have the right impose a policy on Lagos State alone? I thought there is a law which prohibits discrimination on the basis of state of origin or residence.

If CBN wants to introduce a policy, especially a policy which involves "charges", the policy should be introduced nationwide at the same time. After all, when new naira notes are introduced, it is not done on a state by state basis.
