Buhari oh. Buhari. Resign already before Nigerians start praying the Abacha prayer on your head. |
The solution to the strain renters face is simple. The government could encourage landlords to run a tripartite rent scheme where for eg. 1) An apartment costs 500,000 if you pay yearly. 2) Same apartment costs 600,000 if you pay quarterly ie 150,000 per quarter. 3) Same apartment costs 720,000 if you pay monthly ie 60,000 per month. Most people earn their salaries monthly. It makes no sense looking for a full years rent when you aren't paid salaries yearly. These simple things are part of the motivation for corruption in Nigeria. If you just got a job earning 200,000 monthly, you cannot even save 500,000 Naira in six months to rent a house talk less of the associated costs of furnishings, generator etc. And that's supposed to be a good enough salary. Nigeria is one of the few countries in the world where people pay year rents and I wonder how salary earners cope with these. In many cities globally, you can even pay your rents weekly. |
Your question is not clear. Starch is different from flour. Starch is a residue you get after processing most carbohydrates. Flour is basically the dried and blended form of a carbohydrate. Cassava has higher starch content than corn. However, in western countries, corn starch is more common as they produce corn but not Cassava. So many times on food labels you are more likely to see corn starch. |
Real job creation happens by the private sector. Creating more public sector jobs is a continued burden on meager resources that could be used for infrastructure development. The FG should focus on creating an enabling environment. I celebrate with you though, may God continue to bless you. |
Excellent. In line with a master plan we are working on called the SuperSouth Development Marshall Plan. The 11 states of the SuperSouth(SE+SS) coming together to form a strategic economic bloc that would take Africa by storm |
Every Nigerian has been eating Cassava bread for the last 3 years. Literally every flour sold by mills now have at least 10% Cassava substitute. For snacks it's even about 30%. The policy is super successful that's why even though wheat has a larger import bill than rice, there's not much noise about the strain of when on our Forex. |
thesicilian:Yep. That's the beautiful point. You will never have to hear of it, but you've been eating it for over 3 years now. My mum owns a large bakery, so I should know. All flour now comes with at least 10℅ cassava substitute. If I told you there is Potato flour inside the Poundo yam you eat would you know? |
Nathan2016:Always back up claims like these with facts. You shouldn't just speak . Rice is one of the most nutritious cabs. |
bolaino:The Persians are no threats to Africans. They may be some kind of imaginary threat to the Neocons in the US, that's their business. The GCC and their terrorist cohorts are the real threat to Africans and Nigeria particularly the South. I had a lot of Persians in my school and I can say this categorically that there are probably no other Muslims in the entire world as liberal and forward thinking as the Persians. Why the Neocons choose to support the terror oriented Sunnis/Saudis over the Shia/Iran remain a spectacle. Anyways, the Neocons are always against any group that has capacity to develop without cotowing to its dictates |
We prefer the Iran sponsored Hezbollah which is Shia to the terrorist Sunnis from Saudi who are sponsors both the Buhari crew and ISIS. |

Buhari. |
Where is the money? Why are we then borrowing money like we are drug addicts? |
SIRmanjar:Boring. |
Hehe. The average man has moved from 3 square meals daily to one round of food daily. |
SIRmanjar:But you act like the North is your daddy while the South South and South East are your cousins from a richer uncle whom you and your daddy are terribly jealous of. |
And they said Jonathan was a thief for doing the same thing. |
Aky247venture:Yes. I need in large quantities. I see 2 bag sizes there How much are these bags. Thanks. |
Do U have sweet potatoes? |
Hmmmm! Massive. How old was it before harvest. |
Progressive01:Errm. . . You did not respond to the article. As in the inflation benchmark written in the document is 4.5% whereas the inflation figures from CBN is 18.5% |
How clean is your sesame. How many percent purity? |
Football age: 70 years. Real Age. Maybe 75. He Still looks healthy though. By 2019, he would be officially 73 or probably 78. Aren't we tired of recycling the same old folks. These guys have been on the scene for 3 decades and we are still trying to bring them back. While he make a far better choice than Buhari, I'd rather vote someone in the mould of Dangote who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of Nigeria. |
Atiku2019:Atiku will make a better President than the Buhari by a long shot. However, I'm tired of the same old guard. Aren't we tired already of this same group. OBJ, two times president. Buhari, two times president. Even Yar Adua sef, His brother was Vice at a time. Now Atiku, a once vice, we want to bring him back. It's tiring. My pick for 2019 is Dangote. He has singlehandedly contributed to the development of Nigeria more than most of our current and previous Presidents combined. |
The sudden romance is just disgusting. I wonder if it's Atiku that is "afraiding" them. Buhari had a wonderful opportunity to unite the country but he choose to be terribly divisive. He and the rest of the Sai baba crew have to reapply what they have sown. |
Is that teeth bleached? It's too white and. |
safarigirl:You see it as wastage, he might be seeing it as investment. |
gboisgroups:Ok. So wish you the best!! |
