The average Nigerian is;
1. not patient enough, always in a hurry to no
where.
2. Thinks he/she is too smart, smarter than the
next person.
3. Will cheat his/her way out of any situation.
4. No wan carry last either by hook or by crook.
5. Is an opportunist. Give him/her small chance &
he/her will want to out smart you.
6. Expects gratification for every good deed.
7. Give him/her small power & he/her will want to
use it and gain undue advantage.

Its sad but this sums up todays Nigerian, if you doubt me go to any filling station queue or observe drivers on our usual traffic you will see all these played out.

if we can change this attribute we will say bye bye to corruption and bad leadership. Afterall some of those leaders came out of the average citizen not the elites.

The madness is not in Lagos alone. I have lived in all the major cities & some lesser ones, its thesame. I hope there are atleast one or two saner states left.

These brothers are true warriors. They have fought for their country in all fronts; the ring and the battlefront! True heroes of our time, RESPECT!

Before i buy a car i first check online reviews then ask mechanics about how easy they are to fix and availability of parts. Being a Chinese car all three options will be a pain because the blogs and reviews will be mostly in Chinese our mechanics will know nothing about them and parts will have to be imported. too many grey areas for me to take the risk.

The price of Hilux is high but worth it as it will last you a life time of abuse and hard labor. Tundra's are good work trucks with longer beds. i believe they are even more rugged than Tacoma's. These modern trucks will last twice the years any Chinese trucks will.

It is very possible but it will be difficult to get the parts, and expensive to do, that money will be useful elsewhere.

you will have to bye headlights, tail lights, bumper, maybe fenders & bonnet for the differently shaped headlights. The rear will be reworked by a panel beater to accommodate the rear lights, which are also shaped differently from other Corollas.

is all that upgrade worth the money and stress to you? if yes then good luck finding the parts.

PS. I no be mechanic/ panel beater, abeg dont ask me how much or if i fit do am!

I left my house 5am to buy fuel. I thought i was smart, got to the filling station by 5:30, saw many smarter people who got there by 4am! Well, i joined the queue and waited, finally bought fuel almost 12 noon.

At one point the filling station had three points of entry; the legal line, for people like me who left our homes to queue, the illegal line for another smart set of people who didnt bother joining the queue but created theirs and the VIP line. Those one's dont care, they are either too big, in uniform or can just bribe their way through any where.

If we all had just joined the queue and waited for our turns, everyone would have bought fuel in time. But we rather look for short cuts and believe in out smarting every one else, nobody wan carry last but indirectly that attitude has led the whole country carry last!

Corruption, is when one uses his/her position to gain undue advantage, be it cash or kind! Patronising another country's goods & services is not corruption but choice. At most call is unpatriotic but not curroption.

Comparing Nigeria & China is wrong, China has been an industrious trade & producing nation for thousands of years with over 3500 years of written history, the oldest in the world. I am sure you havent heard of the silk road.

Nigeria has the capacity to make good products & deliver good services but the marketing module is wrong and not persuasive enough, that is why people shun them. Due to high cost of production competitive pricing is also an issue. A good cobbler makes a shoe, because its well made he prices it like tested & trusted brands, locally assembled cars are priced as high as International brands. Who wants to buy an unknown brand same price as known brands? Only the rich & Govt.

In the mobile phone industry, when the Chinese broke in they started with cheap phones, Xiaomi had the cheapest all round phones, when they gained ground they started raising their prices, now they have phones as expensive as IPhones, same as Oneplus, Huawei etc Tata in India currently makes the cheapest cars in the world. When Nigerians produce something their target is the rich & government, not the masses. Very wrong marketing, how will they grow?

Upon all their technological feats, China has the highest users of Iphones and also the highest users of Mercedes Benz(google it), does that make them unpatriotic?

If our goods & services are reasonably priced, Nigerians will patronise them, they should start small then gradually increase price as they gain popularity & trust. But they all want instant gains. Xiaomi hardly made profits on their mobile phones for years, now they are world number 4.

Dont get me wrong i wasnt comparing a Bugatti to an S Class. Do not underestimate Mercedes when they want to give Bugatti good competition, dont forget they have cars like; Maybach Exelero ($8million), 2002 CLK GTR $2.8million) SLR Mclaren Roadster ($1.2million), SLR Mclaren Sterling Moss ($3.2 million).

I am a tech guy, automotive tech bring improvements. All that screen in a SClass you will not see in the Exelero or SLR, but that SClass will park & unpark itself when the need arises. I chose the benz over the Bugatti because of its modern useful interior not that bland looking expensive Bugatti interior. Although they make beautiful cars no doubt.

Mind u na Corolla i dey drive o!

Bugatti's interior needs to grow up. The benz is superb, but if u get werey woman, no make am vex inside o!

The person or persons doing the killing/execution have become killers, they now know the feeling of what it is to kill, take life like a God who gives life. When an opportunity or urge to kill again comes, who knows it may be one of you. Jungle justice breeds killers waiting for an opportunity to taste blood again, which they do by looking for an opportunity to cause riot or mob action. When the West have riots, property damage is high but death rate is low, when Nigeria riots death rate is always alarming cos the killers we breed are on rampage!

Basenji is a breed of its own. They are hunting dogs bred in Central Africa. Major characteristics of Basenji's are a curled-up tail and they are bark-less dogs, they only howl or make yodel like sounds but cannot bark!

Nigeria has no distinctive breed, our local dogs are a product of constant mix breeding with no direction or purpose. Todays various dogs are a result of purposeful mix breeding over years to produce a dog with specific traits. For example, the Boerboel was made by mixing Bullmastiffs and Bull dogs in the late 1600s by Dutch settlers in South Africa, for the purpose of having farm dogs as large as a Bullmastiff and as stocky and stubborn as a Bulldog to protect livestock. it took until 1980s before a movement for the recognition & standardization of the breed. Finally in 2006 it gained official recognition in the AKC (American Kennel Club) and by 2015, full AKC recognition.

It takes alot of time, dedication and procedures to develop a breed. Something Nigeria has not even started to do in creating awareness and proper recognition of our local breed, we prefer what others have created and bastardizing it.

First, there is no breed like Nigerian shepherd, else you were joking.

Second, the only way you can tell what other breed or breeds make up your dog is through a DNA test. Your vet is just speculating to make you feel better.

Your dog is a Mongrel/ Mutt. Dont be offended Its not an insult, its the proper name that describes Ekuke's and every other mixed breed dog without proper identification.

What you have is a cute pet, love it & care for it. Regardless of breed people will admire your dog because of how you take care of it. If we all in one accord tell you your vet is right it wil not change how the dog will look, only you can do that by loving it. Peace!

i have never owned a Merc but common sense tells me the ML is a better choice. Its roomier, masculine and has more prestige. They both have about thesame miles per gallon regardless the fact that the ML is bigger, heavier, has a larger tank and more horse power; 302hp as against 268hp. The ML is a more rugged vehicle as it comes in allwheel 4matic as against rear wheel drive in the GLK 350 (i might be wrong, specs varry).

From what i have heard from friends and reviews, the GLK rides like a saloon while the ML rides like your conventional SUV. I am of the opinion that the GLK is for Ladies and G-boys, while the ML is a mans ride! no offence pls.

At a year and about 10 months her height has capped at 26inches, which is quite impressive as the standard height for female boerboels is from 22- 25 inches.

When i look at how she was when i got her and what she has grown up to be today, i cant just wait to see how her pups will be. She lost some weight because i reduced her feeding rations, she was getting too fat which isnt too good for big dogs.

Her second heat was 6 months ago, expecting her third when she will be crossed.
