RomanceRe: Will You Wash Your Girlfriend Pants Or Pad In The Name Of Love? by pendo89(f): 3:51pm On Sep 13, 2011
Sanitary Pad>>an absorbent pad worn externally by women during menstruation to absorb the menstrual flow

Panties>>Short underpants for women or children.

Are there people who wash the above cz am becoming convinced now? angry

This ought to be discussed in parliament if it happens.

I doubt if I know the meaning of PAD anymore.
grin grin same here. Thanks to Efe

Efe: Modern women no longer use pads. They use tampons. Now for christs sake tampons/diapers and pads are not supposed to be recycled. Do you recycle tissue? if u do then you are free.
I have a feeling am talking to a teenager but I don't mind.
Have a pad stress free day.

@ Orinkila. You said for 'old wife. That means the man will be too old to wash the wife then.
Who will wash who now.

^^ lets leave that aside cz it doesn't add meaning to life.

EfeEkarume:
Before I drink the water, lets look at this critically now. There's NOTHING wrong for a husband to wash his WIFE's sanitary pants that is and that is if she's sick and I mean very SICK . . .the same applies to the wife too. But there's everything WRONG for a guy, a GUY to wash his girlfriend panties . . . what happened to the dry cleaners. . . .the same applies to the girl too.
PS : The comments above are my opinions oh which am entitled to, before some rainmakers start raining down insugars on me. **sipping water**
The bolded is what am having issues with. Efe are u talking pads or pants?
Now u make me expose stuff but I will do so for ur sake. I know there are special pants women wear during their periods but they hold the 'pad'.The pants are not 'pads'

Husband washing wife's pants if shes unwell is ok as u say. But you dont wash 'pads' unless they are the clothes type am talking about. Are we on the same page. Can I post a pic of a pad here?
Can you wash a baby's used diaper and reuse?

@ Ransocky.

Yeah I cannot deny the fact that some gals are poor to afford sanitary towels.
They are a luxury and they improvise using clothes which they wash and later dry. Some do worse to deal with it.
Let's therefore assume Efe is dating one such gal.
In that case I would beg him to buy her pads as part of the girl child initiative instead of washing the 'clothes pad' and stop wasting money on internet opening such a thread.
A dollar is sufficient for one month's pads. Note that down Efe and Ciprian

You throw away pads after first use when you are supposed to use it thrice or more before disposing. Use a knife to scrape the top, hang to dry and re-use grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
Even my 3 year old niece doesn't talk like these. No category suits you.
Just enjoy your life.

@Efe, I can wash her pants and that is why we have mortar and pestle in the house. But for pads, i can't wash them, I can only hang them to dry tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue
Are u guys serious? Aren't pads disposable like diapers.
Good lord do I even have to say that? or what pad are we talking about here?
you know what? am out. keep washing and hanging 'pads'

Christianity EtcRe: Christian Romance Novel. Is It For Real? by pendo89(f): 8:43pm On Sep 12, 2011
Op what is the difference between christian romance and secular romance. Are you implying that falling in love is secular?
Relax please and stop dragging the devil everywhere.

Do people speak in tongues, prophesy and see visions while romancing?
Do they carry bible when going out on dates? Do they only quote scripture and keep asking each other what the word of the Lord for the hour is? Does dating mean going for night vigils or church fellowships?
If it encompasses all the above then I can tell you this. You are no good for earth and you need to book a first class ticket to heaven very fast.

Lemmie just correct you here.A christian is a normal person with normal feelings. Don't spiritualise those feelings. It is WRONG.
Look here, you can be a hell of a romantic without engaging in some stuff.Once you understand the role of body ,spirit and mind you will learn to relax and live a normal life.
Do not be too spiritual for any earthly use because u become irrelevant.

is it possible to see here that I am not maintaining that it is his obligation to fulfil my financial responsibilities? But I would expect that he show some concern financially especially when he has the means and can see me struggling at this point where things just got really tight. I am not just sitting down and waiting for this man to come and attend to all my financial needs. If I had the means and saw a friend who really needed help, I would offer to help even though I am not obliged to,

I am working on getting a better paying jobs but until then, the bills are coming regarding and these are not for material things,  Its just the basic needs I am needing help for,  like rent , even for just 1 month,
Did you mention rent? Okay maybe my views and expectations are different but I dont ever expect a man to buy anything for me no matter how pressed I am.I wouldn't feel comfortable at all esp if my parents are alive and I have these two hands.
Listen Lovegal. You are placing yourself in a very vulnerable position cz if you found a man willing to cater for your needs you will fall for him.
What am trying to make you understand is that this man is under no obligation to do anything for you and he knows that.
Hes only a boyfriend and till you are married you cannot be sure of anything. Who knows why hes holding back anyway.
Just get that 'him paying your bills' out of your mind because he is not yet your hsuband.I dont know how I can make you understand that.
Do not have loser mentality.Be a woman of intergrity and stand up with the little you have. I have told you that no condition is permanent.
Ok assume he weren't there.Would you still live?
Hold on there and work hard is my final word to you.

when I say I need financial help, I do not mean monthly. If he helps in just a month, It would make a huge difference. I won't impose on him needlessly.

people here ask if he is my father - he is not. But he is the man who wants to marry me so shouldn't I be worried that this will continue even when we
are married? my father has no steady funds and that is why I am taking myself through school and accommodation and taking off the burden,  My present part time job can not conveniently cover my very moderate expenses and that is why even helping for just a month would make a difference to me. I am not asking that he puts me on a monthly payroll or pay my bills monthly.
Listen dear I am afraid you are will get married for all the wrong reasons. Its true a man is supposed to be responsible when you marry but dear you are missing a point here.If I were in your shoes I would not sit down and wait for a man to come and help me out of my miserable financial life.
You know why? things may change along the way.He can lose his job when we marry or anything else. He could be even be crippled.
If he is your 'major' source of finance tell me what you are gonna do in such a situation.
Since you are struggling and your parents are as well, why not promise your self that you are going to work hard, have a goal, be optimistic about your future cz you are speaking like somebody who is content with what they already have and are now waiting for the other party to come and fill the gap.
Do not marry to fill a gap.I keep saying if you are not satisfied as a single you will never be satisfied as a married person. You become a burden instead.
Focus on building your finances and love that man not for what he can do or you expect him to do for you but for what he is.
I can assure you that even God himself will bless you.

^^
Am sure you don't mean all that and want to stir up a debate.People are confusing culture with colour here.
You will NEVER progress with 'colour matters' mentality.
Black, green, yellow blue,if you dont learn how to cook you will not be a good cook fullstop.
If you don't pay attention to hygiene you will stink whether blue or black
If you don't have 'mother instinct' in you, you will suck at motherhood regardless of colour
Let us stop all these shallow reasoning.

I have read on this forum about a guy that put a girl through school, helped her parents and siblings and later the girl went ahead to marry some pastor.
The guy did all these things as an investment but what dd he get in return? total rejection.
Op I dont know you or the guy but listen, that man is not responsible for your financial well being at all and you cannot accuse him of being stingy.
Every money spent on somebody who is not your better half is a risk and probably the guy has heard enough stories and is being careful.
You say you earn some money,my dear live within your means and do not expect anything from anybody who is not your parent cz they are under no obligation to do anything.
I wouldn't give a damn if he doesnt buy me icecream cz I will buy my own when we go out.

I wonder which sober mother leaves her 9 year old daughter to the world.
This is cruel.I always blame the parents in these cases coz beasts are always among us.

We don't remain stagnant forever so this man has great chances of climbing up the ladder if he puts his brains to use.
