Idiotic fools! This organization and Reno Omokri are still relevant because Nairaland gives them relevance. If Nairaland stops pushing their junks to front page, they will be forgotten forever. Which makes me wonder the agenda Nairaland owners and managers have for this country. We have a Muslim Muslim presidency at the center and they rationalized it that it’s competence that matters. Now, Adeleke appoints cabinet members of 7 Muslims and 17 Christians and competence is no longer the yardstick? You see double standard hypocrites but Nairaland still felt they deserve relevance. Wetin una dey find for Nigeria, na all of us e go land for head. |
optionalY09:Be careful so you don’t bite more than you can chew. |
fergie001:Why don’t we leave the judges to determine whether anything has been proven beyond reasonable doubt before them or not? But like I said before, if the courts upholds this election, we might as well go back to 2010 Electoral Act and bring back card readers and incident forms. |
Obi will torment you and your generation for a long time. Una go cry cry cry tire. Ndi ala!

A Muslim Imam in Kwara has warned Yoruba traditional worshippers to take their traditional practice to Yoruba states of Ogun, Oyo, Osun, etc, and not Illorin. I hope the peace in Kwara is not jeopardized.
|
fergie001:So in essence, you are saying that female appearing somewhere in Tinubu’s transcript is non-issue? |
Spy360:They like to believe what makes them happy. |
Lotanna2:Can you provide evidence of Obi relying on server? The evidences he submitted in court that are server related? |
fergie001:So letters to journalists trumps the CTC of documents from the institution itself? And are we now clear that it is not in all cases that the maker of the document might be required to appear in court? |
Lotanna2:Leave the courts to determine what was dumped on them and what was not dumped. But have you now accepted that it’s not server report that Obi submitted in court? |
kufre2010:Illorin is Fulani land tell Omolara to go and hold Isese in Osogbo. |
Soyinka thought coming at the Emir of Illorin was like when he was running his mouth and calling Obidients fascists. The Emir has not even raised a strand of his hair in response to Soyinka and I’m sure he might likely never do that. When Soyinka is done talking, let him come do his worst. Illorin is Fulani land and anybody resident in Illorin should respect their hosts. What has marveled me however, is how quiet all this “Ronu” people have been about the issue. They don’t want to Ronu on that one. Didn’t know they held their Fulani masters in this level of reverence. |
Lotanna2:If you think there’s no female anywhere as part of Tinubu’s problem at the Tribunal, you might as well save your breadth. |
Lotanna2:Apart from IREV results from 18,088 polling units (which were certified by INEC anyways), did you hear Obi submitted anything concerning server again? Just a little heads up, cuz I’ve seen you need to be brought up to speed with what is going on in court…. Obi submitted forms: EC8As EC8Bs EC8Cs EC8Ds EC8E EC840Gs BVAS Accreditation Data PVC Collection Report, etc (all INEC Certified), for all the states he’s contesting their results. It’s obvious you have been arguing from a place of ignorance. |
fergie001:You seem to be missing my point…. The crux of my back and forth argument with you from my thread to this one is that I have been trying to tell you that there could be exceptions when the maker of the document is not required to appear in court. But you seem to have insisted that the maker of the document must appear in court at all times as far as anything regarding the certificate is dispute. That’s why I tried to separate some facts for you. 1) A certificate can be authentic and valid but they are not yours. What this means is that if we go to start verifying the documents, they would be authenticated and verified in the archives and records of the maker. Now, if I were challenging the authenticity and validity of the document, that’s when I need to bring the maker to come say that even though this document bears your name in the right order, they can’t find it in their records; meaning it didn’t originate from them. That’s what you are seeing Mbah going through in Enugu right now. The document bears his correct name but didn’t originate from NYSC. Hence, it’s “inauthentic” and “invalid”. 2) I am not challenging the authenticity of the result. Meaning I accept that the result or document is valid and can be found on the archives of the issuer. But I’m asking the court to see that the name on the document is different from your own name or that while you are [b]man, the document (as certified by the issuer) belongs to a woman. Now you are telling me that I still need the maker of the document to come tell the court that the name on the document varies from the name you have used all along elsewhere? Or that they should also come to tell the court that the gender they are seeing boldly indicated as F truly originates from them or was a clerical mistake? If it was a mistake, can the supposed owner show the step he has taken since 1979 towards correcting the appearance of female on his certificate even though he is male either in the form of affidavit or a letter written to the awarding institution to correct the “error? |
fergie001:No. We are talking about the maker of a document testifying before anything about the document can be questioned. |
42 Ministers 20 Special Advisers. And Special Advisers will participate in Cabinet meetings. So you will be having 62 people talking at a meeting. What a chaos that would be. Tinubu is just addicted to waste. The reason he removed subsidy is taxing Nigerians of every penny is so he would see billions to waste. Very pathetic!
|
fergie001:Okay. So let’s assume your name is Ferguson Ekenedirichukwu Nwankwo and in an election you are contesting with me, you submitted a WAEC result with the name Peter Olisachukwu Ekeh to INEC without any supporting affidavit that the names belong to you, and I take you to court…. Are you telling me that if I don’t get WAEC to come testify in court, then the court will say that yes, the WAEC result is your own? |
haslaw:Yes! Because we thought he stood for something. We thought he was sincerely displeased with the misnomer that Buhari government was. Who wasn’t? Then during the elections he supported Atiku. We excused him. The only times we had issues with him were when he left campaign talks to attack Obi or Igbos. But we still understood him that it could all be politics. But to switch allegiance immediately after the elections, and while the candidate he supported during the election is still in court challenging the outcome of the election, that clearly demonstrates that he is fool without honour. The idiot stands for nothing. Or you see nothing wrong in this trajectory? |
Lotanna2:Lol! And his BSC having female gender on it is non-issue? |
BluntCrazeMan:See eh, if the courts uphold the 2023 presidential election, just know that the 2022 Electoral Act has been rendered useless. We might as well revert to Electoral Act 2010. It’s a tight fix for the judiciary and we all have our gaze cast on them. |
In place of producing numerous physical BVAS-Machines as evidence, the “Certificates of the BVAS records which are issued by the INEC from the examination of the record of the accredited voters in the BVAS machines” could be tendered.. Lotanna2 come and see, you that have been arguing that, according to Osun Supreme Court judgment, BVAS machines must be physically produced in court. I told you that you can’t claim to know more than the lawyers handling Obi’s case but you were grandstanding. Just a reminder, Obi submitted BVAS accreditation data for all the states he’s contesting. I’ve told you to stop trying to simplify Obi’s case in court; it’s not as easy as you and your fellow commissioned agents are trying to make it seem. 7. The Supreme-Court Judgement recognized that: to establish a case of forgery of documents, the awarding institution should disclaim the authenticity and validity of the document under dispute,, otherwise, the document remains authentic and valid.(Pages:39-&-40)Fergie001 what did I tell you about Tinubu’s certificates again? I told you PDP is not challenging the authenticity and validity of the certificates but simply asking the court to look at the gender on the certificates. I do not think that CSU needs to come tell the courts that F stands for female in certified document. |
Lotanna2:Are you being serious right now? I’m surprised someone who claims to be following proceedings in court is asking me this question. So you don’t know that the NYSC certificate in question was pulled from the documents Tinubu submitted to INEC? My goodness! Could Tinubu have submitted a university degree without submitting NYSC certificate? Or you think PDP went and picked an NYSC certificate by the roadside and brought it to court? No wonder you have been making the kind of argument you have been making. |
Guyman01:I don’t think he settles any Mod. Nairaland is naturally anti-Igbo, so, they don’t need to be paid to push anti Igbo threads to front page. Can’t you see how they pushed the thread where Asari Dokubo was asking Tinubu to let the Igbos go? Should a forum that claim to be “anti secessionists” have pushed such topic to front page? No. But because it was against Igbos it’s ok. And we are just waiting and observing. My only word for them is that “table turns.” |
fergie001:Yeah, I see it. But like I’ve asked you before, do you also need make of document to come and say that the gender on a document is “female” when it’s clearly written there? |
Governor Otti should see this through. If Abia gets it right, together with Anambra, it can become the new headquarters of Igbo trade. Alaba will easily be relocated so that “Yoruba Ronu” people can use the land to build BRT park like they’ve been longing to do. |
Rolings:Good to see you admit that Tinubu is fraud. At least you recognize that fact unlike many of your ilk. |
Reno Omokri is a mentally deranged vagabond. He’s a bipolar disordered character. A man of no honour without any consistency of purpose; second only to FFK. If anyone ever told me Reno would ever degenerate to this character I would never have agreed. I used to respect him; Nigerians used to respect him. But now he has become useless, only relevant because Nairaland pushes many of childish tantrums to front page. Trust me, folks who are not on Nairaland are not aware he is still alive. That’s why nobody takes him serious. Or have you seen anybody reply Reno? I can’t remember any. So, like FFK he has become a ridicule in the Nigerian polity. I don’t know if this is what he set out to achieve for himself but that’s his reality now. The unfortunate thing is that nobody is ever taking Reno serious ever again. Don’t be like Reno Omokri! |
Lol! You are attacking the darling of Tinubu Owambe boys. Keyamo is the most intelligent human being they have ever seen. They worship him like god. I’m sure very soon, a statue of his will be erected in Ile Ife where they will be worshiping him even before he dies. FFK and Reno Omokri would also have their statues there. |
The next Edo governor is most probably coming from Labour Party. |
Lotanna2:And perjury? |
The furore over the forgery allegation against Mmesoma Ejikeme has been laid to rest after the committee set up by Anambra Government confirmed that the girl indeed forged her result. With that, everyone has come to accept whatever punishment that JAMB dims necessary for Miss Mmesoma . Furthermore, JAMB has proven its integrity and the integrity of its technology. This Is unlike what we saw with INEC during the election who claimed “glitches” for their failure after promising heaven and earth before the election. One now wonders if JAMB server is now stronger than INEC server even though INEC spent billions constructing their own. But away from JAMB and INEC servers, our concern here is Tinubu and his many forgeries. Can we all agree, just like we have agreed on Mmesoma case, that same punishment meted on Mmesoma should be meted on Tinubu who is facing similar, and even more, of what Mmesoma did? Or are we hypocrites that would condemn a young Mmesoma for forgery but defend an old Tinubu, who should be a role model and example for younger generations, on his own forgeries?
