You send your kids to do Almajiri. They took them to take care of them properly now you are shouting up and down.
Take a look at those kids, they don't look like the typical Almajiris because they are well fed.
In fact they were angry because the police caught up with their new lifestyle. That was the first thing I took notice Those kids are well fed and taken care of I will like to see their other siblings from the same parent and compare Although two wrong doesn't make a right, TRUTH be told the Almajiris system must be stopped |

DaudaAbu: They might not be called developed but they surely hav a lot to offer us.
Do you know that russia (ussr then) was the first to enter space and even send a person to the moon?
They started our ajaokuta steel complex and that means they have the tech. The difference btw them and other countries is they are ready share the tech just as they did share nuclear tech with Iran.
They have one of the best secret service in the world just like CIA, MOSSAD, the KGB so they hav some priviledge info that might be useful.
They are also a member of the security council hence can defend the interest of their allies.
Their tech innovations are top notch they have a reliable and funtional bullet train. part of the agreement signed 9s the construction of 1400km rail fro lagos to calabar. (Standard guage). Excellent The ops also need to be informed when it comes to some technology like the anti radar equipment for fighter jet, even the isreali goes to the Russian But what we need most for now is a committed allies to resuscitate Ajaokuta, even if thats our only benefit , you watch how it will catapult our industrial and technological revolution |

sarrki: 2' NEWS Allow Nnamdi Kanu come home to bury his mother, Imo monarchs tell FG Published
Sunday Nwakanma – Umuahia
Monarchs in Orlu, Imo State, on Thursday, appealed to the Federal Government to allow the leader of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu to return to Nigeria for the burial his mother, Sally, without molestation.
This appeal came at Amakwo Event Centre in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State.
The royal fathers led by HRM Eze Gideon Ejike said, “Kanu is not a terrorist. Terrorists kill but we are yet to see any bloodshed by Kanu. He is our hero and should be allowed to bury his mother before the beginning of next year. He deserves the honour and right as the first son to bury his mother.”

The traditional ruler of Orsu ancient kingdom in Ideato North LGA said Kanu had brought hope to the oppressed people of South East and South-South Nigeria, hence their decision to bestow on him a chieftaincy title

Use Adeyanju,a public self acclaimed human rights activist to deliver a legitimate petition and EFCC later comes out to claim it is investigating the petition as it's legally bound to. If Tinubu back tracks from his rumoured presidential ambition, the petition dies a natural death. If he doesn't backtrack, then credible and substantial evidence would be made known,to be based on this petition and "others" that Tinubu has been a fraud all his political career. You truly have been schooled on how politics is played in this country but you've still not mastered how our fraudulently calculative politicians plays the game There is the third option, he sponsors the petition himself so the EFCC, clears him now so when he intends to contest the issue will not be brought up Some of our politicans even sponsor a lawsuit against themself, of course someone will front it to clear them of any wrongdoing before the election time Welcome to Nigeria, my only country for now. He sponsors the petition himself |

Our lecturers want to lecture in more than one university and be on the payroll of all of them but because of their BVN , the system will not allow for this. They should understand that circumventing the system in any way is tantamount to corruption. The minstry of finance should not bend backwards to accommodate this. No lecturer in a federal institution must lecture in another federal institution but rather in a state institution instead. This should be good enough for them I think this lecturers collecting in more than one institution is the reason they have not been able to think outside the box or come out with inventions that can bring about development and growth in our nation. |

Politics › Re: What Is Your Opinion About The Nigeria Land Border Closure? by pharmagba: 9:02am On Oct 23, 2019 |
Wallade: I think it is not a well planned decision to close the borders. It has it's advantages but certain developments should be in place within the Nigerian economy to take full advantage of such decision to shut the borders to imports from neighbours.
I will focus mainly on rice, vehicles and poultry products importation through those routes.
Food is essential commodity in the nation. Nigerians eat a lot of rice and it is often consumed largely during festive and celebration periods. It is also the common household food. What is the capacity of local farmers and Millers to meet the local demand for rice in Nigeria? What is the quality of local rice? How many standard and advanced rice mill plants do we have in Nigeria? What is the average price of local rice in Nigeria? What is the plan of Nigerian government to stabilise the price of local rice since the government created the artificial scarcity of rice which triggered inflation and super profit takers to rip Nigerians off?
It is important to note the need for offtakers who buy livestock and farm products off farmers at agreed and fair prices and supply the products to retailers or consumers at reasonable or normal profit to ensure standardisation, competitiveness, affordability, development, economic growth and capacity improvement of farmers. This is the most sustainable approach to reduce food inflation, ensure dependence on local food, eliminate unnecessary importation and improve the balance of trade of Nigeria.
Importation of vehicles, brand new and fairly used, will continue in Nigeria because we lack the capacity to manufacture quality vehicles in the Nigeria. What Innoson, Nissan, Pegout and others do in Nigeria is assembly of knocked-down vehicle parts into vehicle units. I can tell you categorically that Innoson only manufactures maximum of 10% of its vehicle parts, if at all.
Besides you can not compare the American specification of any model of vehicle with African or Arabian/Asian specification which are often assembled in South Africa and Dubai(UAE). The difference is significant. Hence, there is justifiable demand for imported products
However, the Nigerian government should review the cost of importation, cargo handling and turnaround time at the Nigerian ports to ensure competitiveness and advantage over other neighbours ports especially since the products routed through the neighbours ports are ultimately meant for Nigeria.
I strongly opine that government should reduce the import duty on imported cars to about 25%-35% of cost value to ensure all imported cars meant for Nigeria are routed through Nigerian ports. Nigerian car manufacturers may not like my idea but when you review the government policy of 75% of cost value over the years, you will agree with me that it has not discouraged Nigerians from importing fairly used cars especially American specs. Even the quality of cars manufactured in Nigeria is poor compared to other specs and the price the local manufacturers sell the cars is outrageous given the value of cars on offer.
As for poultry products, Nigeria has significant immediate and potential capacity to meet local demand hence government policy should simply be aimed at encouraging and empowering poultry farming in Nigeria and importation of poultry products will be eliminated naturally. We all know that they simply dump those products on Nigerians hence the cheap prices.
As for fish, Nigeria can not meet local demand for fish. We must import fish at controlled rate and also encourage local production of fish. Our potential is in production cat fish and tilapia but no other types other than sea fish. Government can also encourage sea fishing business to supplement our catfish and tilapia fish production. However, we shouldn't deny Nigerians the need to consume Titus, "Panla", croaker fish etc. I disagree with you on a points 1-we can only know if local production of rice rice Millers , fish etc is not enough only by closing our borders and after which if we observe scarcity of this food products then we can conclude that we can't meet local production. 2-;on cars you missed it altogether, car is a luxury good. With investment in rail transportation what we only need now is encouraging Innoson to solve our transport issue, the rich and our politicans have fleets of exotic cars in their compounds, if you doubt me check Dino Melaye house or Bala Mohammed house just to mention a few. Car is a luxury good to majority if other means of transportation is effective |

If Innoson wanted to change his logo, he would have done it, but that's not his priority. Instead let this guy go and design a logo for Proforce, he needs it more than Innoson to help his struggling business grow. When GTB tried to destroy him, you all supported GTB, called Innoson criminal, now that he survived and is doing well and growing despite all your plans to destroy him, you now want to use another tactics...lure him with logo, so that after some years, you now claim that your logo help his business to grow. Then file lawsuits for settlement for 50% of the growth money after the logo was accepted by Innoson. You know how our judges are bought in Nigeria; how GTB procured numerous frivolous court injunctions against you, that's how they will settle this and confiscate your assets. Innoson, Bia open your eyes, they have layed ambush to finish you off this time around. Certainly you've never owned a business. If you had own one you will he needs this more at a time as this. If you had owned a business especially in Nigeria, you would have known you've got to be a rugged battle tank to survive |
