so basically all you came to talk about was politics as demonstrated by your APC bashing and tribalism by your continous reference to Zombies. My mistake for thinking you were intrested in the issues at hand. isn't that the problem?

the truth about this country is that people like you do not deserve a better country than the ceespool of an entity called that is Nigeria. You are part of the reason Nigeria is what it is. You are part of the problem of Nigeria. A people gets the leaders it deserves.
My dumb friend, just shut up.

You have already shown low comprehension skills, and contradicted yourself , without making a single point.

I urge you to go back to your first response to my post, correct yourself, then come back for a sensible debate, if you're up to it.

Throwing emotional tantrums does not an argument make. Besides, it's a sign of low IQ.

. . Note there is a difference between freezing and seizing. In this case, freezng simply means you beleive the assets to be the proceeds of illegal actiivity and you are asking the court to prevent any movement or disposal of the asset till you can prove your case. There are international accords to facilitate the freezing and seizing of illegally obtained assets across international borders. Seizing occurs when you have proved your case.
I had to reread your post to recognize this laughable case of low comprehension skills and shocking case of psychological projection. grin grin

Pls read your post again and try to recognize the contradiction therein.

It befuddles the mind the brazen display of low IQ, an inability to think, display of ignorance, lack of knowledge of anything beyond Nollywood, E-money and Linda ikeji and the inability to put forward logical arguments constantly on show by the so called Nigeria youths and future of our country on Nairaland everyday

Who needs your education on international treaties and jurisdictions? huh

Chei!! cheesy cheesy

So after reading the body of the report like you claim, you still can't see that the commencement of a genuine and legal process is what the report tries to show irrespective of the enticing headline?

Can you point to anywhere the EFCC or Magu tries to portray a false picture in the quotes attributed to them?
The first thing an intelligent person would ask is : Is this report from the EFCC ? Yes or no?
Was the name of any EFCC official quoted in the article? Yes or no?
Who write this story ?

Is this story based on any discernable facts or based purely on innuendos?

After nearly a year and half of malicious innuendos, Has Deziani been indicted for ONE single crime in Nigeria?

Is there $10b missing from the Nigerian Treasury ?

With all the corrupt officials and looters we have had in several generations in Nigeria, has the USA ever seized any assets of INDICTED Nigerian official?

What is a slush fund ?

Does APC have a slush fund or slush funds during their years of opposition and during the run up to the last presidential election?

These are simple, common sense questions a discerning mind should ask before commenting or trying to promote this hastily concocted propaganda for the zombies.

A top EFCC source, who spoke in confidence, said: “We have located some assets allegedly owned by Diezani and some of her business associates in the United States. We are already collaborating with the US Government to attach these assets. “In fact, the EFCC chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, spent about one and a half weeks in the US to work with the relevant agencies to trace Diezani’s properties, some of which are believed to have been secured through business fronts like Kola Aluko. “We have submitted relevant documents to the US authorities in order to facilitate the seizure of the assets.”

It is one thing to call someone a dog and it is another to call a dog someone and then go ahead to write the the person's name on it- all this in a peaceful environment.

Had Buhari been a tyrant, no one would waste their time suing the idiot- they would simply throw his sorry ass in jail and have his dog swallow the keys.

Not possible, what divides us is much greater than what brings us together. We are divided along, cultural, religious, ethnic and ideological lines while the only thing that keeps us together is Oil.
Not true.

Our similarities far outweigh our tiny differences by a wide margin.

First, we all suffer when things are bad, and enjoy when things are good.
We all look to the future with the same hopes, aspirations and fears.

We all want affordable, quantity education for our children.
We all want affordable basic amenities, safety, law and order and justice for ourselves, our families, our friends and relatives.

We all go to the same schools, learn the same things, shop at the same markets, cheer together in times of joy, cry together in times of tragedy.

It is politics and politicians that always attempt, albeit successfully, in putting wedges between the different ethnic nationalities of Nigeria.

Between my Yoruba, Edo, Fulani and Ibibio close friends, I see no differences in outlook, dreams and aspirations except when it comes to national politics.
This is when old stereotypes and prejudices creep out of the woodworks.

Forget about all these online bickerings. In real life, Nigerians of every ethnic group get along very well.

In politics, it's a different matter.

Take, for example Mohammadu Buhari. After winning the most peaceful and groundbreaking election in Nigerian history, the pompous demagogue, missing a golden moment of UNITY and goodwill, did the least common sense thing a leader ever could do, by boldly and publicly telling the people who didn't vote for him in a DEMOCRATIC election, not to expect to be treated in the same way as those that voted for him. huh

From that moment, Nigeria became even more divided.

You see? An elected poly-trick-cian deliberately putting a wedge between the citizenry. shocked

Hillary, the media's 'go grrrl' and face of nauseating feminism was let off the hook for criminal offences last month. I'm of the opinion that a narcissist with chutzpah is what is needed instead of a candidate that only supports the victim mentality and political correctness that has reached scary levels since Obama.
They are not contesting for who should be the President of a social club, but for the most powerful office in the world.
Clinton is over qualified for that office. She has a resume that clearly shows that.

Trump, as aside from my not liking him , is such an unstable character that the CIA and the NSA expressed fears about entrusting state secrets to such an unstable character.

Let the Trumpers keep deluding themselves. Packing halls full of rednecks Texas and other Bible belt states does not an election win.

Trump needs not only to win all the red States that Romney won 4 yrs ago, but also needs to pull an additional 3 blue States to in a winning position.

Right now, he is still far from winning key Republican States, talkless of stealing 3 states from the Democrats.

Republicans are finished as far presidential voting demographics are concerned.

You need women, blacks, Hispanics , college educated young and a few white men to win a US presidential election.
