Can anyone from Osun State please explain this expansion of rice politics to us, with focus on the sharing formulae.

All these rice without oil, pepper, tomatoes, onions, etc. How exactly are the impoverished, and hungry electorates in Osun State supposed to eat these rice for crying out loud - raw? I also have problem with the ID cards, especially one which purpose is to identify none indigene. The issue of identifying Nigerians should be dealt with at national level. There would be certainly be a lot of confusion if every Nigerian is expected to have an identity card for every state he/she spends considerable time in.
