In pretty much all of the first chapters of each letter, Paul opens up by introducing his main audience as the Jews - those bought by the blood of Jesus Christ.

The confusion you have here comes from the fact that somehow you swallowed the lie that Paul was the only apostle sent to the Gentiles, a lie which clearly contradicts Jesus Christ's very own instructions to all of His disciples commanding that they go out into the world - the majorly gentile world - to teach the same Gospel which He taught to them to all those they meet, beginning in Jerusalem, where Paul himself began. Every follower is instructed by Jesus Christ to lead people - regardless of nationality - to Jesus Christ through the teaching of the very same Gospel of the Kingdom of God that Jesus Christ taught only to His own. So how can any one person lay claim to being the only disciple sent to the Gentiles?

As for John's rebuke of the Pharisees in Matthew 3 vs 7 - 11, surely you are aware John was referring to them and not the people when He called them brood of vipers aka Sons of batches.

2. Jews are saved from something different from that which Gentiles are saved from. Gentiles are saved from God's curse on mankind in Genesis 3 vs 16 - 22.

I am mystified as to how you don't know the Paul's writings were mainly to churches he established amongst gentiles. See below
