congratulations dear republicans, healthcare reform is finally dead. the senate has passed a bill that could well have been written by the insurance companies. this sure will make you both happy.

america obviously has a higher level of depression than nigeria, signs of depression include:

sleeplessness
loss of interest(anhedonia)
guilt
fatigue (for no physical reason)
loss of concentration
loss of appetite(in the pesence of enough food)
psychosis
suicide/homicide

how many of these do we see in nigeria compared to america.?
where in the world do you see people running around killing others because tey are not happy with themselves?
how many nigerians reject food because they dont feel happy

how much of these symptoms do we know of in nigeria among nigerians. even in the absence of data, we will know of suicide if it happens. even homicide (for no other reason than unhappiness). we may not know much about insomnia in nigeria due to no records/data, but we sure dont need much data to know of suicide. 3rd largest cause of death among american teenagers and young people, after accidents and homicide. yu cannot compare that.

this does not mean that we have less problems than america, it may man that we are used to having problems and problems dont make us unhappy as such or we are very tolerant of so much problems , . and this line of thought makes sense if u see our society today with regards to leadership and followership
