That you even went to Ecobank is already a terrible experience.
They don't have the staff capacity for their clients. They merged 2 big banks, inherited massive numbers of clients, then laid off huge staff. That's why you'll notice a lot of empty cubicles in their branches.
Unfortunately can't really blame the staff for their customer service cos honestly attending to such crows daily would rub the smile off any one's face. But it's why they get paid so they need to deal. Either the management employs more hands or invest in better customer service, preferably both.

I often wonder where does inspiration come from? Are they formed from experience and exposure or from a Higher Being?

Scientists and great artists and composers often attribute their notable works to a sudden stroke of genius inspiration or even an unintended mistake. So I ask how do Creatives become creative? By trial and error? Divine inspiration or just born Geniuses?

God never came down to establish the laws we live by, the men of each society did.
We decided killing is wrong, stealing, lying etc for peaceful coexistence. That's why every society has different morals and values. God would have made his laws uniform in all societies.

We the people decided homosexuality is wrong, not God. Which is why it was also the people that decided that maybe homosexuality is not so bad, hence it was legalized in such societies.

At the end of the day, there's no definitive divine laws, it is us, the people who decide what works by majority consensus.
