I remembered when my mother was going through this stage, her major symptoms where palpitations, hot flashes and a tingling sensation from her head down to her toes. Funny enough when i took her to the hospital, the doctor(s) could not decipher what was happening to her, even from the hormonal tests that was conducted. The experience was not funny at all. Those symptoms eventually fizzled out.

Would they ever listen? An average nigerian woman finds it very difficult to exercise, how much more when she is pregnant. You see them eating as if the world is gonna end in a minute. After childbirth, to even shed off the excess babyfats, becomes a problem still.

From what you have written up there, you are going through a phase of emotional distress. Sex is more emotional than physical and a little emotional distress can triger low sex drive. In as much as a good heart and blood vessels are needed for a well pumped penile muscles to do the "damage", your mind must be "focused" and devoid of "emotional distress" or else premature ejaculation cum low sex drive comes to bear.

Don't even think of popping any pills. You don't need them. You can eat foods that still boost sex drive like watermelon, bananas, unripe plantains, tigernuts, dates, ginger, garlic, eggwhites. Morealso exercise well and abstain or minimize your consumption of refined or processed foods.

There is no correlation between sex and wound healing. These are just one of those "myth". I have sex on a regular and my wounds (if any) heals at the usual rate. Even i think regular sex can even lead to faster wound healing.

I am speechless. 500kg is really massive. I can only imagine what this woman is going through right now. To have had a cerebral stroke at 11. Being ripped and mean all year round without popping steroid pills or the likes can be achieved naturally. Although one needs to be disciplined, consistent and a smart-worker.


1. Up/increase your workout exercises. Imagine doing 4 sets of bench press, with less than a minute between each sets and switch to do some high intensity cardios with so little time to rest. That is what is called workout. The amount of fats that can be burnt is unimaginable.


2. Watch your diets. The major reason behind body fat accumulation is netgain of calories. When one consumes more calories than is expended then body-fat tends to increase. But the muscles is a biological fat-burner in that even at rest, the muscles keep on using the fats as fuels. 3. Stay off alcoholic beverages, carbonated drinks, beer and the likes. Or reduce their consumption to the barest minimum.

Merely looking at the picture of this man, reveals to me he is far below 120 years. Most probably in the region of 75-85 years. Celibacy cannot be responsible for his "long" life. U could not have said it any better. This is very informative. The way the world is going, i see an epidemic of chronic diseases ranging from hypertension to cancer ravaging the populace. An average nigerian is so guilty of these stuffs.
It beats my imagination when i see people make indomie noodles, junks foods as well as carbonated drinks their staples. And these same people don't even know the meaning of exercises, how much more indulging in them.
Over-bloated kids everywhere, they can't even do a little road-walk without panting. Our babes with drum-bellies are not left out.
