Very informative post. Last year,i experienced depression and it got so bad that the things that are had interest in became boring. But thank God i bounced back like a ball off the ground. |
Abeos:Well supplements is good but i always advice that eating balanced diets is sufficient for muscle gain provided you exercise well, rest and sleep well. You could start with whey protein and creatine. |

The last time i had whitlow, the experience was not palatable at all until i did something "weird". My woman could not bear to see a strong man like me in so much pains and she suggested i put my thumb(finger with the whitlow) in her vagina for 20 minutes. I did this for 6 days and i can tell you that it worked. Because the pus started to ooze on its own on the seventh day. I think the warmth and microflora in the vagina did the magic. I quite agree with you. Savings is good but it does not end there. You need to save, then invest. It's all about money getting more money. For that barbells you can make it yourself, you just need a strong thick iron rod approximately 5 feets. With heavy set of flywheels(plates) which are placed at both ends. You would also need 2 pairs of wedge to keep the flywheels in place. A welder would help you with that. You have to be become strong bodied, no room for softness. |

Too much of salt can be relative. But you do not want know what would happen to a person that does such. For a healthy individual(free from hypertension and kidney related diseases), the damage may not be too much but for a hypertensive or kidney disease patient, such a person can drop down one time. Moderate intake of salt is surely the way to go. |

Those foods you are reacting to are allergens, trigering some hyper-sensitivity reactions. I think you are still going to encounter more food allergens asides the ones you listed. Very true. Having low self-esteem can be really detrimental to a person's existence. And so many extraneous factors tend to contribute to it. But the real truth is that having a healthy self-esteem depends on the person's inner being not some facade the society throws at us. Take the new year gift from me.

I disagree with number one. You being married does not deter you from pumping those irons. If the will is there, then there will definitely be time to do it. And the pics is giving a wrong notion about marriage. If you a bachelor or spinster enjoy your singlehood, if you are married, enjoy your marriage life. Don't be too quick to switch sides. |

One of my exercise goals for the year is too pack more slabs of muscles on my quads, to make them more beefy and strong, not forgetting my calf muscles. Also i want to make my v-shape more pronounced by working on my lats. To achieve these goals are quite straightforward. Do compound and isolation exercises that target these muscles. The weight i am going to make use are gonna be "damn" heavy. My diet is gonna increase in quantity and quality. These are just a scratch on the surface. |

I have written down my goals(3 months period) for the year. This is indeed very important as it gives one a sense of focus and direction. Although strength-training should be a lifestyle, it is always neccessary to set goals also. |
Most probably, you are experiencing the side effects of taking that "poison" called dexacotene or mau mau. Your testosterone level is most probably very low, as this drugs tamper with ones' hormones. I strongly advice you go see an urologist for proper diagnosis and onward treatment. |
