Being slim cannot stop you from becoming muscular. Remember nutrition/diet is as important as the exercises. You can go through the thread for some tips. |
This is because the muscles is a highly metabolic tissue. It burns calories while one is at rest also. That is why the muscles need nutritous foods to grow. |

The matron made a mistake by not checking your blood pressure at least 3 times with a five to seven minutes interval between each reading. Your blood pressure was elevated most probably due to anxiety or stress. Since your blood pressure has return to normal which clearly reveals that you are not hypertensive, you can only hope and pray that it would not be a hindrance to your employment. Baba you don get this job, don't worry. For you to have come this far, just know that you will surely smile at the end. |
Really an eye opener for those who put their work first before their health, without realizing that when that health is gone the job will still remain for those with "still good health" to take on. I hear of so many young bankers mostly female coming down with hypertension due to unrealistic targets. Some do not get out of the job alive. There should always be a balance between your job, your social life, your leisure/rest/relaxation time. |

I love this woman. She knew what she wanted and went for it the right way. That is what i keep telling people, you cannot shed away fat overnight because you did not get fat overnight. All those "junks" that are called fat burner or slimming drugs are merely poisons. They are very toxic to the body and i very much pity those folks that indulge in them. Diet, exercise and rest are always key when shedding weight the healthy way. RIDE ON WOMAN, THAT IS THE SPIRIT. |
That is why i do not blame people that falsify their age. Common 24 years is rather too small. 26 and 27 years is fair enough. I would n't be suprise to see 22 yrs maximum as a requirement for graduate trainees. |

In pics 1, that guy got his biceps heavily laden with synthol, same as the cyclist turned body-builder. I will always respect markhus ruhl and ronnie coleman though they are retired now but they will always be remembered in the body building world as FREAKISH MONSTERS. Rest in peace to andreas munzer who died at a very young age of 32. Although he achieved that ripped and lean muscle mass every pro body builder craved for but he just took it too far. My case is quite the opposite. I really love babies but most of them don't always want me to carry them. I begin to wonder whether babies know when a guy is muscular or not. Recently female babies have being allowing me to carry them. |
Yes, it is to some extent but the primary cause of pot belly is when calorie intake exceeds calorie expenditure by a wide margin. When this occurs, the body stores the excess as body-fats. For men the body fats is usually around the abdomen(visceral fats), face, arms and sometimes the buttocks. I so much dread dat stuff called pot belly. E no dey make person clothe fine for body. Moreover having pot belly is very unhealthy. TEAM TONED ABDOMEN. |

Hmmm, quite tough but still it is a question with a simple answer. It is all about striking a balance. Successful people do have a rare ability of extricating/separating their social life from their vision,mission,goal(s), objectives. "Loneliness" is a term that a person creates in his/her imagination. I have never ever experience loneliness because i am always occupied with productive things to do. I know you are saying to yourself "now that i am successful, what next". You do not need a partner to cure your "loneliness" but rather than see having a life partner as someone that can assist you in achieving your vision. She must be on the same "track" with you. Trust me "the one" will come to you and u will know deep down that she is truly the one but before then keep on breaking more bounds and achieving more goals. |

Lets get started. How to look bulky and still remain lean? It is not complicated to achieve this. It takes dedication, discipline, patience. Not forgetting to mention okay 1. CLEAN DIET This cannot be over-emphasized enough. What then is clean diet? This is basically a diet that contains the neccessary nutrients to make those muscles grow like an er.ection. Protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and WATER. Muscles are basically protein and water. For me ,my proteins are very easy to get in this country. Beans, egg-whites, fish, chicken br..east without the skin, lean meat(i eat it on a rare occasion), peanuts and tigernuts. I do not take diary products. Yams, plantain,sphagetti, macaroni,white rice or brown rice, cocoyam.,oats. Healthy fats is where people get it wrong. Healthy fats like mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats. Examples avocadoes, olive-oil, coldwater fatty fish like salmon,tuna,sardine, walnuts. Then fruits such as banana,oranges,mangoes,water-melon,cucumber,pawpaw,tomatoes |

@papi wata, i am really feeling your gym apparatus. I usually tell people that it is not how beautiful your dumbbells or barbells is but how beautiful they make ur muscles become, that is what matters. Won't the casting of the barbells crack overtime? |
