For a person to have pubic lice, i could only imagine the tropical rainforest around the pubic region. I believe regular shaving/trimming as well as a good personal hygiene should ward off pubic lice. |
Very informative post and i actually concur with most of its contents. I have kept a clean-shaven face for the past 6 years and i just recently began keeping beards again and i must say that i look quite different and more masculine. The issue is the maintenance of the beards. |

That is a very wrong way to body-build for beginners. You have to begin with free-weights (dumbbells and barbells) for easy manipulation. Using machines to train as a beginner can be very risky and inefficient. How tall is davido? You are correct on some parts. I use to eat rabbits and i must confess the meat is quite tasty. But i discovered that those rabbits that are domesticated and put in a cage thereby restricting their movements produce meats with high level of cholesterol and the lean muscle mass to body fat ratio is quite small. I prefer eating rabbits that do not have their movements restricted and are free to eat whatever they like. Their meats are usually tough,strong and with little bodyfat |

You already have the six packs/abs but the problem is that some stubborn layer of body(subcutaneous) fats are covering them. So the thing to be done is to burn those fats so that your abs can be become quite visible. How then can you go about it? 1. You must come down in body weight. What causes excess body weight is when one's calorie intake exceeds the calorie expenditure by a wide margin and so the excess calories becomes deposited as body fats. 2. Work on your diets. This is very important. Ever heard of the saying that " muscles are made outside the gym". This statement is very correct. Eat healthy proteins,carbohydrates,fats as well as fruits and vegetables but make sure you consume proteins well. Eggwhites,chicken br.easts, beans, lean cuts of beef,fish are very good source of protein. Cut down your carbs. You can eat brown rice, pasta,sweet potatoes,plantain,yam for carbs. 3. Cut down on your portion size. Do not fill your plate up to the brim because you want to eat. You can spread your regular three square meals to seven smaller portions. This reduces the level of deposition of fats on the entire body with the abdomen inclusive to the barest minimum. 4. Drink water very well. This is important because water is life and the body needs it like oxygen. 5. Then proceed to do your abs crunches. This will help tone the abs wella. |
