That is occupational hazard and it can be very dangerous to one's health. I strongly believe that it is chlorine gas that might be responsible for that bleeding. That gas can be quite hazardous, it not only eats away the mucosal linning of the nose but can also damage the respiratory and circulatory system. I blame that company, at least they suppose to have provided gas-mask for the workers so as to protect the nasal passage. He can lay a complaint to the management and if nothing is done he can ball out of that job because one's health is very important. Or he can also be actively looking for a replacement for that job while still doing this present job. |
I fear that thing called "potbelly". No be correct thing at all that is why i would not trade my abs for anything in the world. U will need to have hard-work, determination, discipline and most importantly patience. You must have to work on your diet as well as eating healthy. Cut down on the portion of food you eat . Avoid eating late in the night. If you indulge in drinking of alcohol(beer), stop it immediately. Reduce your consumption of processed foods and try as much as possible to go "organic" . I mean eating foods basically in their raw form like fruits and vegetables. Also reduce consumption of fried foods for example if you want to eat fish or egg rather than frying while not boil it. Always maintain an active lifestyle. Engage in exercising. Do cardios and weight-lifting. Most importantly be patient enough because that potbelly would not just disappear in a bit. It will be take time but you would be happier for it. |

You must eat considerable high amount of protein(fish,lean beef,chicken egg), carbohydrates,healthy fats,fruits and vegetables. Do not eat junk foods like snacks and the likes. You can try lifting weight also so as to build lean muscle mass. My brother, weight will still come most probably when you get married. I have seen so many skinny guy put on weight as soon as they get married. |
Hmmm, your case is quite weird. How do your parents and siblings look like? Are they skinny and short? How is your diet like? Do you do strength-training(weight-training)? |

3. Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This not only cause that trim waist size but also overall body-weight. In fact this is the way of the body-builders. In nigeria, we are used to eating three large square meals i.e breakfast, lunch and dinner. To achieve a trim waist size, one must spread those three large meals across six or seven meals. This prevents the body for acculmlating body-fats such that after each meal, the body burn the food to release energy. 4. Eat healthy fats. Most people who try to loose weight as well as ahieve a trim/slim waist avoid anything "fat" like a leprosy. This is so wrong. The body cannot function properly without "fats". The question now is Is the fat healthy or not? A good fat should contain a high ratio of monounsaturated/polyunsaturated fatty-acids to saturated fatty-acids. Infact healthy fats cause overall weight loss because it makes one to be full and as such elininate excess consumption of calories. Examples of healthy fats include avocadoes, nuts(cashew nuts,walnuts,peanuts) olive oil, fish(salmon,mackerel,horse-mackerel). But remember moderation is key. This is the season of avocadoes, why not eat some avocadoes today. Bad fats can be found in dairy products, chicken skin, pork, snacks,vegetable oils e.t.c |

Starting the day with a healthy balanced break-fast is very crucial when following a weight-loss diet. Yes, i am back after a long while. I hope my fellow gym-enthusiasts bursted the nuts in those muscles. Before i begin, i must say i have being able to trim down my waist size from 30 to 27 inches. At least when i wear my trousers, there is usually a few space even after i have put the belt-pin in the last hole. I was able to apply the following tips, i am going to list out now. |

Very nice post. For me i train 3-4 times a week. While on my rest days, i opt for more physical activities like cardios. I weigh 90kg standing at 5'11 and i am more flexible than those weighing 60kg. My weight is no issue because it is basically lean muscle mass which is highly metabolic. |
It is not every job that requires experience to acquire. At least most entry-level /graduate-trainee jobs basically require little or no experience. |

Those "love handles" as well as the "pouch" can be somehow on a lady. I so much love those ladies with the pear shape. Those ladies that have their fats distributed around the hips and the thighs rather than their belly. Those ladies are genetically gifted. For those without hips but massive belly fats, please follow the tips above. |
