If you are in charge of a multi billion dollars company and you are thinking of the possibility of investing in USA and the president of USA personally invited and met you to promised you that he will support you in every way possible if you decided to invest in the country, wouldn't it boost your confidence and encourage you to make that decision ? afterall your investment can fail and end in losses if the Government decided to suffocate your company's efforts with high taxes and other unfavorable government policies but if the president in charge personally make promises and guarantee to you that you won't face such problems, you won't worry about that.
