They are two different things. That is a breach of the Apple product since privacy issues are big deal to them. What the loan apps do also violates user policy in the worst possible way.

We are in Nigeria, traditionally it's the man that provides for most, the financial burden is mostly on us, unless you are fortunate to meet a "help-mate" which is not rare, but the sentiments even on NL is that the man is the main provider.
