I'm fine. The fun of reading or writing a story is to give the characters life., I'm not mad, lol. Relate with your characters like they are human and living and that's actually when you can understand what each character is all about

You don't get it. It dpends on the hand they use on their nurses. Finally they are responsible for any lousiness of their staff.

Point of correction, except it's a private settings, they are not their nurses. The government employ nurses the same way they employ doctors, they each have different job descriptions and in this case, it's the nurses fault and it might not be (cos they own the patient). So in a government hospital, nurses are not doctors' staff, both doctors and nurses are government staffs, government pay nurses salaries the same way they pay doctors' salaries. Doctors don't pay nurses salary.

Nurses are only doctors' staff in a private hospital because the doctor build his hospital and employed them thereby, paying their salary.

Please it's high time we stopped being misinformed in this country, Doctor and Nurses are two different people, two different employees, no one is superior to the other, it's not a case of boss and employees. Just like Doctors move from one level to another, one post to the other, so do nurses, thank you.

So you are the one who obviously do not get it.
