dayokanu:I didnt know she kicked him i was simply responding to the title! in that case- they are both dogs i dont know why shes complaining! |
^^ thats the whole point! its the choice of lifestyle! There are security guards and traffic wardens that earn more than most graduatess here. But its nothing to do with money, there are plenty of governors that drove cabs in London. It doesnt fit into the life I want so I cant go for it., the same with education. Not wanting to date an uneducated man has nothing to do with being selfish, there is a better chance of me being compatible with someone whose lifestyle and educational background is similar to mine. |
lol even if he didnt he will guess in loong shot! esp the ayettymama username! i cant shake that off! this lifetime or next! |
madlady oooo where have you been ive missed you! i forgot my hotmail password so i havent been able to mail! hows u!!! |
^^ God bless you jooor! pople coming and preaching crass! NETWORKING is the key! you have to go out and meet people jare! lol |
u better just leave the guy before he kills you. he has no right to lay his hands on you are you a dog? kmt use your head! |
lol opening doors is the way in which british men show respect to women, its a western thing. Thats how gentlemen here behave. They are generally polite people. They believe in 'ladies first' and thats one thing I love about the british culture. Respectful, courteous people! Its exactly the same as how they tell you to use certain words and kneel for elders in Nigeria, it doesnt make you a fool, it just means your respectful. If I dont do all that in England it wont make me disrespectful, same if you dont open a door for your woman in Nigeria! |
lol! just be patient he will come along soon! meanwhile focus on things which are more important. . . .like. . . .YOUR WHOLE LIFE!!! |
Yes they do. |
pretty face thin waist with good weave! |
I agree with you alot reed but at the same time i disagree. The same way you see a village girl is the same way I will see an uneducated man or an educated man from a less distinguished background. Or the way I will look at a security guard on 30k as opposed to a store manager on 20k. I dont think I will have anything in common with a security guard or someone that went to south bank, we wont enjoy the same hobbies or listen to the same music. Certainly wont have the same goals and will disagree on the number of children we want to have or how we want to raise them. So in a way your physical conditions will reflect on your character! Its not selfish to want to chose from a particular class or educational background, as long as you know how you want your life to be, your going to know who will fit in it! |
awwww when i read the title i almost cried! lol soo sweet! i wish you luck ooo in your search! |
daniel isnt attractive facially, probably just the bad boy charms that will bring the woman in, that doesnt go with the bond persona. Bond is a charm. Bond did actually go to eton- so he is a polished character from a upper class background. he was a trouble maker- that doesnt mean hes chavvy. There are mischeiveous rich boys too unno! I will have still preferred if they had cast clive for the role- He to me is the perfect bond! sexual-comical- dark and dangerous! He carries 'theres something about him' everywhere! |
^^ definitely!! i agree with you 1000%! 20 people cant be friends for 20 years, and the same goes for most romantic relationships too! Im guessing nobody knows where the journey will take them but we can always chose who to take the journey with! lool iiice, the blessed honeymoon period, i wont lie that used to shack me as well. . . . then I started dating someone that has a job!!!!!
funny questions.
you dont understand the topic
no, you dont have to give up your friends because of your boyfriend, but when you have that lovey dovey feeling, it cuts into your friend time.
Exactly, but why do we get lovey dovey feelings for men we barely know? or worst still men that treat us bad? Its different if the guy is also a friend that you have known as long as or even longer than the others. But what has made this dude all of a sudden soo special?
since your friends cant give you the same buzz as your guy, it's only natural.
The buzz in the lower region??
um, yes?
I disagree- you dont need to alter your routine. Men dont alter thier routines and time schedules! they wont even reduce a minute on the playstation! How many hobbies can u see a dude giving up for his girl? talkless of his friends! God help the girl even arrive to his house on the wrong day! It will be as if she doesnt even exist! Some women even if they are with their friends, will cancel on a whim to go and meet a dude! I have never understood that! I dont see that as a relationship, it looks to me like the guy has just aquired a puppy! A guy should be equally interested in the girls friends and get to know them as well, spend time with them too and so on! the friend can be any gender- it doesnt matter! |
I wouldnt say its totally bad, in a society where the women are limited to education and any sort of knowledge- thereby rendering them only useful to serve men. Thats not soo for today, polygamy is an old practice that cant fit into the everyday life of the modern man. Many that come from polygamous homes can speak of the hell it causes. Not saying its totally bad tho, alot of people are closer to their stepmums than their own mothers. Im guessing if theres enough love it can work out for the better! |
blakbarbie:the photo is still there?? and ive reported it as well id advise you to even take your photo down I was having the same problems a while ago. NL is not a safe place to socialize smh lmao- i dont even know why some religous people bother to write relationship literature the books are normally impracticle and full of trash i made the mistake of buying no more sheets, never again! the best relationship books are the ones written by those that experience the same. Christian or not! |
^^ lol abi! thats hampshire for you! i can imagine the number of 30 year olds that spent 6 years in secondary school undetected in hackney! its only in hamshire they will take action like this! i recently heard one dude from my primary school was arrested not long after for statutory rape!!! turns out the bastard was 16! can u imagine! he looked old as well but how could no one notice! i remember him having side burns in yr 6! |
Im a grown ass woman i can never get tired of it! i loved EVERY SINGLE ONE of the movies! loved the deads man chest the best! even though it was UUBER LONG! i cannot wait to see it! aww this is my yr for movies!! transformers pirates and harry potter!!!! yay! |
^^ God bless you joor! im beggining to wonder which books the others have been reading! |
Show some respect and grow up. Not one time I said or even demonstrated an ounce of satisfaction when it comes to Naija-Akata beefs because it's this pathetic crap why one could say he was killed as "another African" in the states. It's ignorance, but does that make it okay to bash all Americans? Please. Don't try to pick a fight with me on this thread or make any accusations. This is Bawolomo's moment so either you use this thread to show Bawolomo some love or comment on the latest development or you can chuck off!
your right, there are plenty of people pissing me off on this thread for a various number of reasons. nigerians kill abroad all the time. almost every gang crime commited in london has a nigerian behind it. born here or otherwise. so its ultimate trash to raise this as an excuse. but there you have it! |
I have good friends and associates. My good friends know the role and do not come between my husband and I neither do I come between them in their relationship. IF you don't have that communication with your friends and are not on the same level then it become an issue. Not too many of us have good friends as that is.
no friends are not meant to com btn you and your husband. but i dont think a husband is meant to come between friends. it shouldnt even be an issue. even if you dont meet, you can still talk. damn in this day and age there is no excuse to lose contact with anyone! lol |
Im glad you understand me shy-one. Im not married! lol im still quite young! dont you think its amazing how you can meet a friend after 5 years and just reconnect like that?? whilst you can see an ex whom youve spent soo many moments with and even made love to and feel like spitting in his face!!!! I just dont understand why alot of us dont cherish these special relationships! There are things me and friends have shared that can NEVER be shared with a partner! theres something in alot of friendships that cannot be found anywhere else! Yes you are very right, ive also been on that side too, i met someone that worked closed to where i live and I spent all my extra time with him. When we eventually broke up and I saw my friend in uni she said 'wow its been a while'. that was my wtf moment! when i decided never to change my routine ever again. I think it even shows a sort of neediness on my part. as if I have no life away from him. And yes I understand what you mean abt men that are possessive, i believe my friends bf is the possesive type, he doesnt even like her talking to her friends on the phone! she doesnt pick up her phone when shes with him and if she does she whispers! I believe my ex was slightly possessive too but im not good with being controlled- relationship down the drain lol. Im glad your working on your social skills, and i think its a brilliant idea to socialize with other couples! that way nobody feels left out! lol things like going out and introducing ur man to ur friends then watch them scrutinize him! lol fun times! gd luck with that! |
when you think about it the topic is exceptionally stupid, its insinuating that most married women are dependent in their husbands. Maybe in Nigeria, which is still pretty backwards for the most. But in developed countries ALL women are independent! most women have careers and jobs, their own bank accounts and buy their own clothes! Its only in Nigeria you will hear of a woman that will ask her husband for money before she can eat, thats abnormal in other places! being independent is not glamorous, the retards that find pride in lamenting their independence! i laugh! so you should now get a round of applause for fending for yourself? who is meant to fend for you? kmt |
im surprised at the junk im hearing on this thread! prostitutes get married, ugly extremist christians/muslims get married, junkies get married, roadside hobos find love and disabled people get married too! kmt it doesnt even stop there, mentally retarded people physically handicapped the list will actually go on! So spending time in the church has absolutely nothing to do with it! in fact some churches are even good at hookin up their members! so those of you with your stupid theories can stuff it! @ post 'why men love bitches' by sherry argov, this is the only relationship book ive ever read and its simply amazing! its about dating and has a mans perspective on the way women behave. The reason why i recomend the book is because it also gives a 'feel good' approach to single women. The book elevated me, since i realized at the end, dating is simply a game. Plus it will boost you onto the right attitude when you start dating. The last thing you want to do is waste years on one man that will lead you nowhere! Find a Husband After 35: Using What I Learned at Harvard Business School by rachel greenwald I havent read this book but the idea is ecstatic!!! WARNING The book is a 101 for women over 35 that DESPERATELY want to be married, in a way it might encourage you to lower your standards to an embarrassingly low potential. Its better to take the overall approach of the book rather than take it word for word, some of my friends found it quite demeaning but i read most women that tried it were married in 18 months. Ill advise it to you sha. Eat pray love by elizabeth gilbert I havent read this but its an inspiring story, alot of my friends hate it because they say its condescending but alot of women believe it to be inspiring. It encourages self centred-ness and self indulgence, not a bad thing in my opinion! im actually meetin with a few friends tonight ill find out abt some other inspiring books you can read |
marriage is different. lol of course him being your number one priority doesnt sound as foolish to me as a bf and were not actually single thats the funny part. I maintain my relationships regardless of whether I have a bf or not. it seems to me like most of you see friendships as a burden, thats probably the reason most women behave this way. |
SOMEONE DARE quote destinys child on an independence thread hehehehehehe'can you pay my bills' 'can you pay my telephone bills' 'can you pay my automobiils' 'if you did then maybe we could chil' 'boy you aint gettin nuttin from us cos in your pockets you aint got nuttin but dust' 'i need the boys up top from the freeway, know how to split that money 3 way' 'you cant say you gotta go, aint no other chick spending your dough' i can actually go on forever! |
well said, esp about the priorities. but i dont think 'a man' should be any womans priority *kanye shrug* to me that simply doesnt sound right. then again i do understand that a some will spend less time with their friends when they get a bf, same goes for dudes. I dont think its healthy for a woman to spend all her time with a dude. that shows neediness, most men wont do the same. Im guessing because they value their friendships and the things they love more than women do. A girl will follow her bf to the pub to watch a football match that she wont enjoy, will her bf follow her to the nail salon and wait 10hrs for her to do her hair? lol im sure couples that have been together for aaages dont care how many times they are called. |
Thats not tru, independant women are more desireble than those that cant do for themselves. Then again it always refers back to the calibre of men were talking abt! |
it takes 2 to tango- in the posters case it seems like its taken 5!!!! who is the reccurring character at question?? THis is nothing to do with the fiances friends. If we can call them such at all! this is to do with the fact that the poster is having sex (or at least trying to ) with all the ones he meets. Continue to deny all you like but the truthremains that the poster has a problem, and if you cannot see that then you are heading for a similar fate. |
^^ congrats omo oba, i completely forgot!! Sorry!!! big hii to the wife for me she looks gorgeous! hehehe shes now an 'olori' oooo! |
soo sorry love im being lazy! tonight! i promise |
