Please I needed help to evict a stubborn tenant. After I left the country and handed over my property to a lawyer, a tenant has refused paying his rent for almost two years without reason. The matter has been in court for almost two years without success. The court keeps adjourning the case. The tenant refusal to pay the rent has pushed other tenant to start owing too. Please kindly suggest the best way out of this situation.

No one asked you to join your st00peed army, so why are you disturbing us with your st00peed questions. It is none of our business if you join the league of bitter single women in the military.

Ironically in the face of all this - the girl has gotten what she was looking for all this time, a sizeable internet following.

Most military women would remain single and biter for the following reasons:

1) Most military woman are prone to domestic violence are are likely to beat up their boyfriends and husbands.
2) most are naturally violent and incessantly angry and aggressive
3) Most lack feminine attributes and behave like men
4) Most military women lack good family upbringing
5) They are mostly not wives materials
6) They are mostly from poor family background
7) They are mostly not very educated beyond secondary school certificate.
Most are into secreet relationship with their superiors who are married and unlikely to marry them.
9) Most military men wouldn't marry their fellow military women.

The reason for the focus is the issue of physical assault which happens to be a crime even in Nigeria..

Verbal and emotional abuse are not criminal offense but physical assault is a crime and punishable by law..
