Eddee: I learnt a trick from my father. If you want a good job, take them away from the workshop (They will charge a hefty fee to discourage home service but in my view its fair and I get to keep an eye on them. I cant remember the last time I drove into a workshop for even major repairs. Got these chaps to change an evaporator at home. Was Initially told I needed to bring in the vehicle over the weekend, they swore they needed at least two days for the job, guess what - they did it in 5 hours and 30 mins at home - including the vacuuming and refilling. You get to pay extra for home service but, you will see efficiency and effectiveness. These guys dont play around when they are away from their workshops.
starrez: Good day ma’m. I serviced my car this afternoon and he didn’t even use up to 6qts, maybe 5.8qts. Based on the fluid specs earlier shared, I am suspecting the filter wasn’t changed. I told the customer care lady about the quantity of oil used and she said it wasn’t a problem. I can send a picture of what he used from the second jug.
They didn't change the filter. To double check, open the housing and see. You have a paper filter so you should be able to tell if it's new or not.
Judejibs: Dear madam, Is your office only on the island Lekki to be precise. I live on the mainland. If theres a workshop here you can direct me to I would appreciateit
Missed this because of the misquote. Yes, we're in Lekki Phase 2. I really don't know mainland especially ac specialists... Maybe blackbishop knows someone? I don't know if he does ac.
Blackbishop: Honda Accord 2003 was diagnosed of misfiring by mechanics at Oyingbo market, the spark plugs, the coil and noozle was replaced yet no changes.
At a point the customer said they even suggested changing the fuel pump which they did but still no improvement.
B-Automobile was called after all the trials and after running a scan, all the 4 cylinders returned a misfiring code, which gave the idea of not the plugs or coil due to the history of changing all.
Without much talk I knew it was the VVT/VTEC pressure switch Malfunctioning but not throwing up any codes. I remove and replace with a tokunbo and voila the car was back to life.
Before any extensive spending run comprehensive diagnosis.
DreCharles: Yes, others have been checked. I said "may" because I have not totally keyed into his assertion. He said it's definitely the evaporator since all other units are still okay (according to him). Yes I know the dashboard has to be brought down, hence my hesitation to go along with him.
That being said, do you have an idea of how much it costs?
Thank you
Unfortunately yours I don't think is an American model so I have no clue. I can verify with your VIN.
Eddee: No need to go throught that long route ma. Please tell me which one you’d recommend between the both, so that I can quickly mail your folks. They can even add it with the gas cap sef. Also I just noticed I missed their last mail confirming the availability of a certain weight i needed, initial mail suggested they’ve run out of stock. I’d love to confirm it is still “oiltober” - did I coin that well?
DreCharles: Hello house, Please who has an idea of the price of an evaporator unit of a 2003 w203 c200?
My AC tech says it may need replacement as freon doesn't last up to two weeks.
Thank you.
May? This is not a may kind of job. It is an 11 hour job that requires the dashboard to be removed completely like below. Did he check the condenser etc to make sure the leak is from the evaporator core??
Eddee: Good morning aunty Rad, checked the parts request catalog online and couldn’t find this: 433hz TPM sensors. Any help will be greatly appreciated cc: piyke
N.B - pre-programmed, plug and play
Couple of units in stock actually and some other options including Schrader we can bring in. Search part numbers SE10004A and SE57773. Both in stock and both pre-programmed. To see other options, enter your car, go to Catalog and enter "tpms" search bar then select Sensor from the options that come up.

Sensor is right. Looks good but I don't recognize the brand. I'm 90% sure you have a wiring problem. There is a frayed or cut cable you're missing. Check fuse and wiring before buying any more parts. My 2 cents.
Oluoxide2: You are absolutely correct sir, i just changed both my o2 sensor, bank 1 and 2 to a brand new one shipped directly from the state, and this code still appears, though my mechanic said it's not an issue that i shouldn't bother that it's common to appear on Toyota like that. But please sir, is there any solution to fix it? Thanks
If they were very cheap they tend to be defective a lot. Did you buy with connectors on the end or wires that had to be spliced? Run a scanner and see if there is current. If there is, they are defective. If they isn't, check your wiring. What code triggered the change? You sure it's o2 sensor?
Joe4lv: When I communicated with your office while you were away in Canada then, I was told that I can't get more than 3-4 as that is your office policy.
Has that policy changed now that you are back to Nigeria?
I'm not back but I raised the limit and sent more because of you. Which do you want (spray or diffuser) and how many? They can sell you a display case of 50 of the spray if you like.
