When in park position I press the gas pedal normally it revs like engine wants to stall, and on acceleration won't rev past 2000rpm and will be jecking like its not getting enough fuel, the fuel pump is new, have changed the filter and the injector matt/ throttle body, checked injector valves, yet problem persist please I need help here any information will be highly appreciated. Can we say for sure that other brands beat Ford in sales because they are impeccable or the possibility that buyers buy them because they expect the trade-in value or second hand value to be higher than Ford, with the possibilities that these values are dictated buy how much dealers shipping them overseas are bidding..

Toyota Land Cruiser is the top dogs of large SUV but yet they will stop production because there is no second hand demand at the current trade-in value.

Toyota and Honda cars do not have the same clout in Europe as they do in US, are they not more reliable than Volkswagen in Europe?

I think we are missing the point here. The idea is not for individuals to have alternate interest in other brands of vehicles, but for them to come together and enlighten the Nigerian market of the value Ford or any other American brand can offer in place of overpriced brands.
The Ghanaians are using Chevrolet and they do not have 3 heads.
We maybe discussing the value Kia or Mitsubishi offer in small/compact cars.
The fact that it is okay to be replacing engine in one brand and not other brands is not acceptable.

My usual question to Radauto when it comes to some brands is " was it caused by vehicle failure, negligence, or tampering by mechanic" and she has never fully answered. Having access to parts, and bulletin means your are in a better position to educate users to get things done right the first time and when you build confidence you get more business.

I don't think we have all been able to serve the Nigerian users properly on this forum.

Ford is an American car. Carquest which radautoworks represents is wholly American. I'll advise you to leave the Ford brand to Radautoworks.

You're 100 right, first year production of a particular generation of any vehicle will definitely have few faults which are just percentage errors in engineering. then those errors are taking care of in the following years at the assembly.

Never the less, those errors are easily rectified in a good workshop like what happened to some 2008 Ford Escape being the first year production of 2nd generation of Escape as narrated in the WhatsApp group below

1) look closely the chart you posted is not in degree Celsius °C , it is in degrees Fahrenheit °F ,100 °F degrees Fahrenheit is equivalent to +38 °c degree Celsius simple , check other charts in this trend with Celsius and Fahrenheit to compare ,and post it for me my phone has issues to upload pictures

2) most of them don't believe in God, they mostly believe in science and science says use your car manufacturer oil chart ,and the chart say 20w lowest range is -7 and 9ja has +22 minimum temp , u see the distance , the reasons for lower viscosity oil is because 90% of engine wear is at startup , infact we don't have cold start in 9ja

3)you may use sj 5w30 at +38 degree or lower not higher temp , using 5w30 at +45 may work but will increase wear and tear in your engine , I didn't know if newer oils can withstand higher temp but sj 5w30 can not according to the chart

4) any comments?

1)look at charts closely, it says 5w30 is best for Cold weather, do we have cold weather?=NO
2) look at the OIL ambient temperature diagram chart closely and prove me wrong, it shows that 5w30 API sj maximum temperature operating level is +38 not +45 or higher

did Toyota ever tell you that 5w30 API sn or newer can withstand +45 degree or higher (instead of+38 degree for sj?=no my dear

think harder Toyota never suggested one particular viscosity for thier car , if na lie ask gov nwike lol
