Can anyone notice the very excited dude that took the last pic as reflected by the glazing? It proves that some of these trannies are having a blast and are in high demand. Hoping that some bois will not start looking at this option as a mitigant to the economic recession ![]() |

I think a true leader will emerge from obscurity if for any reason PMB decides not to run. The permutations and combinations Bob Dee penned are so dead on arrival. None of Tinubu, Atiku, Saraki or Jonathan is electable. Bob Dee is still driven by the politics of pre-social media era. 2019 will strictly be about performance. The deciders will be the Social Media Assembly (SMA). ![]() ![]() 22 Likes |

Thanks guys. Apologies for the late response. iamblest:I am not sure there is a ready made script. If there is, I will be deligted to still outsource to a professolional. eazigbo: The intention is not for peole to purchase books online. The use of "novel" in my opening post is to serve as an adjective to qualify the request. I have no intention for people to pay. I have no intention for people to upload. The intent is for a single point information uploading source. All advertisers will forward the details of their products to me (pictures & videos) and I will review and thereafter upload them myself. Perhaps in the nearest future, some agents or advertisers may have such rights to upload directly. I therefore need someone who has a suitable understanding for the design of a very efficient and creative homepage and all the sub sections for different products developed using a very recent web development/programming language. Thanks guys once again |

legendsilver: Unfortunately, I promised my anti-Buhari friends a year. Moreso, some of started lashing Jonathan right from the outset. An apposite and sagacious leader always hits the floor running. From a nice but allegedly corrupt leader to a very stubborn but stingy leader. Both seemingly clueless. A serious quagmire! |

legendsilver: Hate? You are referring to the wrong guy. I'm just stating the obvious. Several meetings, no motion. We criticized Jonathan until he was kicked out. We will express displeasure until Buhari starts working hard! 4 Likes |

Such an interesting and very educative article. It is better they lease the land at no cost to Dangote as equity to the business and all share profit annually. God bless the governor for standing with his people. Very apt and intelligent questions posed to Dangote. 100k for an hectare? Damn! 43 Likes 5 Shares |

Dear Lord, Please prevent and guide me against any evil that will tear my family into shreds like the unfortunate Shonde's. Forgive all iniquities that may lead to this uncontrollable state of family destruction. Grant me the wisdom to be a better husband and lover to my wife. May we men learn to run when she is vexed with a venom. Amen! Nb: Who am I to judge. Good night Ronke. Lekan, I pray you find peace. May your children find new foster parents better than you too 8 Likes 1 Share |

Work places will always consist of diverse people. What you call "eye service" may be called in other parlance "apt social & interpersonal skills". Such useful skills become detrimental when the bearer exhibits the following: a. Lacks diligence; hence depends on this social intelligence factor to grow in the company. b. Always willing to pull other colleagues down by covertly reporting them to superiors even when unnecessary. Snitches are the worst members of any organization. They tear the fabric of togetherness. c. Always willing to outshine others in pleasing superiors. This relates to excessive use of the ability and charm for personal gains. Other than these unsuitable attributes above, there is nothing wrong (in my opinion) for a staff to call a superior during vacation to ask after his or her family as long as it is done with sincerity of purpose. Trust me, such sincerity is always felt and known by the receiving party. Many successful business owners had a combination of diligence & strong interpersonal skills with astute emotional intelligence to become great people. "Eye Service" is the negative use of such skills. My 2 cents. 28 Likes |

For the first tym since ECOMOG days, I am proud of our Military personnel. Our soldiers also seem happy and motivated. Even the cerebrally inept and Party pedantic person will acknowledge the difference between the last stealing crew and the new adept team at the helms of affairs at the center. Ride on great men. I follow una rejoice ![]() ![]() |

N100k Focus should be on the long term. It is easier to move from N100k to N200k on your next job. Sometimes we need to abandon the comfort zone to truly succeed. This advice is barring other beneficial factors. For example, I can stay on a N50k over a N100k job if it will provide greater opportunities to learn, train and grow my career. My 2 cents. 15 Likes 1 Share |

My thoughts: 1. Carefully carry out structured excavation around the existing foundation at few areas, preferably column positions to ascertain the type of foundation. 2. Make efforts to deduce the as built structural details from the structural members sighted by visual inspection. Make assumptions where necessary. 3. Carry out Schmidt rebound hammer tests on the concrete elements you can see from foundation at exposed areas to the roof in most other areas seen. Check the resultant strengths. 4. Check for visible structural defects, such as cracks along key structural members or exposed reinforcements. 5. Simulate the results from 1,2&3 to check if the old building can accommodate new loads. 6. Safest option is to introduce new columns with a new foundation base and connection of beams to accommodate the proposed additional load. 7. Ensure the properties of the new roof are similar to the old roof. 8. Exercise duty of care when carrying out the new works. 9. These suggestions are only possible for bungalow buildings. For buildings with slabs over them, the original as built construction drawings must be perused before any additional loads are introduced. My 2 cents... 9 Likes |

Hero has taken over. Lol Perhaps consumption level may have reduced in the South West where Guiness has their most loyal customers, but not in the South South or South East. Enter Owerri or Ph, you wil see everyone drinking Hero proper. Kudos to SABMiller. They have targeted and taken control of a good section of the market. 1 Like |

@Op, It is safe for him and his team to stop at the traffic lights. The probability that he would be rammed into is higher if he acts otherwise. Moreover, I suspect all the vehicles in his convoy are armored. The price you pay for pasting posters everywhere to be voted as a Governor. If he jumps the red light, I will sue him. Lol |

Hi. Pretty interested. I have a 2015 and will not hesitate to buy this to add to my coy official cars. I am offering N1.8m (fixed budget as at today). Please confirm your concurrence ahead of my inspection (I take your word that it is a buy and drive). |

Hmmmm... "French President pledged support to help find out those responsible" "US Embassy said they had no evidence that US Citizens were targeted or harmed" The differing priorities in the two quotes above are succinctly clear. Africa must rise above its inferiority complex; the West must come down their high horse of superiority complex. Soon we will all need eachother to survive this time of hard globalization and unbridled terrorism. Heartfelt condolences to the bereaved and families of the deceased. May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace! |

I laugh in Spanish... The summary of it all, is that what he gives you with the right, he retrieves a dozen fold with his left. His projects lacked strategic impacts. Nominal quality base. All about numbers. My response: 1. Almajiri schools?? I laugh. Misplaced priority at its peak. The North required reorientation with respect to education more at the time than countable number of Almajiri schools. Almajiri is synonymous with children begging. If at all you intend to build schools for such kids, you give it a better name. The success of every project is the impact it makes. How many of these children are off the streets from this gesture? I think he should have strengthened existing infrastructure of learning in the North other than this new venture. 2. The intent to revive the railway is good, but the approach made little sense. Deploying mundane coaches with short life span and high maintenance costs is folly. The focus should have been more contemporaneous equipment and systems. A 10-year target should have been devised. There should be a parameter to measure success; e.g, reduced traffic congestion, increased movement of heavy goods by rail, etc. I think if he was sincere, he should have partnered with the Lagos Government on the light rail to bring it to fruition. There should have been standard gauge rails from Lagos to Kano, Lagos to Port Harcourt, Lagos to Aba, Lagos to Onitsha etc. These are the most economically viable routes for improved interstate business and trade. Anything else is scratching the matter on the surface. Moreso, Obj developed the footprints, Yaradua rescinded Obj's procurement preference and ordered the first batch of GE mundane coaches. Jonathan only sustained that and reverted late in the day to Obj's initial choice of Chinese rails. 3. If you do a case study on previously existing FG universities, you will agree that the 12 institutions are nowhere near the standards. Facilities and Infrastructure define a School of such caliber and not erecting substandard buildings. As usual, it was about numbers for Jonathan and not quality. He could have spent the money on revamping and expanding existing Universities to accommodate more students, improve curriculum, Library facilities and welfare. 4. If you go from Port Harcourt to Enugu, Lagos to Ibadan, Owerri to Port Harcourt, East West Road, Apapa Expressway, among a few, you will see a compendium of uncompleted or abandoned road projects. So much was happening in Abuja while other roads which are budgeted for almost every year remained uncompleted. Inadequate monitoring, corruption and contract inflation were the order of his time. 5. The same Niger Bridge that is to be tolled by JB? I laugh. It is only an achievement if it had attained substantial completion. This bridge is not Lekki-Ikoyi toll with fewer commuters. This is the key connecting nerve into the commercial hub of the East. The money taken from the purse to fund campaign could have completed this bridge with no toll or concession to a third party. 6. Dredging of River Niger - no comments. 7. Improved Power supply?? I wonder where that is. It is not enough to deregulate the sector. If you lack understanding of the value chain, it will make no sense. The GENCOs and the DISCOs are still finding it difficult to interface with TCN. What happened to decentralizing the Power Grid? Why can't Lagos State and the DISCOs within it find an alternative source of Power Supply to businesses and Resudents? The supply situation is still comatose. Hence nominal impact. More thinking is still required. 8. If he revived the automobile industries, then those vehicles you called should have been cheaper than their imported counterparts. Key raw materials for those vehicles should have been sought locally. Innoson should have become the fastest growing car manufacturer in West Africa. I think all he did was to grant these capitalists import concessions to assemble their cars locally without giving back other tgan employing labour at cheap rate and still charging exorbitant rates for the vehicles. No real impact. I would have preferred all tge energy was pumped into our very own IVM to open plants all over Nigeria. 9. Please tell me how most of these remodeled airports are faring? Key MEP Services and finishes at the MMIA collapsed before the expiration of the defects liability period. Same for PH. If you review the expenditure for these so called Airports, one will expect more to have been achieved. 10. Signing FOI - very commendable. He was a peaceful President. 11. Agriculture- very commendable efforts. Notwithstanding, we need to feel the impact on our forex earnings otherwise we will be enriching few friends of the Government. 12. Women in Governance - commendable. He however did not monitor and control aptly. Too many Queen Shebas. 13. Ebola - Quite funny. The LASG drew the blueprint that led to the containment, took best efforts and all Nigerians followed suit. The FG was late to the party and only tagged along. The real heros were Nigerians and Health Professionals who put their lives on the chopping board for others. 17. Credible Elections? Yes. Very commendable. Free and fair? Not completely. However, he surpassed all other Presidents we ever had in the conduct of elections. Finally, I believe he could have achieved real strategic meaningful projects in 5 years. But the bane was excessive corruption. No plans for the rainy day. Today we can all feel the impact! My 2 cents. |

@topic, If he is truly this wealthy he should have started his own Radio Station. Larry was a struggling broadcaster who started Brila Fm with bits and pieces of savings. Today, he has changed the face of Sports Broadcasting in Nigeria. I hope these watches are assets and can be resold at appreciable value if the owner has any need for financial redemption in the future. If yes, then no story. If no, then it is an exercise in futility in my unsolicited honest opinion! |
