PoliticsRe: Lagos State New Law Restricting Okada On Major Highway Is Anti Northerner by reality1010: 11:23am On Jan 21, 2020
Stevecovey:
The Amotekun has nothing to do with the north. It has to do with RESTRUCTURING. The SW wants restructuring!!!!!! We have been asking for it since Jonathan’s confab. We want control over our region. It’s the only way we can develop. APC wrote it in their manifesto & dts why they were voted in. All plans to implement it by SW APC has been slow or scuttled. Buhari set up a committee for restructuring & nothing has bn done.

Amotekun is an important part of our security control. If we don’t get outright restructuring, we will take baby steps and get what we can get, till we get full restructuring & resource control. This country is too large to be controlled just by the center. There’s poverty everywhere, no movement forward because of political malaise (Nigeria is one car, but everyone wants to go in different directions so no movement). Bandits have started moving from Zamfara to osun state for gold & the police don’t know what’s going on. How will they know when the police commissioner in the states are from other regions and don’t even know the geography of the land they’re protecting. The governor has no authority over them. Neither do they have any sense of urgency or patriotism to the community.

God bless Tinubu & God bless all SW governors for implementing it. I pray it yields positive results. Governing a region based on their unique cultural identity should not be a basis for fear. It’s being done successfully in the UK and Canada. The states don’t even need to be scrapped for it to be done successfully.
Why do you people like deceiving yourself forgetting that a lot of us are busy keeping history for you. Buhari never stopped restructuring rather your leaders did. Tinubu after gaining opportunity to the corridors of federal power rejected restructuring. Your VP, Osinbajo also kicked against restructuring. So stop accusing Buhari.
On Amotekun, it is good Yorubas want a regional security but I doubt if it s restructuring. Because it is among 6 South west States doesn't rate it restructuring. How about Hisbah, Civilian JTF, the security outfits in Enugu, Anamosa etc? South west has never clamored for absolute restructuring in the previous confabs. If you talk about the south east people and South South I will agree. South west r the ones that shot down resource control in the confab, and resource control is the key component of restructuring. It is fiscal federalism. Nigerians r watching South west on how they r going about the Amotekun issue. Of course, South East has been championing Biafra and also calling for a restructure of the system. Same with South South people. In fact, these two groups political zones have been tagged the bad groups of Nigeria. The middle belt people like the Tiv who are still confused, no apology to Waku, Unongo etc, have been looking for a log of wood to hold in the midst of a flooding ocean. The jukuns are still sleeping, while the Igala people do not understand what is happening. As Nigeria moves towards rearrangement, a lot will be affected, but better for a people that started their race on time.

I repeat shut your putrid mouth as this has nothing to do with the cave dwelling monkeys like you,Igbo. Why are you masturbating on an issue that you aren't a stakeholder ? You are so stupid to think that a Yoruba man will run away from a dirty and very weak Fulani man. Let them bring whatever that is in their archive on ! Igbo people have never engaged Fulani in any war before but we ,the Yoruba have and defeated them.

Look at this kid,you think this is all about chest beating ? I was an active fighter at oke-ogun ,Oyo state in the year 2000. We are ready, let Buratai deploys his men on our soil because of the subject matter and wait to see if they will not be sent back to abuja in body bags. Buhari and Marwa had to rush down to Ibadan when they realised that their almighty Fulani militia men were just range targets (practice) for the able Yoruba hunters of Oke Ogun. Governor Lam Adeshina even lambasted Buhari on the said day and he could not do a shit. Like I said earlier ,Nigeria is just about to collapse as Yoruba people won't take any rubbish from any Fulani herdsmen or camouflaged militia men going forward. Amotekun is here and it has nothing to do with Tinubu or Osinbajo,it is Yoruba project and no uthman Dan fodio can stop it.
You said Nigeria is about to collapse, u disagree with you and I rebuke that fowl and rats spirit in you in Jesus Name Amen. My Nigeria will not collapse. Drop you evil mind and work towards a better niaja.

Yes, the group is banned, any attempt to operate will be tamed terrorist. What is the essence of Amotekun when OPC is operational in South west. I thought OPC is well organized and operates well.. Hisbah in the north, Biafra in the east and OPC in the West, so what else? There is no war in Nigeria or south west of Nigeria to warrant Amotekun as a security organization.

Biafra: The Abandoned Indigenous Igbos Of Benue State.
opera.comJan 15, 2020 5:17 PM
It is no longer news that the predominant number of Igbo origin are in the present day Benue state today in not less than four LGAs, namely Ado, Oju, Okpokwu and Obi LGAs.

With recognizable number of population that is not less than a million and hundreds of jobless graduates wallowing in tears and excruciating pains daily with series of injustice perpetrated against us by the past and successful government.

The largest market in one of the local government is located in our area that's the popular Inikiri Benue in Ado LGA.

Benue Igbo people are occupying a space of not less 500 villages.

The Igbos found in Benue are Ezza, Izzi, Effium and Mgbo people, we are here as a result of boundary problem necessitated by the colonial masters.

Before the civil war all were going well and smoothly, the existing mutual relationship then between the good people of Idoma and Igbo people were like salt and oil, inter tribal marriage was on going then until when the civil unrest broke out on May 30th, 1967.

The people of the Benue Igbo are no longer finding it easy in any way both in political life, economic life etc.

They are torn between two paths, their kits and kin are also predominantly in Ebonyi state the only state in the East where we supposed to rightfully belong.

Benue state governments both the state and Local administrators are not seeing us as part of them as a result of language differences between us but in the same Christian religion with them, in the other way round Ebonyi state government where we supposed to be rightfully belonged are not helping issues since there's no any part of our territory that is under her control of administration and authority.

No government in Ebonyi both past successive and the present one will ever deny the knowledge of our existence here in Benue state since the first executive governor of the state who is also representing the good people of Ebonyi North in the National Assembly Sen Dr Sam Egwu has a close boundary with his Ohaukwu local government in Ebonyi and Ado local government in Benue state.

Martin Elechi whose wife's hometown has a common boundary between each other as well, Is it Dave Umahi that his erstwhile perm sec ministry of finance and economic development Ignatius Unah whose hometown is a stone throw to Benue state will deny the knowledge of our existence?

It is really practically impossible for them to act that way.

Gov Samuel Ortom of Benue state visited and campaigned vigorously in our areas he even toured round our communities on motorcycle during the period of electioneering campaign with humongous and countless number of promises but till date nothing has happened.

Immediately he was declared the winner of 2019 governorship election he hurriedly sacked the first and the only indigenous person who served his government as SA to the Gov on community relationship Hon. chief Matthew Agom.

Our sin was only because we participated in defending our territories during the civil war, the unforgettable memories that's still giving them sleepless nights till date was the ingenuity displayed by our fathers during the war by repelling many attacks and the blocking of Nigerian army from penetrating into the Eastern region through our side which they later went and followed Nsukka.

It is on record, unequivocally factual and undeniable scrutiny that the people of the Benue Igbo are the most marginalized tribe in the whole wide world, people without any governmental presence, no recognizable basic amenity in the whole area.

We are just in pangs.

The level of ostracism, negligence, inhuman treatment and political upheaval been placed on us is still inexplicable and beyond human expression since we have been totally abandoned to our fate and forced to feel less human before our brothers as a result of language barrier, animosity and unwarranted enduring hatred, we are the only people in the world using pond as our only source of drinking water at the same place with bush animals in this 21st century.

The 3R's policy initiated by Gen. Yakubu Gowon after the war in 1970 are still questionable since the reintegration, reconstruction and reconciliation policies have never been carried out in any of our respective communities and villages till date since after the fifty years of the civil unrest and unholy war in the country.

One thing there is that you can't question God for instituting us here in Benue state, he has the reason and any attempt trying to question our existence here in Benue will be tantamount in questioning the existence of God.

We are only helping ourselves in our own way.

We are in a territory of no governmental presence.

All we are saying now is that we need help both from the government and any willing individual before we'll be drowned here in Benue state.

NwekeUG:
IgbereTV reports that the #RevolutionNow activist, Omoyele Sowore has begun a nationwide "Buy and Read Punch Newspaper" campaign on Thursday.

A member of Sowore's #BuyReadAPunch Campaign team who spoke on the condition of anonymity to IgbereTV reporters, said that the reason for the campaign was because President Muhammadu Buhari's administration stoped giving advertorials to the Punch Newspaper after the media house criticised Buhari's style of leadership.

Punch recently addressed President Buhari as 'Major General', criticising him as being autocratic.

As a show of solidarity, Sowore and his supporters urged the Nigerian citizens to always patronise Punch Newspaper.

Recall that Sowore was released on stringent bail conditions on 24th December, 2019 after being detained for four months by the DSS.

http://igberetvnews.com/1222775/sowore-kicks-buyreadapunch-campaign-photos/
Sowore is deceptive. Funny enough Nigerians didn't care about him because they know them. What kind of foolish excuse for his campaign? Is it all the dailies in Nigeria that the state house media give advertorials? Is Sowore revealing to us how Punch newspaper cannot survive without govt advertorials! Do you know that this govt has given more media jobs to Channels TV and TVC than AIT has gotten, but AIT has never cared to carry such foolish campaign against the govt but has remained consistent with it's professional duties. Pls Sowore, the people you r working should save your life from DSS dealing with you or you concentrate on you Sahara Reporter business, even though there r competition in the field, I pray you will succeeded if you go back.My candid advice.

Bro, you dont need to form alliance with Yoruba nation those guys have been doing politics and territorial expansion for centuries. They know how to handle their business.

How can you say Lagos is owned by the Ijaw and Benin. Yes! Lagos Island was a military and trading post for the Benin Kingdom at the height of its dominance because it gave them critical access to the sea and trade with the Portuguese. But the Benin man will never tell you that they own Lagos Island.

According to your grand design for Biafra. Since Benin and Ijaw own Lagos and Biafra will own Benin , therefore Lagos will be owned by Biafra and Biafra will have critical access to the sea and its trade. What a way to solve the Igboland Landlock problem. Lord I want to laugh but its not funny. You guys are in for a rude awakening. This Nnamdi Kanu boy don mess up una head for real.

Last week at a friends graduation party a young Benin woman excitedly said she loves Biafra. The rebuke that she got from her fellow Benin people was astonishing. One even told her "e be like say that drink dey worry you"

She was aked why a WHOLE Kingdom of Benin with an Oba would become a PART of an Igbo country called Biafra that never has any king

Why would an Itshekiri person who is essentially Yoruba in culture and tradition choose an Igbo Biafra over his Yoruba kinsmen.

The only reason why Nnamdi Kanu is eyeing all these places is because ALL the five Igbo states in Igboland are Landlocked with no access to the sea. Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo is Biafra. No more no less.

When i keep telling you you guys have no strategy in place to get what you want because you are deluded you will say dem dey insult una.

And for your information, my middle name is Aghogho, my brothers, cousins ,nephews and neices names range from Edafe, Onome, Oghenefiobokowhe, Odezi among many others. I in turn have named my daughter Eseoghene.

And if you dont know Dasuki was the one who imprisoned Buhari after the military coup that toppled Buhari's government and did not even allow him to go bury his parents then you need to go and learn history.

Let me tell you one very simple thing and huge flaw with this current attempt at land grabbing masked as agitation for Biafra.

It will not work simply because as at the moment Nigeria's economy is very oil dependent so only a foolish government will allow a tribe that is currently contribuiting nothing as per natural resources to the economy make away with its cash cow.

Apart from the confused Alhaji Asari Dokubo, show me one other Niger-Deltan who has openely supported your agitation. We just dey look una because we see through your shenanigans.

If Nnamdi Kanu was really serious and sincere about actualising Biafra, he would agitate for the Five states that comprise Igboland only and Nigerians would readily let Biafra go because una chest beating and taunting of your neighbours too much.

Your land is landlocked, it is ridden by erosion and of all Nigerian tribes, the Igbo have an OSU caste system thus forcing normal human beings to flee their own communities where they are discriminated against. So when Nnamdi Kanu says all Igbos should come back home the question y'all minds is " to come and do what" . There is no activity at home.

And trust me i do understand the reason for your chest beating. Its empty barrells that make the loudest noise. If not how will a normal set of people claim to be developing other peoples lands while theirs remains seriously undeveloped and an eyesore to men who know what a developed country looks like.

You claim Igbos are the best at trade, yet all tribes engage in one form of trade or the other amd profit from it-Fulani, Yoruba and Benin have been engaged in regional and transatlantic trade before Nigeria was ever created.

Igbos are the most intelligent, yet you find every Nigerian tribe producing proffessors and doing good at the highest levels internationally.

Igbos are the richest yet the other tribes have some of the the richest men in Africa and Nigeria. Abi is Dangote from Umuahia.

Igbos are the most courageous yet Fulani is dealing with you everyday and all nigerian tribes are in the armed forces. And the Yoruba nation in particular have been waging territorial wars of expansion for centuries

Them take boasting swear for una.

I wont reply you anymore because this discussion has gone stale and you cant change my perception amd i dont intend to cure you of your delusions.

Enjoy the rest of your day. Hail Biafra.
ko tipoju, I'm now beginning to see you proper. The true color I wanted to see has come out. One thing I'm good at is keeping someone to his words. One,you seem to quickly forget that you said Biafra should form alliance with yorubas . You people v always said that, and Biafra people r telling yorubas to put up effort and get regional govt. You can see that those Biafra guys v good advise for Yoruba ppl. On the ownership of Lagos, pls stop saying Lagos solely belongs to yorubas. Pls go to the archieve, get what we call intelligence report and see yourself.
But funny enough, you gave a story about group of people that tried to change the opinion of someone. That Benin woman was speaking from her personal conviction so no amount of shout would change her. Remember that at the wake of Biafra agitation last year,Southern Kaduna leaders visited KANU to plead for allegiance. I guess ,you would v expected some people to shout at them asking if " na drink de worry them" If Asari is supporting those Biafra guys, that the height of commitments from his people. Why r you not conversant with with the information that igbos r in delta, rivets, kogi,Benue, akwa ibom, ebonyi, abia,Enugu,IMO etc? you just v to live with it. It is not your making but God's. OK! In the past,Igbo hardly boast, but yorubas v taught them ,just a few how to boast and it s not paying them. Intelligence come from God,who gives and He has given it to the Igbo man. The Igbo man should pray to keep it. And how can this be done? one, they v avoid tribalism, nepotism, back stabbing, deception, lazy and jealousy. That s why the Igbo man will never play the Nigerian politics just like yorubas and others do.
What baffles me is that either Hausa Fulani accuse Igbo of wanting to take the oil of the riverine people or you hear Yoruba talking about Igbo landlock and lack of sea port. But v you ask if absence of sea port means not having a nation? pls don't think that way. Try concentrate on Yoruba regionalism and leave the Biafra guys away.tx

‘It hurts me that I ate Favour’s heart, breasts unknowingly’
by Alao Abiodun — 4 hours ago
From Ernest Nwokolo, Abeokuta
Mrs. Bola Adeeko has claimed that she never knew that the concoction served her, which she ate, was prepared with Miss Favour Daley-Oladele’s heart, breasts and other vital organs.
She said that she even vomited hours after eating the strange preparation by Pastor Segun Philip.

The woman told reporters at Eleweran, the headquarters of the Ogun State Police Command, while being paraded by the police with her son, Owolabi and Pastor Philip that the duo (Owolabi and Pastor Philip), deceived her into believing that the concoction was prepared with goat organs.
She also denied knowing or participating in the killing of Favour, lamenting that she was touched as a mother that someone’s daughter could be slaughtered and her organs used to prepare a delicacy, which she unknowingly ate.
Mrs. Adeeko, however, admitted that she went to Pastor Philip for solution to her financial problems, saying that she paid the pastor N200,000:00 to carry out the rites to redeem her from poverty and persistent business failure.

Gosh, the arrogance in your thought pattern is something else. I dont know how old you are but do research bro. Proper one. Before Igbos left their hamlets, yorubas have been engaging in international trade. Dasuki incarcerated Buhari for 4 years. Yorubas do not have herd mentality bro.
I know as a Yoruba boy, sir, you r trained to abuse and insult. however I was not trained that way.I wonder why you take cheap things for excuses saying PMB incarcerated Dasuki the number of years that Dasuki incarcerated him. That's a cheap point. And I can see why u cannot change despite all the arrays of analyses I v given to you about why Dasuki was released. Then you said Biafra ppl should form alliance with Yoruba to actualise Biafra, and I said no,that Yorubas should keep to their regional pursuit and leave Biafra ppl alone. Before March 2019, Yorubas v abused and insulted igbos and those agitating for Biafra. They v called them names and all manner of names. Funny enough, Yoruba pastors v insulted them for asking for self determination. Recently, some Yorubas r changing as usual chameleon to ask for same break up of Nigeria because they v noticed the attention and progress made by Nnamdi KANU. Between Yoruba and Igbo who first engaged in international trade is a matter of history. All I know is that Yorubas r full of fake and false data as well as history. One of them is saying Benin people came from Yoruba land were as the reverse is the case. This false history was on not until one of the Oba of Benin had to put things straight and rebuke the false historians. So on who started international trade is historical and I will not join issues with you because you don't v depth of such. But wait,I never made mention of historical trade between ur ppl and the Igbos , I only cited ownership of Lagos as a place owned by the Ijaws and Benin. The Egba or Ijebu ppl that came in or the people from badagry were not the first inhabitants of Lagos. Well, depending on the parts of Lagos we r referring to. So in all, stick to your regional govt while the other people go on with self determination.

As for Dasuki, everyone knows it. Buhari was simply avenging his treatment at the hands of Dasuki. So he incarcerated him for the same number of years and when his time was up, he let him go.

Frankly whichever way Nigerias future goes is okay with me. But a man who went to the US to ask his kinsmen to contribute money to buy guns to fight another war is certainly not advocating for peaceful separation.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XU2JtlUF6M

My brother, i dont just talk. I am able to look at things objectively from various angles and make form my own opinion based on facts.
You almost made me laugh sir. You mean PMB govt released Sowore because his wife lobbied US senators and same day and time Dasuki was released because PMB felt he had imprisoned him the same number of years as a revenge. You didn't tell me the nature of revenge and years PMB was incarcerated. Like I told you,get the latest statement from the AGF on Sowore to know why he was released. The govt and stakeholders v been silent on Dasuki's which has so much reason. So forget Sowore. Let him do revolution and see if he will not be locked up forever. From content analysis,he doesn't have what it takes to be in custody and he will never make such mistake. I read him saying he now respect NK. Well ,he has learned.
Now on Yoruba quest for regional govt which you alluded to, Yorubas should continue, but unfortunately and recently let say few months back,Yoruba leaders r now tilting toward dividing the country like NK. One of Your Pastors is calling for it.Also you leader Ago Adebanjo is also calling for it in his Sun newspaper interview. But iam disheartening because Yorubas v condemned NK for that which they say now. I know Yorubas well. Once they discover that NK's demand is getting hit up,they will change But remember you don't get what you didn't ask for.
On economy and people, if Biafra comes,Yorubas can go ahead to drive Igbo's from the part of Lagos that belong to them while Igbo people will stay in parts that belong to the Ijaws and Benins. When they leave Lagos, they will move their expertise to else where and continue there. After all,Vinice,Manchester, Lancashire etc where great commercial cities in history but they went down due to migration of economic expertise.

My brother i hear you. Anyone you talk i gree.
Nnamdi Kanu did nada about Sowore's release apart from talk on radio as usual.

What Sowore's wife did is very simple and is a constitutional right of anyone living in the USA.
If you have anything bothering you especially legal issues that is not going according to normal procedure.

Sowore is a US citizen as well as his wife so they merely exercised their constitutional right. Her appearanceon CNN is easy because Sowore is s journalist and is very well connected in that circle.

You go to your Congressman's office , state your issue in writing and they will surely work on it for you. I myself have done this on two seperate occassions. For myself and for a relative.
I recommended this action to two other friends and it worked perfectly for them as well.

Nnamdi Kanu did nada because he knows nada and enjoys giving Lamba to his gullible followers. If he does, let him influence his comrades who he left behind in prison when he was released.

Biafra is bigger than Nnamdi Kanu and the struggle for its actualization started before he was born could happen without his imput and needs a cerebral and saner and head to draw up strategies and form alliances before it can come to pass.

I dont like unnecessary noisemaking with no action. I personally feel that each region will be better of doing their own thing but one must consider the socio economic investments of the various ethnic group in othet regions and work out a realistic and pragmatic solution.

A loose Federation with a Regional Head of Government for each region may be ideal.
With each region having its own army, police, national sport teams etc but having a ceremonial president just so that people dont loose everything they have worked for and can choose to live in the places where they have lived all their lives.
I don't know why u find it difficult to accept NK's influence and impact in Sowore's release. Well like I said initially, Sowore is not the issue but Dasuki. Dasuki was why US spoke, his case is serious and big time. On the issue of self determination by NK,his pattern is non violence. He s been accused of saying things but has invariably kept his followers peacefully. Yorubas r saying they want regional govt and a loosed center. Fine ,let them pursue it. Biafra has been asking for self determination, fine, let them seel it. Don't expect those as for self determination to form alliance with you. If I were in their shoes I will never Why would Yorubas always expect that? What about the North? Does it mean they don't deserve alliance too? What about the middle belt? they also deserve alliance as well. I will advice Yorubas to be focused in their pursuit of regionalism and leave the issue of asking alliance from the Biafrains.
Whether self determination or regional govt, everyone must need each other.First get what you r pursuing before suggesting economic ties and what have you. Issues like that will be handled.

I hope you know that before Nnamdi Kanu ever entered public life, people have been agitating for better conditions for Nigerians. From Gani Fawehinmi, Femi Falana, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Beko Ransom Kuti, and a host of many others.

Even me myself between 2000 and 2002 i was travelling round the south west as a student activist.

Nnamdi Kanu's struggle is very different. He is not fighting for Nigerians. He believes Igbos are superior than ALL other Nigerians who are animals in the Zoo. And that Igbos should have their own country called Biafra and have nothing to do with the rest of the country. He insults other tribes especially the Yoruba who he likes to call cowards and back stabbers.

His is a campaign of hatred and ethnic bigotry.

It is fundamentally flawed and cannot work for the prime reason that Igbos have serious socio-economic ties and interests in other parts of Nigeria where they live and get their livelihood.

No nation on this earth can do without its neighbours. So his ethnic jingoism cannot work out in real life. If you produce, you must sell to some people. There are things that you do not have that you cannot produce and have to buy from neighbours.

That is why more enlightened and reasonable Igbos do not key into his vision. Its a vision of bigotry and hate.

Apart from yapping as usual on his online radio, Nnamdi Kanu did absolutely nothing to lobby or influence Sowores release.

It is the effort of his wife that yielded the result and of course Civil rights activist like Femi Falana and the hard core student activists
See Otipoju, the people you mentioned their names as activists had their modus operandi but NK has a different one. He wants self determination for his people which is fundamentally right. Uwazuruike started his and he s still with it. From Uwazuruike other self determination groups v emerged asking for Biafra as a nation. The Yorubas says one Nigeria, that's fine. Huasa Fulani sa one Nigeria, that's fine. Igbo request at Aburi is still what is being asked. Igbo people r different from others. Igbo people r ubiquitous in nature. Their live style is unique. They v a socio political system that's different from others. The British colonial govt didn't find it easy with them in late 18th century. The reorganization of colonial reports leading to the use of intelligent reports in assessing communities and the removal of Sir Lord Luggard as Governor General was the results of Igbo agitation against indirect rule which came with corruption and all manner of evils you see in Nigeria today, and the final outcome was the Aba Women Riot of 1929. Igbo people v never changed from who and what they r.So Nigeria cannot change them. If NK is agitating for self determination and you don't like it,fine. You r free to kick against it but don't be violent because he s not violent.Difficulty in accepting NK role or let me say impact in releasing Sowore is not an issue. Nigerians r happy he was released. Sowore is not even the issue in that release but Dasuki. NK never claimed he single handedly effected Sowore's release, but one cannot deny his influence and impact in it. Sowore's release is like a little fish that followed a big Shark out of a cage and that big Shark is Col Dasuki.Recently the AGF made a statement about Sowore's release which shows it was on compassionate ground. But the noise on Sowore's was well orchestrated by govt to douse Dasuki's issue which is the main thing and main target from US. It is like presenting Jesus Christ along side other criminals asking the one to be freed.Of course, the Jewish priests and Roman Emperor would never free Jesus because He their target. So perish the noise people are making on Sowore's release. He was toyed by DSS.

Is Nnamdi Kanu fighting for Nigerians or Biafrans, please dont be confused like him.

Boko Haram just killed 12 Christians and posted the video online as a revenge for the US killing of the terrorist Al Baghadi. Is it Nnamdi Kanu that brought it to their attention.

When they went to a girls school and kidnapped christian chibok girls and was it Nnamdi Kanu that brought it to their intention

Or do you think the US embassy officials, the CIA agents and the establishing of miltary bases in West africa under the AFRICOM
Command are for decoration and not intelligence gathering and monitoring.

I dont like to argue with ignorant people.

Nnamdi Kanu is a braggart and noisemaker with no strategy for actualizing his desire because the hatred in his heart and his IPOB followers can not let him think straight.
No one says NK did it alone but the fact you must live with is that NK has been talking even when no one is talking.Govt has declared him a threat. Even some of the people with your mind set at one time lamented the destruction NK is causing to Nigeria. You v to live with these facts about NK. Some of you at a time believe with Amina Mohammed at UN nothing will happen but I laughed because Nigerians do not understand the white man. They can make a Saudi woman to win miss world. So live with NK.

Bro, those guys are not joking they are damn serious. I still dont know what they stand to gain in claiming Nnamdi Kanu was responsible for Sowore's release.

His kinsmen who were arrested with him are still in prison today and his so called influence has not released them.

Hatred is always irrational. It eats up all your sense of logical reasoning. Engaging bigots like them or giving them attention is a complete waste of time.
Its possible NK might have influenced Sowore release from US Senators just to create another front. But give and take, his agitation and criticism of the govt actions brought serious attention on the matter. The new dimension is that the Christians in Nigeria especially in the North v boldness yo speak and react because America, UK and others are now watching Nigeria. So whether Sowore or no Sowore, the main thing is the Christian aspects and world attention which no doubt Nnamdi KANU is responsible.

Nigerians no longer trust Yorubas. Anything they do is viewed as a nuke and false. You saw how one of the boys in the court room was shouting whereas none was holding Sowore. The boy was putting on shaggy trouser. OK, imagine Yorubas saying PMB govt is marginalizing Christians since the new govt came in but the man that made the statement, the CAN Chairman was clueless to tell the world that some people have been marginalized since 2015, and that Yoruba people v been enjoying the govt with PMB since 2015.

This is a clear indication that his release has nothing to do with Buhari's fear for the whites.(Only a deluded mind would think otherwise)

Sowore must have been talked to like a child who needs counseling. He must have been told by the "Elders" that In exchange for his freedom, he must stop the revolution is now madness.

The last time he was released, he was caught on tape chanting 'revolution is now' to people in the court premises(even though that violated one of is bail conditions)..but this time, he is as quiet as a church mouse enjoying his time with his family.

You will notice that even the vocal Falana that is fast losing it has discontinued saying Sowore was only exercising his fundamental human right.

Lesson: Human right get limit. No be everything Constitution must carry before local man go get sense
His release gives him sense never to try that rubbish. Wait o oh,Nigerians were not worried becos he s Yoruba. Some like it to the usual old Yoruba threat.

in all. What you are saying is that ibos have the right to be self determined ile having their own agenda but Yorubas can't have their own agenda. Why?

You want Aburi, keep chasing, Yorubas want something else, they chased or let me say they keep chasing. So how's that supposed to be a problem?

Must we have the same agenda?
The Igbo people don't want Yoruba people to ask for what they r asking. In the past we v seen how both people agreed on an agenda such as the confab in resource control and other things but when the time came for reality, almost all the Yoruba state abandoned their position and followed the north. The Yoruba noise has been regionalism but OBJ came and all yorubas joined and abandoned it. Osinbanjo and Tinubu claimed apostle of regionalism and restructuring. Before 2015, the kept presenting papers and making stories on these parts, but the moment they gained power,it was abandoned. Yoruba people starting speaking against it,even Yoruba pastors etc spoke against it and started attacking the Igbo people as wanting to destroy the country. And everyone was surprised. We understand Igbo positions, Hausa positions but Yoruba positions r fraudulent. Yoruba people should first be sincere to themselves before telling us what they want.

Keep deceiving yourself.
Your text here does not reconcile with your opinion in your main post. You look confused. Igbo people v never been confused or deviated from their position since the civil war. What they demanded at Aburi is what they r still doing today and you know it. Intact, the Yoruba people use Igbo's positions on things in Nigeria to play politics buying favor with other tribes. You will hear the Yoruba man telling the Huasa or other tribes that imagine how the Igbo hates the country and wants to destroy the country. They say all this in order to gain favor. That is why the Yoruba people can not be trusted of restructuring and when they go into govt, they abandon it.e.g.VP,Tinubu and other yorubas. So whether restructuring or secession, the Yoruba people r just deceiving themselves.
PoliticsRe: The Shortest Route To Restructuring Of Nigeria by reality1010: 12:55am On Dec 29, 2019
MetaPhysical:
Restructuring of Nigeria hangs in the hand of Southerners. It is attainable and can be realized within a very short time if the South will consider the following and adhere to it in principle and action.

1. The next President must be a Southerner. This is not negotiable. South must be ready to retake the seat of power by all means, nothing is off the table.

2. South must rally behind a single candidate with a ready-to-go implementation plan for restructure.
This candidate must be an identified activist for restructuring or secession. A pro-restructure or a pro-Biafra. A party that fields this trait will be the choice in South.

3. The VP must come from North, Benue to be precise and a proven pro-MiddleBelt activist.

4. The pair must abandon 2014 confab and return to the 1963 constitution as baseline for restructuring.

5. Only candidates that committ to restructuring or secession will be supported to victory in the national elections to NASS.

6. Any candidate that fails to make restructuring its campaign mantra will be ignored and not given recognition on social media.

7. Southerners, 2023 is your chance to restructure Nigeria and break the fulani yoke forever.

8. If its not restructuring or secession we are not interested in it! Lets consciously make this our mantra.
This is a nice plan though not new. The fear in this plan is that the Yoruba people cannot be trusted. They pay lip service on restructure. The North does not want restructure and the Yoruba people becos it will deny them of the opportunities they enjoy under this imbalance system.

Igbos are ahead of other tribes in Nigeria - Obasanjo Claims
opera.com
Reason why the Igbo tribe are Far Ahead of other Tribes in Nigeria.
The Former Nigerian President, CHIEF O. OBASANJO Made the note to wrap the Year 2019 with a clear writeup about Ranking of All tribes in Nigeria
Why IGBOS ARE AHEAD OF Other tribes said by FORMER PRESIDENT CHIEF O. OBASANJO.CHIEF O. OBASANJO.
He described Igbos As the Most Intelligent and gifted tribe in the whole world And Also said that HAUSA MAN sees KANO as his world And a Yoruba man Sees LAGOS as his world,,But an IGBO MAN sees the whole world as his village.
From the extensive research I did on the three major tribes, I find out that the Igbos are the most westernized, most enterprising, most astute, most dynamic, most intelligent (smart), and the most technically gifted tribe found among the black race.
The Hausa/Fulani and the Yorubas have limitations. But an Igbo man doesn’t see any limitations.
An average Igbo man is highly competitive, unlike the Yoruba and the Hausa/Fulani.
While the Yoruba and the Hausa/Fulani had kingdoms which enabled the British to infiltrate their territories easily, the Igbos on the other hand, had what could be called Chiefdoms” autonomous Communities. These structures made it very difficult to tame the Igbos.
It took the British just 9 months to tame the North and South West but almost 30 years to be able to tame the Igbos.
The British had to send a team of anthropologists to the South to understudy the Igbo because, they (the British) acknowledged they hadn’t being up against a black race with such depth and intelligence coupled with the gut to confront the whites and learn from them so, so fast.
While a Tinubu, can have unrestricted influence over the Yoruba tribe, something you can only find mostly among blacks and some poor nations on earth today, an Igbo man can never be tamed by the ideology of one man unchecked, no matter how highly placed he or she is.
That’s why the Igbos are very successful no matter where they find themselves.
They don’t believe in putting limitations on their path. You can only find such similarities among the Europeans, the Americans, and developed Asian tiger nations. A Hausa/Fulani man sees Kano as his world. A Yoruba man sees Lagos as his world.

On the way back to my place, I got to know he was Igbo and I, yoruba and we couldn't have spoken more warmly and brotherly to each other while he drove. He offered to help carry some of my things upstairs, and we drank one beer each before he left.

Nnamdi kanu & Deji adeyanju's reconliation today should be the start of a bridge that finally brings us together as a people. We are better united than divided. The ruling class has created and exploited this division to no one's gain but theirs.

20 Questions For The Morons At The PUNCH NEWSPAPERS:

By Sharon Faliya Cham

1. What would you have called Buhari if it was under him that armed soldiers and armed DSS personnel invaded and sealed off The PUNCH, DAILY TRUST and LEADERSHIP newspapers for over a week in June 2014?

2. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one using 5 or 7 members of any State House of Assembly to impeach their governors unconstitutionally, as we saw happen severally during your ''democracy'' in 2001 to 2014?

3. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one impeaching Senate Presidents and House Speakers anyhow he liked, using every force and money available during your preferred ''democracy'' between 1999 and 2014?

4. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one that ordered armed DSS personnel and armed policemen to seal off the headquarters of the New PDP (nPDP) at Maitama, Abuja in 2014? Under him, a faction called rAPC emerged but he never molested them nor tamper with their offices. But what would you have called him if he treated them like nPDP was treated by your preferred ''democrats''?

5. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one that ordered a mere police DPO to go and disrupt the meeting of five nPDP state governors at the residence of one of them at Asokoro, Abuja, in flagrant violation of their immunity and constitutional rights to freedom of association and movements?

6. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who ordered that aircrafts carrying opposition governors and other opposition politicians should not be permitted to fly or land, as it happened in 2013 to 2014 in this country?

7. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who ordered a Captain of the Army to unlawfully block the road and prevent the convoy of Governor Rotimi Amaechi from entering Ekiti State for an election in 2014 with an express order to allow only PDP governors to enter the state for the same election?

8. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one ordering the withdrawal of security details from any elected politician that defected from his party to the opposition, as has been happening from 2002 to 2014 in this country?

9. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one that broke the Nigerian Governors Forum into two factions by recognizing the loser of their election with 16 votes over the winner with 19 votes as it happened in 2013?

10. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who posted a police commissioner to Rivers State with the single instruction of harassing, intimidating and sabotaging the Governor, to the point that police armoured tanks and trucks will be used to block his official and private residences as well as block certain roads to curtail his movements as we saw happen from 2013 to 2014?

11. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one that used every unlawful methods to unlawfully and forcefully impeach Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa State in 2013 because the Governor called the President as the sponsor of ''Boko Haram'', waging a clandestine war against the north? Is there any insult that President Buhari didn't receive from Governor Ayo Fayose, yet he simply ignored him?

12. What would you have called Buhari if he rounded up members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, move them to a hotel in Abuja, and coerce them to begin impeachment proceedings against the Governor like it was attempted against Governor Almakura of Nassarawa State in 2013?

13. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one under whom key opposition politicians and leaders were being assassinated anyhow, like it happened between 2001 to 2014?

14. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who ordered armed DSS personnel to invade and cart away documents from the logistics office of the main opposition party, and even seal off the office for a number of days after unlawfully arresting some staff of the office as was done to the APC in 2013? Will Buhari drink water if he does that to the PDP?

15. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who ordered armed soldiers to go and disrupt a peaceful street protest led by Wole Soyinka, Femi Falana, Itse Sagay, Gani Fawehinmi's widow and other notable elders like it happened in January 2012 in Lagos, so much that these old citizens were teargassed and scattered by force?

16. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who shutdown the Maiduguri international airport, and ordered that not even the Borno State Governor could use it except only Ali Modu Shariff, as we saw happen between 2012 to early 2015?

17. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who simply points a pistol at his party's national chairman and force him to resign or outrightly send people with an order demanding resignation whenever he gets tired of any of them, as we saw happen from 2001 to 2014?

18. What would you have called Buhari if he was the President who withheld the entire federal monthly allocations of all the Local Government Areas of Lagos State for years, and flagrantly disobeyed a Supreme Court ruling directing you to release the funds, as we saw happen in 2004 until Yar'Adua became President in 2007 and obeyed the ruling?

19. What would you have called Buhari if he was the one who kept cantankerous buffoons like Asari Dokubo and Tompolo in expensive hotel suites in Abuja to be insulting, threatening and denigrating all persons and ethnic groups they suspect as not favourably disposed to the President everyday on radio, television, newspapers and social media as we saw happen from 2010 to early 2015?

20. And what would you have called Buhari if he was the one who ordered armed DSS personnel and armed policemen to lock up the National Assembly and throw teargas at federal lawmakers in a bid to arrest the Honourable Speaker with no consequence on those involved, as we saw happen on November 20, 2014?

If it is not love for corruption and bigotry that have blinded The PUNCH newspapers and turned them into morons, they would have not forgotten too quickly that not even the military practiced the kind of dictatorship we saw unleashed on this country between 1999 and 2015 by ''democrats'', and they would have seen that the kind of nonsense tolerated by Major General Muhammadu Buhari from Nigeria's corrupt opposition and corrupt, hate mongering media would have been met with a death sentence if it were the 1999 - 2015 era!

In any case, we thank The PUNCH newspapers for bringing back to us our much beloved General Muhammadu Buhari, and when next they want to engage in another game of satanic human manipulations with lies and propaganda, they should be mindful of the fact that there are countless people like us without short memories. And if crushing enemies of state like Omoyele Sowore is what is called dictatorship, then we welcome and embrace that sort of dictatorship with wide, open arms.
OP,the problem and mistakes with your post is that you lumped PDP 16 years rule to compare Buhari administration. The fact is that Obasanjo's administration was military in civilian uniform but Jonathan's was too democratic and far better that what we r experiencing today. However,Punch totally guffed by saying it would no longer call President Buhari but Major general Buhari and that his democratic administration would hence be called regime.Punch has no constitutional right to do that in an official capacity but it can be done in its writeup. Also,no sane man will call PMB president and allow Punch to change it to Major general or administration to regime. If after interviewing me and in the story my reference to PMB is changed I will sue Punch.
Punch is rising up too late. Why was it voice unavailable when the military was busy committing havoc on IPOB and the Shites? What about the the herdmen killings in Benue, Adamawa, plateau etc.Where was Punch? How come Sowore's case has suddenly awaken Punch? There is freedom of speech but there is no right or freedom to disregard constitutional matters. Try attend official event, climb the stage and refer to PMB as Major General or the democratic administration as regime? I bet you your freedom of speech will be hailed.
