The planting of slaves as Igbo leaders was totally successful. They first empowered them with contracts and positions in government. They so much loved those that speaks down on their fellow Igbo people. With this empowerment, they got influence and resources to clinch power in Igbo land.

The results became the crops of leaders we have today in Igbo land. That's exactly how we got a Willie Obiano who were in APGA, the supposed Igbo party, but campaigned and voted for APC's Mohammadu Buhari who destroyed the economy and killed Igbo youths for peacefully protesting, but rewarded Boko Haram terrorists and also recruited them into Nigeria military.

That's how we got Gov. David Umahi who named Ebonyi State University's Center for Peace and Strategic Studies after Buratai. Buratai is the Nigeria Army Chief that led soldiers to Nnamdi Kanu's father's Royal House, killing 28 Igbo youths in cold blood. The same man protests AK47 wielding Fulani herdsmen who have been wiping villages and towns off in many states of Nigeria.

The reason most Igbo dislike the person of Buhari is an upshot of so many grounds. It is an open bias one we can only shy away from in the holy name of tolerance. Our case just like that of Buhari is an ancient "wrong". A prejudice and stereotyping that precedes recent events. How "no victor no vanquish" can delete memories of untold hardship and deaths is fragile.

The civil war was a leadership error, an ego contest by leaders, swift to war in the name of their people and their blood. I said once - whoever shot the first bullet killed the progress and unity of this nation. To most Igbo, Buhari personified the enemy - the one that killed their grandparents and parents. It insults their pride. The hatred is a civil revenge - the much accepted in a democracy. This is a man who served in the Civil war where millions of Igbo died - he was just a ready-made enemy. His history has condemned him. If Nigeria had “forgiven” the Igbos am sure most Igbos have not. It is hard to love when the elders that are supposed to forge the unity are the ones stoking the flames of violence. Writing legacy of discord. But in the name of politics he transformed himself to an Igbo to garner the support of the mighty Igbo since his Ijaw tribe isn’t one of the three major tribes in Nigeria. The first was the name Azikwe. Then is the politically correct (and deserving) appointments of Igbos into his government. This appointment serves it purpose which is to be seen as Igbo, no more a friend of the Igbos. Does anyone still remember Yoruba leaders being called “Vagabonds” in Ibadan? Or the “born throway” of Patience Jonathan? The Awolowo party ( a reference to APC) campaign in the east. Or how the relocation of Igbos in Lagos was spun with ethnic coloration when same happened in Imo or Abia? Do you remember the “Lagoon” and Oba of Lagos? How a Yorubaman (Jimi Agbaje) was adopted by the Igbos in Lagos for Governor because it is believed to be in an Igbo party - PDP? Do you remember how PDP in Lagos presented Igbos for assembly seats? Positioning the party as an Igbo party. When It is part of a grand plan to make the election look like the Igbos against the Hausas and us the Yorubas - “the betrayer” all again. It was the civil war all again. A democratic one that leaves us with a divided country. The hatred and division didn't happen by chance it was planned to be so. Buhari is an APC member so when he won it was like the Igbo "lost" again - another January 1970. The outcome was planned smear the opponent and win the election.

Most Igbos don't like Buhari because Goodluck Jonathan’s message to them was well digested but wasn’t enough to re-elect him. If Jonathan is any hero it will be a BEER.

Traders in the trade Fair complex most of whom are Igbos had the authorisation of the Federal Government of Nigeria, to set their stalls there, but with the coming to power of APC at the federal level, Tinubu Ojo has gained the control of all markets operating in federal spaces in Lagos.

Traders in their thousands on Monday 18th March were shocked, as fierce looking policemen cordoned off the market, enquiry revealed it was on the order of Tinubu Ojo, who directed the market union leaders to report to her Ikeja Office for required modalities that will lead to the reopening of the market.

Report made available to this medium reveals that markets unions in the state, who hitherto were not under Tinubu Ojo’s control are preparing to go and conference with her to avoid the fate that befell “trader fair” traders.

Report has it that markets mostly dominated by the Igbos and other none natives in Lagos will undergo relocation especially Ladipo and Computer Village markets immediately to forestall the deployment of the electoral strength of the Igbo traders in future elections in Lagos State.

Tinubu Ojo a card carrying member of APC takeover of markets is a fall out of the general elections. Most Igbo businessmen in Lagos are sympathetic toward the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and her candidates. APC thugs were captured on video snatching ballot boxes, burning ballot papers, threatening the Igbo residents, sternly warning them not to dabble into politics in Lagos, or risk economic clamp down, during the presidential and national assembly elections. So massive was this attack that the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC had to conduct reruns in these areas.

This move however scared the Igbo stock resident in the state, who collectively agreed to abandon their civic rights in subsequent elections in Lagos State, due to xenophobic attacks on them in the two window, between the presidential and gubernatorial elections.

The Senator representing Lagos Central Remi Toritsheju Tinubu, the wife of the National Leader and Folashade Tinubu Ojo’s step mother was captured on video telling a disabled Igbo man who beged for a handout that she and her family no longer trust the Igbos, since they know they do not vote APC.

Now that Tinubu Ojo has bared her fang, how it will play out remains to be seen as the Igbo merchants in Lagos contributes 75 percent of the state gross domestic product.

However the Igbo Mandate Union has vowed to mitigate all steps to neutralise Igbo interests in Lagos and has ordered her members to stop buying lands in Lagos and Ogun State. All manufacturing concerns of the Igbos in Lagos will be moved gradually to the South East states. . 1. WAEC/CAMBRIDGE GCE: - Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his names (Muhammadu, Mohammed or Mohamed Buhari) is not in the UK Examination body's List of candidates names from 1960-1962

2. His name(s) is also NOT on WAEC candidates names in both Ghana and Nigeria Offices from 1960-1962. Any attempt by Buhari or his agents to present any document to INEC representing WACE or GCE certificate may constitute an Offence.(FORGERY, PERJURY PENDING)

3. CERTIFICATE/ARMY RECRUITMENT: - Buhari presented no certificate to the Nigerian Army in 1961 when Late Ahmadu Bello conscripted him from his School (Still In session) to join the Army, as he has none. The only paperwork came from his school principal, stating that,

The outgoing Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, Monday gave what he described as two reasons the Igbo people failed woefully in Nigeria politics.

According to Okorocha, while briefing newsmen at the government House in Owerri, said that one of the reasons was that the Igbo people failed to accept the light coming to them.

He also said that the Igbo also did not appreciate the person who came to assist them.

Okorocha went on to say that he was confident that his certificate of return as Senator-elect for Imo West, would be given to him attributing what has been delaying his certificate of return, to game of politics.

The governor also said he gave banks in Nigeria, seven days ultimatum to tell the world whether he has borrowed any money from them. He also challenged civil servants in the state, to open up whether his government was owing them.

On the Imo West senatorial election, he said: “Elections have come and gone and we are dealing with the outcome. For the Imo West senatorial election, somebody said that he declared the result under duress. The truth is that the gentleman was employed to do a hatchet job and he could not do that.

“The drama is that he had another option he wanted to declare it in Owerri, at first he said there was no result and at a point he entered the toilet and suddenly he saw the results sheets and shouted who dropped this result here. What it means is that there is a game.

“I think that the INEC, should do the needful. We are in court and I think that we don’t need much procedure to do the right thing.”

On the allegation that he was engaging in illegal withdrawal of funds and selling government property, Okorocha said: “After that declaration, Imo PDP, went to town with the allegation that I have withdrew N17 billion. It is not possible.

“I have said this time without number, and I gave banks in Nigeria, seven days ultimatum to come and tell the world If I have borrowed from the banks any money not only that, I am not owing any worker in Imo state, I also challenged them in seven days to come out and say the truth.

No fewer than 12 persons have been killed in renewed gang clash in Rumuche and Rumuohia communities, as well as Kaani Babbe Community in Emohua and Khana local government areas of Rivers State.This is coming a few hours after rival gang war claimed eight persons in Mgbuodohia Community, Rumuolumeni in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area on Sunday.

The Guardian learnt that of the 12 victims, five persons were killed in Rumuohia Community of Emohua council, while seven others were shot dead in Kaani. The developments have sent panic among residents of the areas, as they have been wondering the role of security agencies, state government and community elders, as the mayhem continues.

A community source in Emohua, Solomon Erim, who confirmed the incident, said trouble started when a rival cultist who had gone for a burial ceremony in the area was killed, adding that the killers were on reprisal.It was gathered that a 64-year old man was among those who were killed during the clash.

A community source told journalists that Foundation Onuekwa, Bright Oteh, Junior Kayi and two others were victims at Emohua, adding that three others who sustained bullet injuries have been hospitalised.In Khana, unknown gunmen numbering 12 in black attires and masks invaded the community and shot sporadically killing the victims who were suspected cultists.

The victims were identified as Mgbibari Nyornyaa, Sorlesi Youngman, Dornu Aanu, Bariagra Menebe, Lekia Eleaee, Boy-Mgbibari and Sira Mgbibari.The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the killings in Khana, but stated that he could not verify the Emohua incident, as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in the area claimed there were no such killings.

Meanwhile, a clash between Alike Community in Ikwo Local Government Area and Enyigba Community in Abakaliki Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has left eight persons dead.It was learnt that that six of the victims were burnt to death, while the other two including the wife of a police officer whose husband was deployed to Bornu was going to the market when the incident occurred.

A community source in Emohua, Solomon Erim, who confirmed the incident, said trouble started when a rival cultist who had gone for a burial ceremony in the area was killed, adding that the killers were on reprisal.It was gathered that a 64-year old man was among those who were killed during the clash.

A community source told journalists that Foundation Onuekwa, Bright Oteh, Junior Kayi and two others were victims at Emohua, adding that three others who sustained bullet injuries have been hospitalised.In Khana, unknown gunmen numbering 12 in black attires and masks invaded the community and shot sporadically killing the victims who were suspected cultists.

The victims were identified as Mgbibari Nyornyaa, Sorlesi Youngman, Dornu Aanu, Bariagra Menebe, Lekia Eleaee, Boy-Mgbibari and Sira Mgbibari.The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the killings in Khana, but stated that he could not verify the Emohua incident, as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in the area claimed there were no such killings.
