I don't think those who have NZ residency can go to Australia like that, but there is an easy pathway for NZ citizens. Before you can think of taking a move to Australia, you have to be a NZ citizen. NZ is good though, but why not patiently and diligently pursue Australia?

On th DIAC web site you will see under the qraduate visa, there is also an SOL list, which is shorter than the other list and they said you have to nominate an occupation on that list for u to apply for the 18months visa
What I'm getting really confuse about is. What if ur skill is not on the list.but is on the other long CSOL list

Will check through at latter times, but it doesn't affect you at all. The SOL is for the PR pathway at first, and not for student ship pathway.

If you want to go on a visiting or.conference visa, it is the same with what applies in other countries too, but staying behind after visa has expired is illegal. Please don't try it, as we have had the name, Nigeria, soiled by our activities in time past, thus making it difficult for genuine applicants in later times. If you have enough skill in any of the skilled select programs, you will surely hit a PR lile many of our brethren here.
